The Monsoon in India had always been a sight to watch. Floods, traffic jams, road blocks etc…
And today the victim who was stuck in this was Kriya Ghai..!!
"Gosh I so hate these rains," exclaimed Kriya frustrated..
Who would not, if you are stuck in the traffic for almost last 3 hours, your car not moved an inch and no idea it will move or not..!!
Kriya Ghai, the leading business woman of India…Ahead of all the businessmen..Perfect in every sense…The dream girl of many..men fantasized her to be their girl.. to spend a life with her or at least a night..but none could go closer to her..ever..!!!
Today she was helpless in this rains. She had a meeting in Pune and after the meeting she was returning to Mumbai. But these rains were not in the mood to show any mercy on her. She was hell pissed on her fate today because she had a important meeting to attend in Mumbai and here she was stuck in this rains..!! She was murmuring innumerable curses sitting on the driver's seat. A knock on the side window bought her out of her murmurs and she opened the window to see who it was.
"Madam, aage roadblock hua he kyunki vaha paani bhar gaya hai. Aap aage nahi ja payengi aur piche bhi yahi haalat hai. But bichmein ek hotel hai jaha agar jagah ho toh aap vaha teher sakti hai. Aage aur piche jaana khatre se hali nahi hai isliye hum sabko warn kar rahe hai," said a man who seemed to be a policemen dressed in that khaki vardi. Saying this he went ahead to inform others too.
"Ab yahi hona baki tha mere saath," shouted Kriya angrily. She dialed a number and spoke, "I am stuck and helpless right now, cancel the meeting as I can't make it on time." On the other end was Swayam, her bestie and now her business partner too. They were working on a project together and that's the reason she was in Pune today. Swayam spoke worried, " Chuck the meeting, what about you? How will you make it to Mumbai? I heard about the condition there. I had told u I will accompany you but you and your stubborn nature. Shalli come? Or shall I try to get some help??" he was going on and on..!!
Kriya shouted, "Calm down boy. I am fine. There's a hotel here. Il stay there. You don't worry. As soon as the problem gets solved I'll be back. Il keep in touch. Bye."
Swayam,"Okk..!! but do call me when in need. Take care."
She cut the call and took a U turn, thanks to the policemen that the cars behind were doing the same thing which she was doing now.
She reached near the hotel. HELL..!! There was soo much rush in there.
"THE KRS's" she read.. " STRANGE" she thought and moved towards the receptionist.
"Hello, can I get a room here??" asked KRIYA expectantly.
"SORRY Madam, due to the rains the rooms are full, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience," said the receptionist and went off.
"f**k..!!" she exclaimed, "what am I going to do now!!" she shouted out in frustration clearly knowing that there wasn't any other place to go than this.
HE could recognize this voice even from his GRAVE..10 years wasn't a big deal..!!
Was it really her? He turned to have a look to find out to whom the voice belonged too. On spotting her in the crowd he was shocked to the core. He had seen her in person after 10 years. 10 years was a long time to move on. But no other girl could ever fit in her place. She was still the beautiful girl who always stood out of the crowd. That's the reason she was the leading business woman leaving behind all the businessmen. He had kept track of all her achievements till date. But he never tried to contact her because he felt they were never meant to be together anymore. After 3 years of relationship in college they were so fed up of the constant fights and insecurities that they broke up never to face each other again. But they could never date any1 else after that coz they tried to find the other person in their DATES. The result, both were single till date. She moved to USA and this broke their contact completely. They purposely dint try to be in touch feeling that the other deserves better than themselves.
HER frustration was evident in her voice so he thought she needed help right now and he assumed the situation to be the room problem as the HOTEL was full today due to heavy rains. She was indeed totally HELPLESS. He talked to the receptionist but she said disappointed that they couldn't help at all. He gathered all the courage and went to her.
She was constantly trying some no's on her phone but THANKS to the bad network, her luck wasn't working in her favor.
"EXCUSE ME..!!", said he..!!
10 years but his voice had not changed a bit.. she could recognize it in her sleep too. Her back was facing towards him. She dint turn and stood there shocked .
"This cannot happen" she thought.
Praying that he should not the person she is thinking, she turned back, only to spot him..!!!
"REYAANSH SINGHANIYA".. the man who still haunted her in her dreams, the reason for her sleepless nights, her weakness. 10 years had passed but no1 could ever take his place. How could any1?? He was her 1st and her only love. She had lost her virginity to him. It was hard for her to let any1 come that closer to her after him. Both dint know whether they still loved the other because both ignored that feeling of LOVE.
SHE was just staring at him because she dint knew what is to be said and what she should react. She was just staring at him with wide eyes.
"Can I HELP you??" he spoke at last breaking the silence.
"NO," she was quick to reply.
That was so like KRIYA he thought.
"But you are stuck and helpless right now," he stated as a matter of fact.
"That doesn't means I need strangers to help me," she spitted venom.
This line pricked in his HEART. It did hurt him. But maintaining his calm composure he tried to be reasonable.
"Look, past is past. Right now you are in need and it's not safe to be here like this. I may be a stranger for you after these 10 years but you are not to me. You and me were together for 3 years an di think that's enough to not be strangers and to trust each other. Its better to trust me than any other lusty strangers who are enraged with desires and staring at you like dogs who are going to pounce on you as soon as they can. If you trust me enough than my room is on the 15th floor. Room No. 1525," saying this he left.
She was shocked to the core. What did just happen right now? Thought she. He just came spoke and left!! She did not know what to do and how to react. She looked here and there and HELL..!! REY was right, the dogs were really ready to attack her. Could she trust him?
"Of course you can KRIYA. That is REY not any stranger. And it's better to be with a known stranger," said the sweet KRIYA.
Making up her mind she headed towards the elevator. As the elevator was reaching her destination her heart beats were increasing rapidly as if her heart was trying to pounce out of her body.
FLOOR 15..!! said the machine..!! she gathered all her courage and stepped out of the elevator.
She got out of the lift. There were only two rooms on this floor unlike the rest floors with many rooms. She knocked the door of 1525.
"It's open," shouted REY.
She opened it and went in only to find REY working on his LAPTOP. She was feeling very uncomfortable. This AFTER 10 years encounter was strange and to add to it was her constant shivering due to her wet body.
Noticing this he said," Don't be uncomfortable, It's me no stranger. Go change or else you'll catch Cold."
She put her HAND bag and phone on the side table and followed his orders.
He had kept his t-shirt and tracks and a towel in the bathroom. Thou she dint fit in it she wore it and came outside.
She was looking heavenly beautiful in this clothes too and adding to her beauty were her wet hairs with water dripping from her hairs and entering her tee.
Watching her like this after a very long period was not helping him to maintain his calm self.. but putting aside all his desires he asked, "Are you hungry??"
She juzz nodded indicating a YES..
He order the dinner for both of them..
The dinner arrived within 15 mins..
All this while both were busy in their own world.. They had their dinner quietly..
2 hours back life was different and now it was taking some different you turn..
They had finished their dinner half an hour back and now the silence was getting awkward. Breaking the silence she asked, "How's MOM and her back pain?"
She remembered ofcourse. This was KRIYA at last, the girl with a golden heart.
Rey:- "She's keeping good these days. We are treating her to a specialist from USA. How's mom,dad and your bro?
Kriya:- "They are good. Dad retired 5 years back. Enjoying life with MOM. Brother is currently doing his Internship at Sanjivani hospital."
Rey:- "Oo atlast he became a doctor haan.."
Kriya:- "Yeah.. what about your family?"
Rey:- "Evry1's fine.. Sister got married to the Love of her life..and so did bro.. he has a 2 year old kid. He's too cute…
By the way what about you.. u dint marry yet?"
KRIYA:- "No1 could fit into my league of a perfect prince charming.. when il get him I get married immediately.. what about you?"
Rey:- "Never felt the need too"
Kriya:- "ooo yaa u and your casinova self..!!
Rey:- "whatever.. how's business ?"
KRIYA:- "Going good..what about you.. what do u do now?"
Rey:- "I run a business and doing gud.."
Kriya:- ohh..gr8…!!
She got a call from SWAYAM.. She got up and went near the window to pick up the call. He had called to check whether she's fine.. She talked for a while and cut the call..
Rey:- "BOYFRIEND??"
Kriya playing along:- "Yes..!!"
Rey:- "Who? Does he know your with me"
Kriya:- "Why do you even care??"
Rey spoke out of frustation:- "Who else will??"
They shared a small LOOK LOOK HAWA HAWA session..!!
Kriya breaking the eyelock:- "Excuse me???"
Rey:- "err..I mean I am juzz asking..ainvayi..!!
KRIYA:- "He is not possessive like you and he trust's me... Not like you who dint..!!" Anger evident in her voice.
That stuck the right chord and it did hurt him..again..
Rey:- "My possessiveness was for good for us. Thats the reason your moody nature changed and you have a stable mind now." Even he was angry now. KRIYA couldnt say anything.
He continued..
You said you wanted freedom, you choose your dad and you wanted to break up. Atlast fed up of the constant fights I let you go keeping a stone on my heart. You never returned to check how I am. You moved to USA and broke all the contacts. When you were in INDIA you never replied to my texts nor did you ever pick up my calls. After returning too you dint turn up. It was always about 'YOU' in the relationship and never 'US'. 10 years is a long time but you never felt that you should return back. We could have worked it out together but you just wanted to be free of everything and even this relation. Dad could have agreed but you were so stuborn that u never listened to me. And how will you return atlast you were achieving soo much success that there was no place left for Rey in your life. He was nothing in front of you right..
While speaking he was moving towards her and she was moving backwards. Atlast there was no more space to move back..and he kept moving closer. All the anger of 10 years was coming out of his heart today..
He kept his hands on both side of her face on the wall..
"And ab toh you have got a new love life too.. Congratz on that..
KRIYA:- "But..!!"
Rey:- "Shh..!!" Placing a finger on her lips... "No..!! Dont..Dont utter a single word today.." He moved closer and closer to claim her lips. She moved her face sideways. He pressed onto her. She tried to free herself but in vain. Atlast he claimed her lips. He kissed her passionately. It indicated his pain of years. He tasted her hungrily.She was not allowing him to enter her so he bit her lips causing her to moan in pain and he entered her mouth and started exploring it with his tongue. She was still stubborn and was not responding to his kiss though her insides were burning with desire. Atlast he pressed his hard chest on her delicate one and grabbed her cleavage. This made her moan in pleasure and finally she responded to the kiss. She responded with equal passion. She had felt this pleasure after years. They both dint know whether this was their physical need or emotional but they both wanted it very badly..
They broke apart when they lacked oxygen...
They kept staring in each others eyes finding all the answers to their questions of 10 years..
The eyes indicated pure LOVE for each other…
The sudden ringing of the bell brought both of them back to reality..!!
As soon as Rey came out of his trance he was shocked at his own actions..!!
He hit his hands hard on the wall because he felt he had forced her in doing this..!!
He grabbed his towel and walked into the washroom cursing himself..!!
Kriya was left breathing hard there and she was blushing to the core but the sudden reaction of Rey was making her worried. She knew him. She knew what was going on his mind.. So she decided to take the first step herself..
"What I couldnt do 10 years back is what I am going to do now. I am gonno shower you with equal LOVE which i couldnt at that time. Il make you feel it again Rey.. I will..!!"
