I am a little speechless right now. The last two chapters were so intense. Whilst Arnav's story and it intermingling with Lavanya's life, leaves in our minds images of two people, so realistic, one facing the hardships, the other having it easy and yet both ending up where they are currently, all because of the choices they made. The choices always defining every aspect of their lives. On the other hand, I might have cried a bit when Khushi narrated the gist of her earlier life. This woman on the other hand never had the opportunity to make choices, make demands. And when Arnav made love to her (hoping to dear God, that he was doing exactly that, though I'm expecting you are going to divulge more in the next chapter) , we saw, I think parts of what Khushi had been like, earlier. Without her guards up, without the facade.

And I'll add two little odd things. I have read If Only, Spilling The Beans, and now this, and I don't know why but I appreciate this SS just a bit more than the others. Maybe because it goes around to explore the complexities of human relationships. And also I adore, and sigh repeatedly every time Arnav's eyes are addressed as "The Molten". Beautiful!

i have no words to describe what i feel right now...khushi what a life the poor soul have had...what a pity when your own mother do not believe you...then there is arnav being married to lavanya by his own choice, but still restless somewhat..may be we will find the answers in next chapter

Why is Arnav being a b******!
He should not have not gone to Khushi's place if he really wanted to keep away from her.
Who is he kidding with his intention to talk, this is wrong and I have to go crap.
Khushi's past explains her nature. No wonder she has this tough badass exterior. Anyone who has gone through the hell that she has, is bound to be scarred.

OMG khushi is mishandled by her father...that's pathetic

arnav past revealed he think what he done with khushi is wrogn absouletly wrong but arnav is not siffered at alot as khushi

what he think himself

arnav married lavanya and now i think when he thinking he done wrong by take lavanya from her family now he's sleeping with khushi and think he done wrong thing

after evaluating arnav past and marriage with lavanya i think he's actually not in love with lavanaya

he just want a girl in his life with legal relationship to eliminate lonelinee in his life

a girl to filled his life

buttehn after he meet khushi

khushi is right "she's his lust"

where's actually arnav right

khushi actually know what she's doing and what's its consequences

what happened with khushi..i don't know what i m feeling its so so pathetic and urgghhh

means how can a father

what she's going through

she stop caring everything and justified her behavior toward her life and surroundings

but now arnav words hurting her in true sense

arnav is man with no strong will and feel sorry for him

M, what is with your Khushi-s and their perverse fathers? :P

No, seriously. The back stories to both of them are sad. Yet, while Arnav consciously made all the wrong choices, Khushi has no control over her fate. You don't choose your family, do you? Cannot imagine what she must feel like, at the moment. Violated, abused, unwanted, betrayed. Arnav, he may be a good man at heart, but his actions are disappointing to say the least.

I am not a superstitious person, M, yet I believe that one can never be truly happy without the blessings of their loved ones. Worse, when they have betrayed their trust, been ungrateful. I don't expect to understand the family dynamics when he proposed that they elope, but Lavanya should have had the better sense. And now the guilt that is gnawing at the both of them won't let them in peace.

But why should Khushi suffer in the middle of this mess? I'm not saying she isn't at fault at all, but Arnav is the married man here.. and he wasn't forced into entering this marriage.

This moral dilemma is the reason I enjoy this story, the lines between right and wrong, moral and immoral are so clear yet blurred, it makes you rethink how you make your choices in life..

Khushi has had such a messed up life, it really explains her current situation. However, when she says she doesn't care anymore and she acts like she is numb to the world, but obviously that's not the case based on her reaction to the morning after. However, I don't know what made her think that Arnav made love to her..she herself said that Arnav lusts after her and she's the one who told him not to think too much about what they were doing. I do feel really bad for Khushi as she obviously has a lot of issues going on.

Arnav on the other hand is a coward. I get that his marriage is messed up, but he should end it if he is so miserable. And I wonder the reason why he is feeling guilty...is he feeling this way because he cheated on his wife or because he feels like he lost control?

You have such complex characters in this story and it's so interesting to read. I'm sad there is only one more chapter left, but can't wait to read it!

That was an awesome update Masam !!! This chapter was so intense . They finally did the deed and Arnav is racked with guilt & there is no point in repenting it now ... Both their background has been brought forward . Khushi's is so sad and so totally out of her control & hands . And Arnav's is sad but it was made by him alone and in his control but chose to ignore it and go ahead with the marriage to lavanya . Looks like Lavanya recognized the emotion in Arnav's eyes while carrying Khushi . Maybe it was something which she never saw in his eyes for her when they were married . Pls update the last part soon !!!!!!!!
