Hola!! to all my pretty readers, how are you all?
First of all this story of mine is just a compilation of 4-5 chapters at the most because it being just a continuation of an OS 😊
Secondly for all those who haven't read chapter 1...Here is the link for the same
Third- Thanks for the appreciating comments that I got, I am continuing it because of you guys only! ❤️
So here it goes,
She was leaning onto the french windows near the poolside , a sad small crept across her face as she remembered how she used to fondly caress her protruding swollen belly. She also remembered how she and Arnav used to have small quarrels over the baby's name and how after the fight he would make the 'not-so-sweet' jalebi's to apologize!
Sigh...
She so wanted those days back. A tear escaped her eye as she continued to think about the precious moments she spend with the two most important people in her life.
She had promised her baby, that she would always protect him/her but she failed to do so, she failed as a mother.
Not being able to take all of those horrific and disturbing thoughts again she started to cry bitterly.
Within few minutes Arnav entered the room with a plate of Jalebi's and on seeing her cry, he rushed towards her and embraced her tightly and slowly kissed her hair, so that she would forget what had happened a month ago. As she broke the hug, she looked into his eyes finding surety that everything was going to be okay, as he saw her eyes, he was horrified...he saw blood shot eyes and her pale face. She must eat something or she might fall sick, thought Arnav.
He brought the plate of Jalebis and fed her a few pieces. He could see through her eyes, the pain within her. As soon as he saw that she was exhausted due to so much of stress, he lifted her up gently and tucked her to bed.
He really wanted her to rest and he knew that this recovery would take time , but he didn't care he was ready to comfort her in each and every way because he knew that Time heals anything and everything.
*A month later*
Khushi had recovered from the trauma and had accepted the fact that she could not become a mother again. It was painful for her, as she had always dreamt of having a perfect life - A loving hubby, a sweet little baby. She was deeply hurt. She also held herself guilty for all the pain she had caused to Arnav, as he loved the baby equally.
But little did Khushi know that if god closes one door, he opens up another to ease the pain slowly.
Hope you liked the update!
