Part 12

He closes his eyes and opens it. "She is not here Arnav! Calm yourself!", he says to himself

"I guess need a swim! It might help me calm down!", he thinks to himself.

He quickly changes into his swimming trunks and picks a towel and walks to the poolside. He drops the towel on the recliner and dives into the pool. He stays underwater for a minute and comes out shaking his head making the droplets fall off his hair all over.

He then sees Khushi walk out of her room wearing a satin barmuda nighty and comes and sits by the pool with her legs in the water.

He sighs again and goes into water. He comes back up and sees that she is not there. He sighs!

"What's wrong with you Arnav?", he sighed to himself when suddenly he felt something tickling his abs. Something soft. Before he could do anything, a body emerged from the water.

"Khushi???", He spoke out in shock rather surprised

"Hallucinating too much?", she asked and swung her arms around my neck.

"You're here?", he asked

"No you're dreaming!", she said and pinched his abs

"Owww.. What the!", he barked

"Of course I'm here! You didn't sound fine on the phone so I booked my tickets immediately!", she said

He couldn't hold back his happiness and crushed her into him. Their bodies were separated by a mere satin material of her night top. She put her arms around to his back and dug her nails in it.

His face make way to the crook of her neck and dropped a wet kiss. She hissed feeling his lips over her skin.

"I missed you soo much Khushi!", he whispered huskily into her ear

"I missed you too! Loads and loads..", she replied as her hand ruffled through his wet hair and tugged on it.

"Khushi! Don't ever leave me like this and go!", he said tightening his grip on her waist pulling her more into him.

She could feel his hardness against her femininity. She pushed herself more into him to avoid any kind of awkwardness. She continued ruffling through his hair as he started caressing her waist. He slipped his hand under her top and caressed her bare waist.

"Arnavvv!", she moaned

"Khushii..", he whispered huskily. He continued, "I wanna say something.. I wanted to before you left but..", he trailed off.

Khushi pulled apart with her hands still in his hair. "What?", she asked sweetly

"Khushi.. I love you!", he said huskily

She smiled and placed a gentle kiss on his right cheek, "I love you too!"

"Khushi.. I really love you.. I mean.. Not a friend's love.. Alot more than that.. I can't seem to do anything without you! I can't work peacefully, nor eat peacefully, nor sleep peacefully! I want to marry you Khushi! Will you?", he asked with eager eyes

She smiled and placed a gentle kiss on his left cheek, "Yes I will.. But not now Arnav.. I'm not ready for marriage!"

"Take your time Khushi.. there is no hurry.. We'll go slow with this relationship. At a pace you're comfortable with! Even about telling the family.. We'll tell them only when you're fine with it!", he said cupping her face and dropped a kiss on her forehead

She hugged him close and he wrapped his strong arms around her.

"Khushi.. I guess you need to change!", he said with concern

Khushi broke the hug and nodded. She got out of the pool and ran into her room in a dripping wet night suit.

Arnav smiled wide at her retreating figure.. "I LOVE HER!", he sighed to himself

He got out of the pool feeling relieved that Khushi was back and he had told his feelings to her. He went into his room and changed into his purple tshirt and dark track pants and walked out to find Khushi sitting on her yoga mat with her back resting on the wall and eyes closed.

He smiled and went next to her, sat down and then lay down with his head on her lap. As soon as Khushi felt pressure on her lap, she opened her eyes and looked down to see Arnav smiling at her. She smiled back and put her hand into his wet hair ruffling it. He turned his head facing her tummy and nuzzled into her tummy hugging her by her waist. She kept ruffling his hair as he tightened his grip on her petite waist.

"Arnav..", she called out in a whisper to see whether he slept

"Hmmm", came his reply

"Umm.. I wanted to ask you that...", she trailed off

Arnav turned and looked up at Khushi, "What do you want to ask me? You can ask anything!", he said

"You said that you believe that relationships are meant to be long term and will get into one only when you feel that the girl is meant for you!", she said

"Yeah I did... And I mean every bit of it! You are meant for me.. We're meant to be!", he replied

She smiled back, bent her head and dropped a kiss on his forehead. He again nuzzled his head into her tummy hugging her waist.

She ran her fingers through his hair and waited till he drifted off to sleep. As soon as she could feel his steady breathing, she picked up her ipad and started working on it not wanting to disturb Arnav.

After a couple of hours Arnav opens his eyes and finds himself lying down on Khushi's lap. He squints his eyes and sees Khushi doing something on her ipad. He gently nuzzles his head in her waist. She looks down to see Arnav who was still busy nuzzling in her waist. She keeps her ipad aside and gently runs her fingers through his hair.

"Arnav.. Sleep na.. Why did you get up?", she asked

"You also sleep!", he said

"I'm not sleepy Arnav.. Jet lag!", she replied

Arnav got up and sat down beside her and wrapped his arm around her and pulled her closer. She gently kept her head on his chest and wrapped her arms around his waist.

He gently kissed her hair.. "I love you!", he said

She kissed his heart above the tshirt, "I love you too!", she replied. Soon she drifted to deep slumber feeling the warmth of Arnav surrounding her.

Arnav smiled and scooped her and took her to her room. He placed her on her bed gently and bent down and gently kissed her forehead. He then tucked the loose strands of hair behind her ear. He turned to leave when he felt a tug on his hand.

"Stay here na!", said a smiling Khushi and shifted to the other side of the bed making place for him.

He came near and lay down next to her. She came closer to him, kept her head on his hard chest and slept hugging him. He smiled in contentment and drifted into slumber.
