What a lovely first date! Did I mention this guy is a keeper? Mature, knows what he wants, giving her space to set the tone in this relationship and cooking? Is he for real? My man cannot boil an egg and this guy is baking for god's sake. I am envious of her. I like this nice relaxed date, especially how they seem to be enjoying each other's company - it just feels right!

I'd like to think of this as Arnav and Kushi's first date, rather than the rather disastrous one that came earlier!

And what a perfect date it was. Arnav realized that Kushi would be happier and more relaxed in his apartment than at a fancy restaurant. And he took the trouble to find out what she likes and made dessert for her. I love this stage in a relationship, when you're just beginning to know the other person, doing simple, ordinary things that make them happy, and just taking pleasure in being together.

Shashi is putting pressure on Kushi to conform to the usual demands of society to "get married and settle down in life". And why would Kushi be betraying their trust if she fell in love with someone in Delhi?

omg, arnav can cook, bake and play the guitar as well as being a harvard educated multi millionaire, wow, khushi is one lucky girl.
i think shashi's comment not to fall in love with someone from delhi and break our trust was a bit unfair, you cant help who you fall inlove with and its too late, khushi already loves him, even if she hasnt admitted it to herself yet.

I've been so busy lately that when I came back and caught up with the updates, I was blown away! So much has happened! I agree with now well thought out the decisions and advice have been. I especially liked how considerate Arnav has been to Khushi. But his disappointment with Khushi though easy to understand was hard to swallow. People are irrational when strong feelings are involved. And Khushi is inexperienced. All things considering she tried very hard and put on a brave front. But like I said, I understand. Loved the updates! Thank you for them! I loved them all.

I feel for Khushi...she is in a quagmire for having to blatantly lie to her father...I felt it was incorrect of Shashi to extract a promise from her about not falling in love...after all the matters of heart are so incomprehensible...

I enjoyed the entire date scenario...Arnav was so chivalrous, wanting her to decide the pace of the relationship, and, even promised not to transcend boundaries which would make her distressed...am glad, that both were not subservient, and,deliberated about crucial parameters, they looked forward to, in their relationship...and, he had me floored with his culinary skills...

A sense of tranquility descended upon me reading the denouement...😊 thank you for such an amazing update...NB!!!

Is there anything that Arnav cannot do????? I want him bas. Such a perfect date. What I really liked was the way you showed their differences throughout the evening but at the same time it was all very comfortable and right. Like arnav I too feel that this is just right. Now since when falling in love with someone became equivalent to breaking ones parents trust. That was some promise that khushi's father asked her to make.
Brilliant chapter.
