Hi guys i am updating the second part cos i might not have time later... There are 3 important things you guys need to know there will 3 new characters in this update...
- ranbeer kapoor( i know what you guys are thinking...but it is my story..you can imagine him as ranbeer kapoor or anyone else)[a sweet guy who loves to sing]
- kiya gujral(i love the buddy project too so...but if you do not like her you can imagine someone else)[a talented diva and she can come across as arrogant but she is sweet when you get to know her]
-panchi rastogi(sorry guys cant help it..but i dont want to limit your imagination).[a good singer but is too consious because of her size and so she has slight stage fright and usually sings background only] they are all in the glee club.
The second thing you need to know is that all the songs used are from glee.
And finally i will normally paste the link to the video so you guys know how the song plays out but if i need to modify the choreography i will write down the changes and i will also list out the part each of the characters sing..but like i said i dont want to limit your imagination so you can imagine any thing you want.
So here is part 2.
part 2: light up the world
ranbeer,kiya and panchi stared at each other in complete and utter awe. how can someone sound so amazing yet no one know about it?
ranbeer: guys was i imagining or did taani our gs just sing defying gravity and play the entire song on the piano perfectly?
panchi: someone pinch me ...i think we found our 4 th glee club member.
Kiya: what! are you guys insane ? ya she was good but why would miss gs join our loser club when she has to manage the dance team?
Kiya was insecure as she was currently the most talented singer in the 3 person club but if taani joined that wouldnt be the case anymore.
Ranbeer: kiya we can atleast try..
panchi: ya you know we're desperate
kiya: i will bet my entire life savings that she wont join.
Panchi:as if you have any money left...you spent all of it shopping remember?
kiya: that's not the point panchi!(angrily)
ranbeer : i am going to talk to her and that is final.
Panchi: yup i am coming too.
Kiya: ok fine..i will come just to prove you wrong.
They set out to find taani who was in the atrium.
Scene shift to taani.
Her hands were still tingling from playing.she smiled to herself but her smile immediately vanished when she realized the time and that she was late for the dance team meeting. she smiled sadly when she thought of the fact of how unhappy they will be to see her.she was about to leave when she bumped into a boy who was familiar.
Taani:so sorry...
She turned to leave when he called out to her.
Ranbeer: taani..can we talk?
taani: sorry who are you?
ranbeer: i am ranbeer , this is panchi and kiya.and we are in the glee club(dramatically)
taani frowned as if trying to recall something. her eyebrows shot up.
Taani: oh ya the singers..any help?
panchi: yup join the glee club.(casually)
taani: what!
kiya: told you guys...
Ranbeer: we heard you singing in the auditorium.
Kiya: ya you were good..
Panchi: good kya..you were amazing.
Taani: guys i am flattered ..but i cant ndc and all...
Ranbeer: please we are desperate for members...singing is our passion...
Passion...as soon as she heard as she heard the word her eyes lit up a feeling of completeness filled her.
Taani: passion
panchi: yup passion..something that fuels your life..gives you reason to live..
Taani unknowingly smiled...ranbeer noticed this and decided to manipulate the situation.
ranbeer: come on lets sing...
Taani: what!now?
ranbeer: why not?
taani: i havent really heard you guys sing before.
Panchi: so hear it now.(nervously)
ranbeer nodded at her reassuringly..panchi eased up a little
taani: no music.
Ranbeer took out his ipod.
Kiya: familiar with light up the world(agitated)
taani nodded
Ranbeer: jump in whenever you want.
Taani smiled at them
light up the worldimagine the song same choreography but obviously less people.
Ranbeer- male vocals
Kiya- female vocals
panchi- background vocals
taani- joins in the main female vocals in the last chorus(imagine her as racheal )
first taani hears them sing and is quite impressed and so are the people around...they start video taping it. taani's toes start to tapping... her head started shaking to the beat...her heart told her to sing along ignoring everyone...at the last chorus she started to sing..she hit a high note which shocked everone in the room her vocals drifted across the atrium and everyone marvelled at her voice she sang until the last note and found herself hoping the moment will never end.she saw eveyone clapping and a big proud smile spread across her face.ranbeer noticed this.
Ranbeer: taani you really are amazing please think about it...
Taani turned around and ran away to the rehearsal hall where the dance team were waiting impatiently. her heart beated fast as she thought about the what just happned. she was lost somewhere by the time she reached the rehearsal hall leaving everyone puzzled.they had never seen her like that before.
neha: where you are lost taani?
taani snapped out of her thoughts and saw 11 angry faces staring at her.
Aashi: why are you late types?
She looked at sharon ,rey and her bhai.
taani: sorry guys ..i got a little side tracked.
Sharon:please get on with it.(she was still angry with taani)
taani: ok whatever... We just got a date for the the quater finals.( getting a grip of herself)
Swayam: when is it?( irratated)
Everyone was taken back by swayam especially taani and rey.
Rey: dude relax..
Taani: its okay rey i guess i have to get used to it now it is in 6 days.
Rey:okay ... that should be enough time.
Simi: so taani still want to sit through our routines.(mockingly)
Taani recalled bharat's statement and realized that simmi was trying to make fun of her.
She saw everyone snickering except sharon, rey and swayam.
Taani: no thanks i have got better things to do...anyway i think i have to pay a fee to see your performance and i would like to save my money rather then waste it...hope you dont mind performing without an audience.
With that she left leaving the team completely shocked by her unexpected comeback.
