glad to know nk and khushi know each other so expected things to fall into arnav's lap in his search for khushi... lovely to see the latent link between khushi and arnav is already there and each feels it, though they are yet to understand its significance... so her family objects to her modelling job... understandable given some of the images that are splashed across magazines... after all, in India what society thinks is paramount! feel bad for her that she has been forced into this engagement to shyam in the name of respectability... despite khushi's resolve to take each day as it comes, one gets a sense of her underlying sadness and despair!
as expected, arnav isn't dillydallying in his efforts to find khushi's identity and whereabouts... but his thoughts about what he wants to do with and to her reveal the usual arrogant ASR... his whole attitude today, especially his thoughts about owning her and always getting what he wants, put me off big time! his later convo with khushi about the return of her ring made me want to haul off and clobber him... that scene reminded me of their post 'teri meri' encounter [one of my favourites, by the way] but here it makes me fear for khushi's future... wondering if arnav will back off or if he'll use the contract to manipulate khushi once he knows of her engagement... are we in for a repeat of his actions in similar circumstances in the show? desperately hoping I am wrong in the reading of his character! poor khushi, she's caught between a rock and a hard place! really feel sorry for the conflicted emotions and moral dilemma she's facing, with none to support her
