He loves her so much...and acceded to her every wish and his love for the baby is adorable.

I am not really understanding Khushi's need for this baby if she will leave Arnav. ones she not understand the depth of his need and love? She has to know that he will be a broken man without her...the least she can do is go to all doctors for second opinion.
