Hello Arakshians..this is not anything new...just a small version of the same scene...circumstances being the same...I wanted to make it a picture caption OS with some funny lines but couldnt...It appeared too magical to make it comical!

so here it goes...

OS: Dil ki yeh Dastaan..Kaise kahoom?

There was an urgent requirement for one of them to go on undercover to a fake passport making adda...Aisha or any of the others were ruled out as anybody could identify them as ETF...Only Sakshi looked a civilian...a simple innocent girl whom none would doubt!

Arjun had suggested it and also kind of pushed Sakshi to go on undercover knowing that it was quite a risk...And things went the wrong way...She got hit by a bullet...Though being in ETF, it was her duty to do that, he felt guilty for her present state...

The bullet injury on her right arm had left her in a sling...A fall and a blow during the encounter at the place had caused a head injury and a cast on her left foot...

Though she never once blamed him or even passed an accusing glance towards him, he felt guilty from within...It was only psychological and in fact none blamed him for whatever happened!

Her bed ridden state at the hospital and then her entry into office limping and struggling had its effects on him as well!

She looked like a dove whose wings were clipped and was struggling to fly...A dove who always fluttered her wings and spread her charm and glow all around due to her vibrant character...but today she was confined to herself...silent and feeling low because she needed help to even move around!

He mellowed down his attitude and softened suddenly which came as a surprise to the ETF team as well! But he had his own reasons...the pricking guilt was too much to bear...

Though rough and tough from outside, stubborn and head strong, within him lay a soft caring heart which definitely skipped beats seeing someone in pain and despair and when that pain was caused by his stubbornness, then it only made the inclination more...Sympathy and guilt were more than enough reasons to justify his soft mellowed down behavior towards her!

The case was solved and almost all had left'..But Sakshi had work to do'She had to complete the article for the last 2 cases and her sudden injury had slowed down everything'.

She was trying her best to complete them'..

He was about to leave office when he saw her toiling with the files and reports in the conference room'

He looked at the watch'it was past midnight''.The entire office was empty and there was no way he could leave her alone like that!

He walked in''.Sakshi didn't realize his presence'she was too immersed into the work to notice'.

"Sakshi, chalo'.main tumhe drop kar detha hoom"

His voice snapped her out'.she didn't look at him but just continued her work replying, "nahi Arjun, tum jaao'mujhe yeh sab complete karna hai'.."

Arjun wasn't going so soon'He replied back, "bohat dher hogayi hai Sakshi'..chalo"

He didn't wait for her reply'.he just closed her files and bag forcefully and gave her the crutches while she protested, "Arjun, I said na'I will manage'.waise bhi tum hi toh mere kaam na karne ka taane maarthe rehthe ho'..aaj kaam kar rahi hoom toh'"

He snapped her short and replied sarcastically, "ek hi din mein sab kaam kar daalogi toh kal kya karogi??''khair'...woh sab chodo aur chalo mere saat'."

She had raised protest due to her own ego while she was also worried about how she would get back home at this late hour and one look to his side and she knew that this man wasn't going to leave her alone there'.

He was hell bent on what he intended to do''so hesitantly, she took the crutch from him'.She gathered up her bag and file and slowly stood up'..her hand and leg were aching''He could sense her pain from her expressions!

As she struggled, he tried to help, "sambaal ke Sakshi'"

When he tried to hold her, she stopped him, "nahi'main teek hoom"

Slowly, together they reach the parking area'he opens the door for her and tries to help her but she refuses again holding her hand up'

He moved away from her and stood aside with his hands crossed against his chest observing her actions!

Arjun shakes his head in total disbelief of how stubborn the girl before him was'''She kept her bag and the crutch inside and tried to lift her leg to get in but each time she lifted, it slipped down and she wasn't able to get in''

He waited patiently for a few moments but then when she almost slipped, he didn't wait for anything else but just lifted her in his arms''

Her hands went around his neck automatically and their eyes met''..her eyes reflected gratitude and respect'.yes she also felt that she was in her prince charming's arms but which girl wouldnt feel that...he was no less than any prince charming!

It was the first time a guy did such sweet things and showed so much care and concern for her...so it was only natural for her to look into his deep intense eyes like a love struck teenager hoping and trying her best to read what his eyes conveyed to her...

His eyes spilled care, concern and sympathy towards the ever bubbly girl who looked helpless and miserable in his arms!

He snapped out when she looked away not wanting him to read anything from her eyes he placed her gently on the seat'..

As he made sure that she was comfortable and shut the door, she thanked her for the lift''.

He nodded and got in as well'.

As they drove away into the silent night, we are left with a lot of questions'..

"Is the beginning of something new? Is this the beginning of a new friendship? Will it take the form of love?"
