PART 27: first step in love: i miss you!!! says who??
kushi looked at arnav: best friends right arnavjii and arnav held her hand smiling
and all split into laughter as nk and akash stood staring at their plan that had actually backfired them!!!!...
they all had a lovley dinner together and as usual kushi did most of the talking making ppl laugh at her antics...
anjali could see the old kushi almost back and to see chotey smiling from his heart was just a sight to see...

a month was over and it was decided that 2 weeks from now will be the engagement party of anjali-rahul and nk - neetu!!!
arnav and kushi never missed their jogging schedules and arnav never failed to look forward to it... the one thing that amused ppl was how come inspite of jogging everyday chotey din loose weight!!( who knew about the cheese sandwiches sir was enjoying everyday)
though kushi put forward the deals arnav and kushi never failed to miss their night chats on phone
kushi was also preparing hard for her exams and arnav was making it more easy for her( thats what he thought)...
kushi was glad to see the side of arnav she had ever seen!! she felt she was really being friends with a totally new person...she actually felt she was with a best friend indeed!! past was far away from her memory now...
arnav was sure that he does not hurt or make kushi uncomfortable in anyway and he wanted to give her all the time... this was new to him too and he left things to happen naturally...

neetu: kushi rem the invite!! preeto's wedding!! we have to leave this week on Thursday nite!! the wedding is on tuesday!!!
kushi: oh o neetu how will i forget.. we will apply for our off's today to anjali di... and we will go shopping later
neetu: done!! ok kushi i am off with nk.. he needs me to sign some papers for visa issues
kushi: sure darling!! enjoy with nanheji... and she left
kushi got ready and set off to the park

kushi hit him on the shoulder: you know my friend preeto.. its her wedding next week.. so i am off to delhi this thurday
arnav's face fell: kushii.. its on tuesday.. why do you have to go on thursday night itself... i will book the flight for tuesday early morning and you can be back in the night after the wedding.. i do that for all deals
kushi with her o rxn: arnavjiii... its not a deal.. its my BEST FRIENDS WEDDING!! thursday is actually late but work!! so i made it short
arnav: 4 days is short!! great
kushi: hmmm... here have these sandwiches... i tried a new flavor today
arnav quietly took the box from her and was holding it without eating
kushi kept her hand on his shoulder: arnavjiii
arnav: yeah kushii.. its good
kushi was suprised: but you din even taste it
arnav stammered: i meant it will be good and took a bite!!!
kushi found arnav strange... but she knew he was not the type to miss ppl nor would he tell something if it disturbs him
kushi: arnavjiii your okay na?? what happened suddenly...
arnav looked up and smiled: nothing kushi.. where is my juice( he tried his best to hide his dullness and succeeded)
kushi took out the bottle and arnav was surprised!! hey this looks like a kids bottle
kushi: yes arnavjii... the other bottles were used and i could find only this.. you know jiji got this for my bday when 4 yrs back
arnav: 4 yrs back.. you weren't a kid then
kushi: yeah but i loved these cute colored bottles... feels so good to have form them,
arnav smiled: weird you are!!
the rest of the time went with the constant chattering of kushi... finally arnav dropped her home and went back

arnav walked down and was suprised to see kushis cabin still open...
he peeped in: excuse me
kushi: come in arnavjiii and went back into her diagrams
arnav: whats happening
kushi told him
arnav: may be i can help and helped her finishing the designs quickly by taking hold of her folders
kushi: thanks arnavjiii
arnav: thats okay kushii.. see the boss works for you here and he winked
kushi: arnavjii i wanted a cute boss not working boss
and winked back making him smile!!
after work arnav dropped kushi at the tailors place and went back home...

kushi had taken an off and arnav was working... she had observed him to be quiet dull even that morning in the park but it din hit her brain that he was upset about her leaving!!
kushi walked in to RM to bid bye to the raizadas...
mamiji: hello hi bye bye... phatti sariii.. you are leaving tomo... now who will take care of your best friend
kushi smiled: you are there na mamiji..
nani put her hand on kushis head blessing her: chotey will surely miss you.. so will weee... come back soon
kushi got up and went in search of anjali..

she went into arnavs room ... she looked around and was smiling as she found her stars still in place... arnav
had changed so much... she was about to leave when she saw a photo sticking out under th pillow.. it was
her photo in the rd sari she had taken years back... a tear dropped down...arnavjii missed me!!
she smiled through the tear and left to gupta house for packing
