Chapter - 2
Sharon (to herself): Yeh Swayam ko bhi aaj hi mujhse fight karna tha kya?
Just then to her shock someone came and caught her from the back closing her mouth with the palm... Her eyes widened and she just wanted to scream out loud and kick the person hard… That person turned her round but yet held on to her mouth… And Sharon's eyes widened even more but soon her eyes were emoting shock, anger and confusion…. Yes, it was HIM… Swayam!
Swayam (whisper): Shhh… Siren bajna… I mean chilana mat… It's me…
She spoke through her eyes: Pehle apna haath hatao… Nai toh…!
Swayam: Oops! Sorry! (he removed his hand… and before he could utter a single word)
Sharon: What the hell Swayam! Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho? Koi aa gaya toh? Aur itni raat ko… tumhe sharam aati hai ke nai? Yeh ek ladki ka karma hai! What are you doing here? Sagai main mujhe jhagada karke chain nai mila? Now will you an…
He had his eyes blinking at every questions… How was he suppose to speak when she is blabbering.. next he just caught her face and gave her a tight peck on her cheek…
Swayam: God!! Sharon tum kitna baat karti ho?? Yaar kabhi kabhi saans bhi liya karo! And yes agar tum ab chup nai rahi toh next kiss tumhare cheek pe nai hoga!
Sharon was firstly shocked, so she had actually not heard Swayam's warning properly… As soon as she was out of the shock she starts blasting at him again….
Sharon (yelling): What the hell was that? (Hitting his arm) Where are your manners huh? And tell me, tum kabhi ek normal insaan ke jaise darwaze se nahi aa sakte kya? Hamesha window se aana jaruri hai? But nahi the Great Swayam Shekhawat ko toh…
Before she could complete, he cupped her face again and she looked at him shocked and confused…
Swayam: Sorry baby, but I had warned you! Now I have no choice!
And there… He smashed his lips onto hers… And started kissing her gently… At first, she was shocked to respond, but when he started kissing her, she lost all her sense and closed her eyes feeling his soft lips on hers… She slowly started responding back with the same gentleness… Her hands moved up his arms to shoulders and finally into his soft silky hair… she pulled them slightly which added fuel to his desires… the kiss was now passionate and somewhat wild… she parted her lip and he deepened the kiss… both were enjoying it… she let out a moan at the back of her throat and bit his lip out of excitement… both were so much into it and were not planning to stop… but they had to as they were out of breath… She pulled out first but didn't move back an inch… both rested their forehead against each other, he was yet placing soft feather pecks on her lips… she smiled at his gesture and then rested her head in the crook of his neck, hugging him tightly… He smiled at this and was hugging her back… both stood there lost in love…
Swayam: I love you!
Sharon: And I hate you!
Swayam (grinning): Yeh kaisa reply hai?
Sharon: Nahi toh kya! Pehle toh humari sagai ke din mujhse fight karte ho and now you expect me to reply back politely…
Swayam: I'm sooo sorry jaan! Ab toh maaf kardo! (She slowly breaks the hug and pecks his cheek)
Sharon: Lo maaf kiya!
Both smiled widely and very soon were reclining on the bed… He had his one arm around her and the other playing with her fingers… She felt relaxed resting in his arms… Swayam was just admiring the beautiful design of the mehendi on her hand… And soon both were staring at their engagement rings…
Swayam: So now official we are one!
Sharon: Hmmm!
Swayam (concerned): By the way jaan! Are you ok? I mean after meeting the guests you seemed to be exhausted!
Sharon: ya, just a bit tired! Was busy with the engagement preparations throughout the week na so…
Swayam: So you haven't had enough rest! God! Tumhe kitni baar bola hai apne health ke bare main pehle socha karo, yeh arrangements toh koi aur bhi kar sakta hai!
Sharon: Par…
Swayam: No par var… You need rest… chalo today I'll put you to sleep!
Sharon loved his concern and chuckled at the last statement: (sarcastically) Seriously Swayam! (Shocked)And you are staying here tonight?!
Swayam: Ya… So?! As if you have a problem with it! Do you?
Sharon: Obviously not! But agar koi aa gaya toh??
Swayam: You just relax! Main hoon na!
He removes his jacket and lies down on the bed… She cuddles into him resting one hand on his chest and the other around him… He pulls her closer holding her waist protectively and strokes her hair with his free hand… In no time both fall into a deep slumber… This was their heaven… Sleeping in each other's embracement …
The slight warm from the sun and the cold wind was trickling on her face… A lone strand was dancing at the beats of the wind and disturbing her sleep… She slowly opened her eyes and the bright light struck her hard… she was blinking her eyes a few times to get use to the brightness… Now she was wide awake… she glanced at her angle who was looking like a small cute little baby sleeping with a pout on his face…. She moved upwards and kissed his pout which then changed into a smile… After a while of admiring him she was out of her trance due to some banging noise coming from the door….
Rashmi: Sharon beta! Get up! Aaj academy nahi jaana kya? Swayam abhi thodi der main aata hoga!
Sharon: Ya mom! jaana hai… Main thodi der main aati hu (to herself) Swayam tabhi aayega jab woh yahan se pehle jayega na! (She turns to Swayam and tries to wake him up) Swayam utho! Get up, get up fast!
In return he just takes a pillow and hides his face under it…
Swayam, jaldi utho! Mom bahar khadi hai! (to herself) Oh god yeh ladka!... Swayam agar tum abhi nai uthe na toh… toh… toh main tumse kabhi baat nai karungi!
Listening to this he jerks out of his sleep…. She mentally pats her back for the idea…
Swayam (shocked, confused): What! No way! Yeh toh cheating hai!
She laughs at his reaction and pulls him out of the bed…
Sharon: Abhi utho and go fast… Tumhe office nai jana kya? And ek minute aaj toh tumhara presentation hai! Out of the bed! Fast!
Poor Swayam unwillingly gets out of the bed and rushes to the window… down the pipe… into his car… and zoom… back home… He had mentally made up a plan that if anyone asks him about his absence throughout the night he'll say he was with Rey… At the same time he informs Rey about the same… Soon he was home…
Shweta: Swayam! Tu kahan tha raat bhar? Ek baar batake toh jata! Woh toh accha hua Taani ne kaha ke tu Rey ke saath hai!
Swayam was shocked and looked at Taani who was grinning…
Swayam (hugging his mother): Sorry Maa! (Then he goes to Taani and hugs her too) Taani tumne toh bacha hi liya!
Taani: Its ok bhai! Aap jaldi tayaar ho jao… Tauji abhi uthte hi honge…
Swayam soon was ready… he had his coffee and bidding a good bye to his mother and Taani left home to pick up Sharon…
Here Sharon was busy with her mom in the kitchen preparing breakfast… *ting* *tong*…. One of the servants opened the door and welcomed Swayam… He was in his office wear… black trousers, sky blue shirt with sleeves folded up, a navy-blue tie and a black waistcoat…. He walked up to the dining table where Gautam was busy reading the newspaper and sipping his tea…
Swayam (touching his feet): Good Morning Dad!
Gautam (with a wide smile): Good Morning Son! So slept well?
Swayam (remembering last night): Yes!!! Certainly!
Gautam got busy with the newspaper when Swayam walked into the kitchen… Sharon was getting the plates and other stuff ready and her mom was busy cooking something… He went to Sharon, gave her a side hug and kissed her temple…
Swayam: Good Morning!
Sharon (grinning): Good Morning!
Rashmi looked at his love for Sharon and was thanking God just when Swayam came to her and touched her feet…
Swayam: Good Morning mother-in-law!
Rashmi: A very good morning son-in-law!
Swayam: So aaj aap mujhe breakfast main kya khila rahe ho?
Rashmi: Aaj mere honewale damaad ko kya khaana hai?
Swayam (lightly pulling her cheeks): Jo meri honewali sasuma pyaar se khilaye!
Rashmi (hitting hit hand): Chal hatt badmaash kahin ka! Yeh le apna juice aur ja bahar jaakar baith hum breakfast lekar aate hai…
Sharon loved the equation Swayam shared with her parent… they were always like his parent to him… Rashmi and Sharon took the breakfast trays out where the two men were busy discussing business, market, stocks and etc. etc….
Sharon: Dad! Swayam! Enough of business! Now have your breakfast!
They soon obeyed… Swayam saw the breakfast served to him and his eyes glittered…
Swayam: Aloo ke parathe! (he took a bite) ummm Sharon you are amazing!
Without wasting a second he pounced on them and started eating without paying herds to the fact that they were hot… All of them chuckled at his cuteness… Sharon looked at him with awe when her eyes fell on something that suddenly irritated her…
Sharon (almost shouting): God Swayam! Yeh tumne kya pehna hai? (Swayam looked at her completely confused with a bit half in his mouth) How many times have I told you that ties don't suit you … especially the ones you choose!
Without waiting for his reply she moved forward… got him to remove his waistcoat and kept it aside… removed the tie and let the first two buttons of the shirt remain open… The senior citizens present there were observing them and just let out a chuckle…
Rashmi: Aare Sharon, let him have his breakfast first! Uske kapde baad main theek kar dena!
Sharon obeyed her mom and sat next to Swayam to have her breakfast… Swayam had a smile dance on his face throughout the while… All of them had a good breakfast time, chatting, eating and laughing together…Soon Swaron were done and were ready to leave… Sharon made it a point that Swayam was looking presentable… She got him to wear his waistcoat and not allow him to button it up completely… Swayam loved the way she would take care of his small small things, let it be his clothes, his meals or anything! After their goodbye's both of them left for work…
Rashmi: Humari beti bahut lucky hai ke usse Swayam jaisa life partner mila!
Gautam: Haan woh toh hai! Kuch toh baat hai iss ladke main! Jab bhi yeh aata hai apne aap face pe smile aa jaati hai! Bahut hi hard-working, passionate aur sanskari ladka hai! Aur sabka kitna dhyaan rakhta hai! Rishi and bhabhiji are really lucky to have him as their son…
Rashmi: And most importantly Swayam aur Sharon ek dusre se bahut pyaar karte hai! Inn dono ko kabhi kisi ki nazar na lage!
