Here is the interpretation to Section 3 of Part 23.

When Buaji turned to the third picture, it was to see Arnav Babua and Titaliya in an idyllic setting. It was a summer afternoon with the warm air blowing gently on the dry leaves making them dance by twisting and twirling. A couple out on a picnic were under the shade of a tree with its branches spread wide.

Khushi was sitting under the tree with her back resting against the smooth bark. She was in a clotted cream and ivory coloured dual shaded saree with silver border and big but delicate looking creeper motif in silver and white all over the Pallu. Her gorgeous hair that was open and voluminous, flowing down her back in silky waves with a few strands flying over her right shoulder that had silver blouse cover her fair satiny skin.

Arnav in a pale green kurta and white pyjamas was reclining on the lush green grass with his head on her lap, his face turned up towards her and his eyes resting on her bonny face.

Khushi had her right hand placed over his heart, with her fingers splayed. His left hand, had covered her dainty fingers, holding her hand firmly against his heart. His right hand, had rested on his well toned abs.

Anamika smiled slightly savoring the beauty of the photograph. One could almost hear the drone of the bees, the gurgle of the brook running along, the rustling of the leaves, and the gentle blow of the breeze making the flowers in the meadows dance and the grass spikes sway gently to the music of the nature. Two birds were flying and chirping around the tree.

The molten caramel eyes of Arnav and his face, were crystal clear of his love for Khushi, his need for her, his enjoyment,his delight in her presence and his pleasure in the moment of togetherness. The sprouting tender smile on his lips and the intensity of the light in his eyes spoke volumes.

But, what was a blow to the fashionistas was, the look on Khushi's face. The fingers of her left hand, had curled over his head into his unruly hair. Her face was aglow with love and pride in him. It made the viewer wonder what expression was being captured. Was it the love of a mother for her child? Or was it the love of a girl for her lover? Or was it a mix of both?

Anamika concluded that it definitely was a combination of romance with a good measure of maternal love thrown in, a combination that was deadly and fatal to all the other aspirants and upstarts, but irresistible to the one showered with love. It was once again a picture that postulated, neighbour's envy and owner's pride.

The picnic basket that lay beside them was open. A dish of ber lay untouched and a book with its pages open lay fluttering at the breeze on the brown picnic rug. Scooby had crawled on the rug, peering into the basket with hopeful eyes. This made Anamika think about the incident during the photo shoot with a smile. Scooby had entered the picture frame unknowingly and when Gaurav had tried to lure Scooby away Ganesh has refrained him from doing so. Anamika had thrown a threat at Ganesh, in a whisper that Scooby, the cross bred which was his present to Gaurav would be skinned alive along with him if it damages even a wee bit of her creations. Her threat only elicited a chuckle from Ganesh, who was well aware of the soft corner that she had for the naughty mongrel.

Looking at the photograph, Anjali announced that she too felt like going on a picnic. She asked Anamika as to how a mere picture could arouse such feelings. Her question made Anamika smile and enjoy the success of her work. Payal, whose face was filled with surprise commented that, her Jethji looked very relaxed. Mami concurred with her and said, it looks like her Arnav Bitwa is not at all inclined to rise from that pose. She once again urged her mother-in-law, to get them married as soon as possible. Nani with a smile on her face said to Manorama that, she was ready for the marriage to be conducted even with a short notice as that of a few hours. But it was Chote and Khushi Bitiya's decision to wait for 4 more months, making all heave out a sigh. Buaji tracing out Arnav's face in the picture with her chubby finger exclaimed, in the name of her diety Nandkisore, that Arnav Babua, looks handsome and told Garima that even green looked good on him. Garima nodding her head in agreement asked Anamika, whether Khussi and Arnav Bitwaa had seen these pictures? Anamika told them that, she had sent a copy to ASR just before she came over to Gupta House. He might have taken it over to Khushi's work place to show her, bringing out a knowing smile in all.

Anamika tried to take leave of them and rose to her feet. Buaji tried to tempt her to stay for lunch saying that she had prepared besan ladoos. Nani, Mami, Payal and Garima too joined Buaji in urging her to take her lunch with them. But Anamika citing that she had work piled up, bid adieu and moved to the door while the ladies trailed along. Nani asked Anamika, does she live alone? Where was her family? Anamika in a humble voice admitted that it was just her son and herself, who comprised her family. Hearing this Buaji exclaimed that, why in the name of Nandkisore she had left her child alone. Why did she not bring her child there addressing her as Bitiyaa. With a wistful note she told Anamika that, they too would have loved to meet the child, making all nod. Anamika bit back her laughter and lowered her eyes, lest she hurt their feelings with her mirth. When she told them that her son Gaurav was 21 years of age, Mami being the one to recover quickly from the bombshell that had just burst out, told her in her own brand of English that, it was hard to believe that she was the mother of a 21 year old. Her skin had the glow of a young lady in her twenties. And Mami being her curious self wanted to know the brand name of the soap she uses. She asked her was it Santoor by any chance.

Anamika listening to her talk smiled and thought that his family must be driving ASR crazy! It was a befitting punishment for all his arrogant ways. With Khushi and Guptas' joining the bandwagon, ASR had his plate full. She felt like cachinnating but stopped herself from letting others see her glee. Finally, she left the house, after being waylaid by the ladies wanting to tell her something or the other. As she walked out she had a smile dancing on her face and her fingers were pressing the buttons of her cell to connect to Ganesh. She knew for sure that, he would get unbridled merriment, when she narrates the ways of ASR's family, their crazy ways that was bound to drive ASR nuts. Ganesh who had expressed his apprehension and reluctance to take up this project of make over of Khushi for her debut among the fashionistas, due of the arrogant ways of ASR, would enjoy the knowledge that ASR had daily dose of crazinesss to deal with, before stepping out of his home.

This update is about ENCEINTE. Don't be mortified. I have not gone loco. This particular word has two different meanings that really make it unique. The first that I apply in this update is in its noun form meaning an enclosure or the enclosing wall of a fortified place, and the other being pregnant in its adjective form.

With the third photograph, Anamika has fortified the wall of the life of Arnav and Khushi making it impregnable to external forces. Even if the salvo's are fired it was bound to boomerang! The idyllic picture created by Ganesh's photographic skills had captured the very essence of love existing between Arnav and Khushi. It showed that they were in a world of their own where there was no entry to a third person and even if there was, it would be to the product of their love. Khushi with her smile which glowed with love, that was beautiful, caring, unselfish, giving, nurturing, thoughtful, unconditional, patient, kind, generous and forgiving would willingly share only with their progeny. In the scheme of things, there was no room for any one else to come between them. Once again the picture was an epitome of family togetherness. It had a picnic basket, an open book suggesting that it was kept aside midway while reading, a picnic rug, a dish of ber and a mongrel with its eyes on the basket waiting for its mistress to give its food. All these give the picture a sense of completeness, a family on its own and in its own world. This was what Anamika had wanted in the picture. It was a message to ASR's ex- girlfriends and aspirants that the doors were shut and their salvo's if fired, were of no impact.

The incident of how Scooby turned up in the picture shows how close Ganesh is with Anamika and Gaurav. Only he has the capacity to penetrate the walls erected by her. It also shows that he too has fortified it for her. The relation between them has not yet been specified but it was of protective in nature towards Anamika and Gaurav by Ganesh.

Seeing the photograph, all in the family feel that it is a crime to keep the two away from each other but had to bow to the decision of Arnav and Khushi. They enclose the two within their love.

Buaji who always had a soft corner for her Arnav Babua, who had captured the heart of her Titaliyaa, traces her finger on the face of Arnav in the picture. With this gesture, she is expressing her love just like a mother would when her child is away from her. It is her way of showing that, she is with him just like she is with her Sanka Devi. She would stand up for them. She is fortifying them.

The family is stunned to see a beautiful lady as Anamika, to be the mother of a 21 year old as her looks does not betray her age. It made Mami ask her the brand of her favoured soap. Seeing this side of ASR's family, it gladdened her heart and wanted it to share with Ganesh, that the arrogant devil had one heck of a family that would heckle him at each and every step. It was a roller coaster ride for him too, with daily doses injected. It was not smooth going for him as they had assumed it to be. This he had fortified himself, against the intrusion from the outside world. Anamika was glad that Arnav had Khushi, her family and his family to smooth out the rough edges in him. She knew that Khushi by herself was enough to tame his arrogance. She was his armour and he was hers. They fortified each other and the family and close friends formed the outer rings.

The trust that Anamika shows towards Ganesh could be because she is also in love with him though without her conscious knowledge...for such a private and jaded person to trust someone totally does lead to true love...

She also shows her love and acceptance of Khushi and Arnav's family as she has also started trusting them in all their oddities.. because she knows they genuinely love her..
