heya guys...m here with an update. enjoy my sweeties.
Day 4- For Granny
next morning:
Its early morning of the day. Birds were chirping outside. And the sunrays were coming inside the room. Rey was sleeping peacefully and the sunrays dusturbed him. "uuummm..."said rey slightly and He pull his blanket on his face so that the sunrays didnt disturb him.
"bhai..."suddenly sw call him and came in his room.
"bhai...wake up...its 6:45...and we have to reach school..."said swayam and remove his blanket from his face...
"umm...just 5 minutes mumma..."said rey in his deep sleep and again pull the blanket.
"offo...bhai its me swayam...not mom...now wake up..."said swayam and remove his blanket...
"swayam...just go from here...let me sleep..."said rey...
"oh...now there is only one way to wake u up...just wait..."said sw and went near the table. He take the jug full of water and stand up on rey's bed and put his one hand on his hips...
"bhai...i m last time asking are u waking up or not??"ask swayam.
"no...now just go...and let me sleep"said rey with an irritating face.
"ok...and m sorry"said swayam and pour the water on his face and rey jump from his bed.
"what the hell is this swayam??"said rey
"u r not waking up so..."said sw sitting on the edge of the bed...
"so what...i will not spare u swayam"said rey and stand up to hit sw but swayam ran from there and shout "get ready soon bhai we have to go to school".
"oh damn...i m late...i have to pick up taani and sweetheart..."thought rey and ran in the bathroom to take shower.
After the shower rey came out wrapping a towel around his waist...he stood in front of the mirror and look into the mirror.
"why r u standing like this??"ask his mumma and came out of his thoughts...
"ummm...yes mumma..."said rey and grab his blue jeans and black shirt from the cupboard.
"ok come down soon. Breakfast is ready."said his mumma and went from there. Rey get ready and went down to take his breakfast.
"good morning mumma...good morning papa..." rey greets his parents.
"good morning bandar..."said rey to swayam...
"dont call me bandar...ok??"said sw grinning at rey.
"ok bandar..."said rey and wink at him.
"stop it rey...dont tease bandar..."said his dad and both rey and his dad high5.
"huh...u both...dont tease my sweetu..."said his mom and caress sw's cheeks.
"mom paas the sandwich plz"said sw.
"oh sure..."said his mom and pass him a dish of sandwich.
"rey...hows your study going??"ask his father.
"nice dad..."said rey
"oh thats great son...ok i m going to office...bye guys..."said his dad
"bye.."all said and he left for office.
in the orphanage:
"taani...stop ...give me my teddy back...taaniii..."shout disha...both the girls were running in the hall around the dinning table. Taani was running and climbing on the chair and also on the table...disha was following her...suddenly the door bell rang and disha open the door.. .
"hi sweetheart..."said rey ..
"hi rey...come fast and help me to catch taani"said disha and ran from there to catch taani. Rey also ran...he saw taani running with a teddy vear. Of course it was disha's teddy bear...he also ran...here swayam stood at entrance of the orphanage. He was watching and enjoying the battle.
Rey ran fastly behind taani and wrap his hand around her belly and lift her in the air. He lift her and twirl round ...
"rey...huh...leave me...why u ran behind me??"ask taani but rey was twirlling her...he was shouting"yes...i catch her...yes.."and in this process his lips brushed on her cheek and the atmosphere changed for both of them...suddenly they felt wind caressing their cheek. They feel music in the air. They were locked in a eyelock. He slowly put her down but still his hand were wrapped around her and both were looking in to each others eyes.
Disha and swayam's eyes popped out as they watch the scene in front of their eyes...they both didnt saw eachother yet. They both start walking but they were looking at taarey. They walk and walk and **clash**...
Their foreheads collide and "ouchh..."they shout and our taarey came out of the taarey dreamland...they look at swisha(sw+disha) and they realise their position. Both again look at each other and rey remove his hands from her. They both look here and there. They were embarassed.
"hey...cant u walk properly??"said disha with an irritated face.
"excuse me...i was walking properly but u not..."said sw
Disha look here and there bcoz she also know that he was right.
"swayam...calm down..."said rey and both taani and rey walk toward swisha.
"hey sweetheart...meet my brother swayam."said rey..."swayam meet my sweet heart disha"
Both glare at each other...
"awww...sw u r so cute..."said taani..."thanks taani di."reply sw..
"hey..u know my name???"ask taani
"yes...bhai told me..."said sw...
"ok ok...now u both plz shake hands..."said rey
"ok...hi i m disha..."said disha with a cute smile.
"hi...i m swayam.."said swayam and both shake their hands.
"ok ok now lets go...we r getting late for school"said rey and all left for the school.
Taarey were silent today. Both were thinking about that moment. But two souls were so engrossed in their world. They were swayam and disha.

"my fav is tom and jerry...but i love jerry so much...my cutie pie..."
"oh...u know what i love tom..."
"tom...huh...always hurt my jerry"
"and jerry is no less...it also irritate my tom..."

Hearing their cute argument both taarey came to their sense. And soon they reach at school.
Swayam went to his class and disha went to her class.
Taarey went to their class as usual and sit beside each other. But today both were lost in their thoughts. They didnt realise when the bell rang after their lessons . Now its time for break. And they go in canteen.
"what will u order taani??"ask rey..."ummm...just coffee"answer taani and rey went to order coffee.
Here disha was in play ground with her friends and she thought to acompany taani and rey. She was walking when a little boy came and clash with her and fell down. Her knees brush on the ground and cause rashes. She start crying when a boy came and made her stand.
"what happen disha??"ask swayam and made her to sit on a bench...
"swayam...i...i fell...fell down..."said disha in her cute childish tone in between her sobs.
"owww...see nothing happen...u r a strong girl na??"said swayan..
"hmmm..."said disha still sobbing.
"so stop crying...u know u look horrible when u cry and u look beautiful when u smile...so smile.."said sw and wipe her tears .
"now say where were u going??"ask sw
"i was going to meet rey and taani in canteen."said disha.
"ok lets go..."said sw and hold her hand and both little childs went in canteen.
In the canteen:
rey's POV:
I was sipping my coffee silently. Today taani was also very silent. I wonder is she thinking about the morning scene? Still i cant understand why i was froze at tht moment. I was so lost in her eyes. Is that right that she is more then a friend to me? But how? I dont know what type of feeling this is. But its so nice feeling. Hope i understand soon what type of feeling this is. I saw taani making various faces and then sipping her coffee. I was smilling like idiot when she was making that cute faces.
I was lost in her again but i came back to my sense when i her pulling sound of chairs. Swayam and disha came.
Disha was looking little upset today.
"hey sweet heart...what happen??"i asked..."nothing rey...i just fell down..."answer disha..
"what??but how??r u ok na dishu??"ask taani with concern. How much she love disha...i cant help but gave an "awww..." expression.
"nothing taani di...she is a strong girl right jerry??"said sw
"right tom"said disha...
"tom and jerry...not bad guys.."said taani.
But just then the bell rang and all went back to their classes.
When it was last lecture of chemistry..the another professor came and said that our chemistry professor is on leave today. So it was a free lecture...
"yeees..."we heard a loud scream of students. They all ran outside leaving us alone in the class.
There was an awkward silence. But then i decide to broke it.
"taani lets go outside"i said and she nod. We came out side. We were sitting under a tree talking about our chemistry practicles.
'"TIP" i felt a lone waterdrop on my hand. I look up and "TIP...TIP...TIP...TIP" it start raining. Taani quickly ran under the roof to protect from the rain. I wonder most all the girls like rain but this weird girl is different. And i m also different because very less boys like rains. But i love rain. I look towards the sky and close my eyes feeling the cold rain drops on my face and body. I twirl and enjoy it. When i open my eyes i saw taani laughing there...i went near her and pull her with me.
"no rey... i dont like rain"said taani ..
"uffo taani...its so amazing to enjoy rain. Just try once na"i said and drag her with me.
She also feel the rain drops and start enjoying it. She was full drenched now. Her clothes were stuck to her bodies that showing her curves clearly. We danced together in rain...play with water...we enjoyed alot. We were jumping in the water when her leg slipped and she was going to fall but i hold her and made her stand by holding her waist. She looked in my eyes and unknowingly we both were coming closer. I remove her wet strands which were stuck on her cheeks and tug them behind her ears. She closed her eyes when i touch her. I smirked and caress her cheek...she closed her eyes more tightly. I smile at her vute antics. But just then the bell rang and we both came in our sence.
Swayam and disha came out and i drop both girls and went to my home.
I was in my room sitting on the couch and sipping my hot coffee when my phone rang. Its taani.
"hey..."i said with a wide smile.

hi...what r u doing?
nothing...just sitting ...
so...where is my fourth reason??
ya i will tell soon. Now let me take some rest.
ok...have a nice day ahead baby...
ohh...baby...i m not a baby taani.
i know. Now take some rest and then think about my reason.ok...bye bye...
We both hung up. I take some rest. And then i get ready to go to orphanage.
When i was going swayam caught me. And he also came with me.

I was sitting on my bed thinking about the moment that i enjoy with rey in school. I was sitting with the teddy that remind me the morning scene. Its 6 pm of evening. Still rey was not here. But i dont know why i am so restless. I sit hugging the teddy tight. My clothes were on my bed messily...suddenly the door bell rang.
"taani...rey is here"said granny and i jumped from my bed. I just think about him and he is here. I look at the door of my room and i saw him. He came inside.
"Sorry about the mess." I muttered, tossing one of my top off of my bed.
"I didn't expect you to come again." Rey's rosy red lips stretched into a small smile.
"That makes it sound like you don't want me here."said rey
I shrugged. "I don't, honestly." Rey frowned with confusion.
"What?"he ask
"I mean, I just don't want you to see what kind of place I live in. I don't want you to see that I share a room with three other orphans that are at least five years younger than I am." I muttered truthfully, lying down on my bed.
All of my roommates were downstairs, either in the dining hall finishing their homework, or watching cartoons in the living room on the tiny television that only played black and white shows.
Rey lay down beside me, as I tensed up. I mean, I didn't have a problem with him lying beside me, it was just very intimate.
"I don't mind." Rey whispered, eyes locking into mine. My bed wasn't the largest out there, so our faces were pretty close. If I moved just a few inches, our lips would be touching.
"I don't know much about you." I said.
"What do you mean?" Rey asked. His warm breathes were tickling my throat. I gulped, rolling my body away from his, so that I was lying on my back. I stared up at the bottom of the bed above mine, licking my dry lips.
"I mean, I know you as Reyaansh singhania, the guy from school that everyone loves because of how nice he is to everyone." I smiled softly. "But, who is the real Rey ?Who are you ?" Rey shrugged. His face was pale and blank. He cleared his throat, his eyes having a confused look in them.
"I don't know." He whispered gently. "I'm just Rey, I guess."
I sighed with disappointment, turning my face away from his. The Rey everyone saw on the outside was happy and carefree. But, who was he under all of that?
Suddenly,we heard some voice from outside. We went near the window and saw the little children playing in rain
"hey lets play antakshari."said disha...
"yes...thats a nice idea."said all in chorus."ok lets part in two teams."said disha.
"ok ok...disha will be in my team.."said sw and pull her holding her hand. I smile looking at the both little souls. Rey was also looking at them.
"they are so cute...isnt they??"i asked and rey answerd "hmmm...right".
"so tell me about yourself rey" i ask him sitting on the window.
"i...u know what taani...i like to sing...i like to play musical instruments. I want to become a singer. This is my dream that no one know but now u know."said rey with a smile and a spark in his eyes.
"so r u learning music??"i asked...
"nup...i finished learning music. Now i m waiting for my 12th result. Then i will make my career in music industry."said rey
We heard cheers from outside. Childrens were dancing in rain with singing a song. We saw sw and disha ...both were enjoying a lot. Both were jumping here and there holding each others hand. They remind us our rain moment. We both were remembering that moment when mistakly he put his hand on mine. I feel butterflies in my stomach. But soon he remove his hand.
We again lay down on my bed. We talk about music and dance.someone knocked on the door, startling me. I jumped up from my bed, hitting my head on the small wood piece which was above mine to kept something. I groaned, rubbing my head. "Come in." I muttered.
Grany came in with a small smile on her face. "Dinner is ready." She told me, as her eyes casted over to Rey. "Would you like to join us, dear?" Rey's cheeks turned bright red, as he shook his head. "I-It's fine. I was just going."
Grany chuckled, shaking her head. "Nonsense! We have enough room for another guest."
I punched Rey gently on his shoulder. "Come on. The food here isn't too bad." I teased, earning a laugh from Grany.
The two of us followed Grany down to the dining hall, where all the kids were already seated. Rey and I took the two empty seats beside each other near the front of the table, while Grany took the head.
"I hope you like roasted chicken?" grany asked rey. "If not, we have some leftover sandwiches from lunch earlier today."
Rey shook his head, giving grany a thankful smile. "Chicken is good, thank you."
I cut up my chicken into bits, as I took a bite. The dinner that Rey was going to have here wasn't going to be the best, but the orphanage couldn't afford to feed thirty children five star meals.
We cant see swisha.
"grany where is disha and sw??"i asked
"they are not hungry. So both are in disha's room and they are making paper boats."said grany.
"ok.."i said and continue my dinner.
After dinner, Rey and I offered to help clean up with grany, while the other kids got a break from their chores today.
"taani, I've been meaning to tell you something." Grany announced, as she swept the floor. Rey was washing the dishes, while I helped him dry the plates.
"What is it, Grany" I asked, placing a plate on the stack.
"I've known you for a good nine years, Taani. You're pretty much like a daughter to me." grany started off, as I held in my breath, hands trembling. "Your progress from school has always been beyond average, and your teachers have confirmed it. We'll have to let you go next year, unfortunately. But, we have saved up a fund for you to go to college."
My eyes widened, as my head snapped towards grany. "grany you didn't have to-"
"Yes, darling." Grany smiled. "I had to. It's been sad seeing many families pass up on you, but they've definitely missed out on an intelligent, obedient, beautiful girl." Grany's words made my eyes well up. My vision became blurry, as Rey glanced at me with a worried expression.
"The caretakers that have watched you grow into a beautiful young woman all agree that your intelligence would be wasted if you didn't go to college. That's why we saved a fund on you. It's not a whole lot of money, but it should be enough for a semester or two at a university."
I choked back my tears, as I stared at Grany with moist eyes. I gave her a weak smile that meant more than any smile I've ever given to someone. "Thank you, grany. Thank you so much."
Grany smiled back at me. "No taani. No Thank you because we love u." She let out a deep breath of air. "I'm going to check on the little ones now. After you and Rey finish doing the dishes, you two are free to do whatever you'd wish."
Grany stepped out of the kitchen, as I bit down on my lower lip.
We finished our work and went in my room. I was thinking about grany. I was looking down. Rey cleared his throat, giving me a gentle smile. With his fingertips, he tilted my chin up. "Don't you see how many people love you?" he asked me. His green eyes were engulfing into mine. "Stay alive, taani. For grany. she's invested so much into you."
I looked in to his eyes again...my eyes become wet."thanks for the reason rey"i said ...
"anytime..."said rey..."ok now i have to go taani...bye...take care..."said rey and left my room.
end of taani's POV:
rey's POV:
I walk in to disha's room. Both were engrossed in painting something. "swayam"i said and both look at me."lets go...time to go back"i said and both become sad.
He said good bye to disha and we went to our home.
"rey...where were u??come have dinner..."said my mumma
"no mumma...i already ate."i said..
"mom i m hungry...come.."said sw and both eat dinner. I sat there only to acompany them. "mom u know what taani di is so sweet so caring..."said sw..."ohh...i wish i could meet her..."said mumma looking at me.
"i will soon.."i said..
"and disha she is also so sweet friend. I enjoyed alot with her mom"sw said.."oh..so u also get a new friend??"ask mumma to sw ."oh yes mom.."said sw and start eating.
At night i was in my room when sw came.
"dont u feel sleepy bhai??"he said making me scared. I jumped from my bed and he laugh at me."call taani di...plz"said sw and i call her.
end of rey' POV:
Taani was sitting on her bed...
"taani sleep na...and off the lights plz."said my room mate.
"ya sweetie..."said taani and switched off the lights. She was waiting for rey's call. Suddenly her phone vibrate and she pick up quickly.
"hi di..."said sw from other side..
"hi sw..u not sleep yet??"ask taani
"how can i sleep with out wishing u good night. Good night di. Sweet dreams"said sw...
"good night sw..."said taani and sw cut the call. He giggle and ran from the room.
Both wanted to talk but sw cut the call so rey again call her.
"ha rey..."ask taani picking up the call.
"ummm...good night taani"said rey brushing his hairs with his hand...
"good night rey..."said taani and both hung up. And sleep with eachothers thoughts.
