That was lovely Juhi!

Your update was worth the wait as well as weight!(no. of words)

Loved it .

Like this Khushi making efforts to stand on her feet.

Now I realize why Payal was proud of her decision. It was because she wanted to earn well and help out her family with the treatment, getting out of Buaji's clutches and charity! No wonder Payal was proud of her.

She was realistic in her assessment of the situation back home. She had no doubts of her family accepting her but for Buaji. And realizing that she would be the butt of her taunts everyday it was the correct move.

Arnav as expected was unhappy with her decision to move out on her own. But he finds a way for her to be near him right under his her eyes.

Good that she procured a job at his place too as it helps him to ward off media as well askeep an eye on her.

Liked NK offering himself as the sounding board. Liked the way she was questioned that She was doing things with free will and no coercion by ASR!

Loved the Diwali scene and your version too!

I had felt extremely bad when he had pushed her away and hurt her. Like your version very much!

Now Khushi has given in to his wishes unconditionally I think that is what is working in his mind! I have a feeling that he has skipped his lunch and now he is having hypoglycemia

You know why I deduced so. Its this line!

But what she saw shocked her, and terrified her, all at once.

Suppose she saw him with another girl you would have written but what she saw shocked her and felt terribly hurt. Since you have written it as terrified I think she might have seen him falling unconscious.

Wow, what a treat!! Thank u!! After I read what Khushi's future plan was, I was so proud of myself cuz I guessed that too. Of course, logical side of my brain is saying that was the only option that she had but I m not letting that burst my bubble cuz u are notorious for pulling the rug right under the feet of readers like me .. And now coming to what terrified Khushi - I think it isn't something OTT.. It is probably as simple as haunted/sad/faraway look in his eyes that she is going to take as his guilty conscience over what happened between them... Since they r so tuned to each other, every little oddity stands out !!! Or at the most, he has a cut or bandage on some part of his body but nothing too dangerous.. My dramatic side wants me to add that if Lavanya showed up within 20 feet of Arnav, it would be so unlike you!! But then again, u do like to surprise us, don't ya;)

hmm so he aint happy with her decision and neither is she
but she had to take it for her family and herself
as she knew her buaji wont stop with her rantings of what happened
no way would she let khushi forget what happened
and this could have some bad affect on her parents too
ahhh so she chose to continue with the job
which was good move on her part as this way she shall be independent there
she wont have to give him up but then she wont loose her want of being bond of marriage
and yes she does have her heart in the line
there is no denying that it is possible in the future or even not that long after he has been with her he could loose interest
it has happened before and there is no guarantee it wont happen with her either
though the same goes if they get married which is a big if there
ahhh yes they shall both try to get the other to go with their idea
no what she did was pretty clever
not only did she not have to give him up but she didnt have to be dependent on anyone else either
now that is a win win situation at least for the time being
but they cant be in this paradox for too long for sure
this gamble hopefully will work i pray it does but only time shall tell if it does or not

as there shall be no going back anymore after this
but i guess that doesnt make a difference now huh
please tell me there wont be heart break there
well anything is possible with you and with arhi right
oh well i guess we shall have to refrain from thinking all negative and bad things
so where does this leave us as usual hanging
gosh its at this point of the story i feel like why did you have to stop but you had to right
dammit why dont i have more patience then this would be so much easier right

I had a faint feeling that Khushi wanted something of the sort-- to be independent and make something for herself.

But Khushi's surrender to her desire? THAT caught me by surprise alright. (Although, I SHOULD have seen that coming from you.)

Do I approve? WHOLEHEARTEDLY. 👏 Round of applause for Khushi Kumari Gupta for being brave enough to reach out and take what she wants. And for saying those deadly words to Arnav.

And now I want Arnav to be brave. To stop hiding behind his beliefs when he can feel them slip away.

Fabulous chapter Expell.

Anjali creeping around with the secret boyfriend... 🤣 I don't know why I find it this funny-- I really shouldn't. But the thought of it cracks me up. The only reason they have for creeping around is their fear of Arnav's reaction. And that IS hilarious. Two adults (presumably older than Arnav) skittering around his presence and meeting clandestinely as though he were a strict father.

But WHAT does Arnav mean by his disappearing act? Today of all days when Khushi needs his presence, his reassurance. I'm sure he has a good reason for it, but you did it again... left us hanging. Now I'm going to speculate about what Khushi saw until you update again.

My guesses are (in keeping with the twists and turns so far)--

a) Anjali and Shyam making out in Arnav's office.

b) Arnav and Shyam making out in Arnav 's office.

c) Arnav practicing his proposal with one of his mannequins.

d) Arnav crying his eyes out over his lost virginity.

e) Buaji and Arnav chatting over chai.
