CHAPTER 4:

The next day Khushi went to school, happy about yesterday's events and still in her dreamland. She was humming happily and soon met up with Nk.

"Hey Nk! What's up?"

"wow Khushi! Why are you looking so happy today? I have never seen you this Khush!"

Khushi was about to make up an excuse when the bell rang, calling for the start of class. Khushi let out a sigh of relief.

"come on Nanheji! Let's go to class! We'll be late otherwise!"

with that they made their way towards class, the only class that Arnav and Khushi had together. While here Khushi was very excited and happy to go to class to see Arnav, on the other side, Arnav dreaded seeing Khushi as he is still disturbed by yesterday's happenings.

Both Khushi and Arnav were seated in their usual seats, with Khushi being exactly 3 rows down from Arnav. Arnav was trying his best to avert his eyes form Khuhsi's back but was very much unsuccessful!

Khushi could feel Arnav's deep gaze on his back and she was blushing and became deep red. Suddenly his reverie ended by the clearing of her teacher's throat.

"ok class! Today you will be assigned with your partner for your project work. I have already prepared the list of duos and am going to read it out to you. As you know this project is a 3 weeks duration and it consists of designing clothes, each duo will be given a specific theme, and of course a fashion show will be held at the end presenting each duo's work."

"the first duo is Arnav-Nk"

Khushi's heart skipped a beat upon hearing Arnav's name and was sincerely hoping that the second name will be hers but her face fell as soon as Nk's name was heard. Nk on the other side was so happy to be sharing this project with his Nannav!

"Khushi is paired up with Lavanya"

what the hell! I will have to do this project with Arnav's bimbo girlfriend! Oh god!

"ok now class! Change your place and sit with your respective partner!"

there was a quick shuffling and everybody settled back.

"oh god! I'll have to do this project with this chamkili! Hi…. Am La! But I guess you already know that…"

Khushi tried to put up a smile and shook her hands with La. They managed to have small talk when the teacher's voice erupted again.

"I am now going to give each of you your theme."

"Arnav-Nk, your theme will be royal dress."

"Khushi-Lavanya for you it is going to be bridal wear."

"oh no! chamkili! You know bridal wear is the one area where am the weakest and this project is really important for me!"

"don't work Lavanyaji! Bridal wear is my forte!" with that Khushi flashed a triumphant smile and realized that Lavanya is not such a bad girl.

"ok Chamkili… let's meet after school at Caf X and discuss about our project"

"ok Lavanyaji!"

NOTE: I know guys am supaaa late for the update but these past few weeks have been very busy for me! I had to look for universities and everything! Also, I know there is not much of Arshi in this update and it is quite short but I promise next update will be worth it and full of Arshi moments!
