MUMBAI: KUSHI 's PLACE
kushi was worried... arnav was different... he never speaks like this... and whats suddenly with clients... its not like they discuss deals all day... but wait a sec... if he was busy with work why should he feel that i should be there... arnavjii is surely hiding something from me... but what?? why??

just as she was thinking pinky ( 6 yr old)came in hugging her at her legs making kushi's mind go diverted
kushi bent down: pinkyyy what happened.. why suddenly so much affection
pinky: kkk i want to go out
kushi: why now suddenly
pinky: k when you were here you used to take me often but now nobody does... plz plz kkk
kushi bent down kissing pinky's cheeks
pinky sulked: nw don do this and say you wont tak me
kushi laughed
kushi: smart girl... but princess you go and play with aarav.. i and neetu will get ready and come and we shall go together.. ok
pinky kissed kushi on her cheek: yayyy and ran out

AIRPORT MUMBAI:
arnav reached the mumbai airport and collected his luggage and set out for his house which was in the outskirts of mumbai
he got into the car waiting for him and finally reached his place...
it was one of the finest houses in the outskirt... it was not a huge palace as his mansion but it was a beautiful house surrounded by a lovely garden...
arnav's mom had designed it and when they were kids they often use to come here... arnav loved this place the most as it was here he felt her more close away from the usual crowded family he lived with.. his dads family...
arnav anjali and his parents were usually here and every time and the last time they had come here was the night before the worst had happened!!!
arnav had ensured he had a cook and a gardener and had maintained the house perfectly without changing even a brick in this 15 yrs
though the house looked big from outside it had only two rooms as his mom felt the bigger the number the far the family...
arnav got down his car and asked the driver to leave and get back only on monday morning...
he stood staring...... his mind went back wards

mom: chotey.. jus little time.. i will water these plants and we will play
arnav sulked: you love the plants more than me
his mom smiled and went on her knees: chotey, ma always loves you... see if you don water these plants they will die... then how can you play when this garden looks bad with dead flowers

arnav looked around.. the garden was still colorful... a tear escaped his eyes and he slowly walked up the stairs to the door way

arnav proudly lifted his collar

arnav: i will kidnap him here di like in your boring serials and anjali and arnav started running around their mom in the garden...

arnav rang the bell... a old man around 65 yrs opened the door
old man: chotey and teared up happily seeing arnav
arnav bent down: ranju chacha and took his blessings
none would have believed that ASR would get blessings from a servant... but ranju chachu was so spl...he had been appointed by his mother after working in shesh mahal and had known arnav and anjali right from they were kids... he was his mom's most trusted person and she had always see him as a fatherly figure... he was here to take care of the house
ranju chacha: how was your travel chotey
arnav: just nodded with a smile..
ranji chacha: your room is ready... go and freshen up.. i will arrange for dinner
arnav: yes chacha and walked away looking at his parents photo at the hall way

kushi blushed: she had indeed made one but how will pinky understand

pinky: oh boy friend and winked at kushi

: nautanki and started tickling pinky as both girls burst into a laughter riot making the ppl in the toy shop turn around to find the source of the sudden noise pollution

arnav came out freshened and saw his chachu keeping the dishes on the table..
he quietly pulled a chair and took his seat
chacha: chotey... i was very happy that anjali beta's shaadi is fixed... how is rahul
arnav: ji chacha.. di is very happy now... rahul is also into designing and so they are making it great together
chacha: everything is for the good chotey...
arnav just nodded with a faint smile and got back into his plate
ranju chacha looked at arnav and thought about how he was 15 yrs back

arnav and anjali had come and his mom and dad had gone to the mandir leaving them under their chachu's care..
anjali loved sewing and sat down sewing a sweater for her doll
arnav kept hitting the ball with his bat on the wall and got bored... he went inside and saw chacha cooking
he jumped up and sat on the table inside the kitchen
arnav: chacha
ranju chacha: choteyyy... arent you playin outside
arnav: no chacha i am bored... how long to play one sided
chacha: i willl finish cooking chotey and then we will play together
arnav happily nodded playing with the tomatoes
arnav: chacha you don get bored
ranji: why would i chotey
arnav: hmm true.. you keep cooking all the time... no wonder your fat
ranju : choteyyy
arnav: chacha talk something na... why are you always quiet
ranju came to arnav and said: when chotey gives a chance only na
arnav bravely pulled up his collar and winked as though he had got a great compliment
arnav: its boring to be quiet chacha and he squeezed the tomato he was having in his hand by mistake making it splash on his face
arnav: chachaaa and made a puppy face
ranju smiled and kissed little arnav and wiped it for him

ranju looked at arnav... how much can the past hurt and change a person... he loved his family and was smiling all time and now he does not even talk more than an answer...
arnav had his food... his chacha had made his fav dishes

ranju knew what arnav was about to say
ranju:: i know chotey... i will make the food for you and leave it in the packs and leave home tonight itself... i will come back on monday morning.. btu do call me if you need something
arnav smiled at ranju's concern: thanks chachu
and before he left arnav turned
arnav: chachu make some sandwiches too.. and apple juice if you can also
ranju was suprised at arnav's request.. in all the years he had actually chosen what to eat .. he usually never bothered about it and chachu found very little eaten evrytime he came back after the day
he nodded and arnav left to his room... arnav went to bed and saw the time was 11.. without any thoughts he grabbed for his phone and then
whats wrong with me... why cant i be away from her... i have never wanted anyone by my side on this day... i have even refused di... but i want to see you kushi i wish you were here ... may be i should tell her... she will be hurt if she knew i lied to her
he walked up to the phone and took it in his hand and was about to switch it on when he remembered kushi's excited smiling face whenever he spoke abt her friends wedding
kushi: arnavjii i will wear this on sat this on sunday and this monday... see i look good na
arnav:you look beautiful kushi..
arnav: i shall book for tuesday like for deals
kushi: arnav ji deals plzzz.. this is my best friends wedding.. actually 4 days is too lesss
arnav: reallyyy

kushi: i am loving it here arnavjii... guess i have missed being here so much.. im very happy
arnav wondered should i or not?? should i spoil her happiness because i need her... havent i done enough misery for her??? why am i being selfish??
he decided not to disturb kushi and went to bed
it was hardly a hour since he went to bed and as if it was an alarm his memories came hitttinggg on him...
he sprang up from his bed MAAA
the sight of having lost her in front of his eyes had gone deep rooted in his mind...
he grabbed for the water bottle beside him and drank up the full bottle in one go
and as tears slowly made way he hit the pillow hugging it tight liek a little kid.. he just wished that tomo would never come

SATURDAY MORNING...
arnav gt up with a heavy head... he found the sandwichs in the table
he smiled looking at it remembering kushi
arnav: kushiii these sandwiches are soo cute
kushi: u like them na.. chintu thought me
arnav: hmm ask me kushii
kushi: how can u eat such bland food... raw foood.. thats why your a raw person
he smiled ... he ate and forgot his tablets
he slowly moved towards the sit out staring at his mothers garden
he took out a photo from his pocket and as he looked into it his eyes went moist and suddenly chaned his expression into anger clenching his fist and he hit it at the fence not noticing the sharp end
his hands got cut and was bleeding...
but he din realize the pain as the pain he was suffering from within seemed more:
arnav : why dammit... why couldnt i do anything...
and he slowly crumpled down and sat amidst the plants burying his head into his lap...
time went still and arnav sat in the same place...
suddenly he lifted his head feeling dizzy and noticed the blood in his hand...
he slowly got up and made way to the hall to search for the first aid box... he searched for it everywhere
he finally made way to the store room hoping to find it there...
he was getting more dizzzyyy coz the bleed and coz he had forgotten his tablets
just as he opened the door his eyes went blurred and his legs gave way
