heartbreaking poor arnav so much pain and now he got in an accident he realized he was running from the pain and the hell but it was inside of him thanks for the pm emotional update

He is heart broken...!
Nd he thought dat he is running awzy from pain but d reality is he is d oe who is in pain nd he is devastated 😭
