This truly made my day for reasons unknown...
It was awesommme...I enjoyed reading it...I literally felt nervousness with each letter...Their letters were soo sweet...Two people communicating over letters...aawww loved it..
N last part was fantasttiiicc where he felt feeling of Coming home...:)
some of Arnav's letter spoke of his desparation for stability,,happiness from life n feeling of belonging n loved...They just made me shed tears for boy who held himself responsible for his mother's death...

Wow! Don't ask me why I'm responding so late to this! But I read this the day you had posted it but for reasons known...it made my day too :) I loved reading it. Thank you! I'm so glad you read it and could read in between the lines too to understand the emotions...!

I must have missed this somehow. It was beautiful. When I was little growing up on an island, I had pen friends around the world. This reminded me so much of that special time. But it was more, the budding love between 2 strangers, the innocence and how it was so easy for them to be open with each other. I guess one is less shy and awkward when one is writing as opposed to be in front of that person talking to them. I loved the smell of cake with the letters .. . Something magical when the ocean air is mixed up with the smell of cake

Sometimes you come across a piece of writing that is so beautiful that you do not realize to what extent you have been affected by it. and this one was a perfect example of the same.

The epistolary form of writing was not just sweet but also endearing in a way that it traced the journey of two people from being strangers to falling in love, just through the medium of words. And within the same were smaller elements that were well touched upon and went hand in hand with the main course of the story.

As for the length, had the end not been a sign of the two meeting, I would have wanted this to continue forever...that good this one was!❤️
