Her good night was a bit different from her usual good night greetings...he thought. Indeed, it was.
He placed his phone on the side table, as he tried to sleep, but Aayesha's face kept on flashing in his mind...
Kuch sochun to tera khayal aa jaata hai,
Kuch bolun to tera naam aa jaata hai,
Kab tak chupaon dil ki baat,
Uski har ada par mujhe pyaar aa jaata hai …
Meanwhile,
Aayesha's place,
Aayesha again picked up the 'Shayari' book and started reading it,
Yaadien aksar hoti hain satane ke liye,
Koi rooth jaata hai phir maan jaane ke liye,
Rishte nibhana koi muskil to nahi,
Bas dilon me pyaar chahiye use nibhane ke liye…
Aayesha placed the book back on its place, as she tried to sleep, but Sameer's looks didn't let her sleep,
Tanhaiyon me muskurana ishq hai,
Ek baat ko sab se chupana ishq hai,
Yun to neend nahi aati hamein raat bhar,
Magar sote sote jagna aur jagte jagte sona ishq hai...
Next Morning,
Conference room,
It was nearly 8, when Aayesha reached ETF Office.
She found Rathore and DIG Coelho, in the conference room.
She entered the conference room, and greeted her seniors.
Aa : "Good Morning Rathore Sir...Good Morning Dustin Sir..."
Sam : "Good Morning Aayesha.."
DC : "Good Morning Aayesha..."
Nearly an hour later,
DC : "Mission na zyaada difficult hai...na zyaada easy...as you both are brilliant officers, issi liye I have appointed both of you for this case...I hope ke result +ve hi hoga..."
"Yes Sir..." replied Samyesha in unison.
ETF Office,
10:00a.m.
"Ohoo! Aayesha tumne humein bataya nahi ki kal kya kuch jewellery shop mein...zara vistar mein batana..." a cute chirpy girl, or should I say, ETF's new member Sakshi Anand teased Aayesha.
"Haan Aayesha...batao toh sahi aakhir kya huya shop mein...ab Rathore Sir se toh hum puchne se rahe..." said team's IT Expert, Specky Sen! Oops! Siddharth Sen, joined Sakshi.
"Hona kya tha...jo hona tha ho gaya..." replied Aayesha.
"Kya? Kya ho gaya? kahin Sameer ne..." Sakshi didn't complete and burst into laughter.
Even Shree couldn't control himself, he too laughed for a while.
Sakshi got up from the chair, and was walking to towards the door, oh...with her back towards the door, and...she didn't realize that someone was standing at the door, listening their talks.
Shree looked at the person and gulped, and motioned Sakshi to be aware of the person, but,...
Meanwhile, Aayesha lowered her face and started looking here n there...
"Ohoo...toh ab humein khud hi pata karna hoga ki kya huya...kahin tumne Sameer ke saamne smile toh nahi kardi...ya fir woh filmy eye-lock?" said Sakshi, as she kept on stepping backward.
'Huya toh yahi sab hai..' Aayesha thought to herself and sighed.
Sakshi kept on chirping and stepping backwards, until she hit her back on someone's chest.
"Oh sorry! (she turned and found Sameer) Oh Sameer? Tum kab aaye?" she asked him.
Sam looked at the other two person and then looked at Sakshi,
"Abhi abhi aaya..." he replied, even though he had heard their talks and asked the rest of the team to come in the conference room for the case briefing.
11 in the night,
ETF Office,
Everyone had left except Samyesha, as they were a bit busy with their works.
Sam had finished his work and was prepairing to leave, when he noticed Aayesha, working on a laptop in the conference room.
Sam walked into the conference room, as,
"Aayesha..."
Aayesha lifted her face and looked at Sam, "Yes Sir..."
"chalo mein tumhein ghar drop kardun.."
"Hmm...theek hai Sir, aap chaliye mein 5 minute mein aati hunn..."
Sam turned to leave, when, Aayesha spoke up,
"Sir, phir hum log kab jaa rahe hain..."
"Hmm...aaj 21st march hai...aur holi hai 26th ko...we will be going on 25th...is that okay?"
"Yes sir..." she replied.
