Recap:
rey was punching the bag very aggressively...he was totally sweaty..his eyes have become red due to frustration...his fingers have become red, the portion which is continuously hitting the bag..it looked as if anytime it would start bleeding...kriya goes and taps on his shoulder...rey stops for a moment but again resumes without looking at her...kriya goes and stands in front of him..between the bag and him... rey stares at her for few seconds and goes and stands near the window..without uttering a word...kriya too goes near him "gussa ho?"..rey chose to keep quite...because he was not in a state to act straight or decent at this moment..that was the main reason his friends dont go near him when he is in such condition...
"shivam ne jo kiya hai...(pause for a minute) jaanna nahi chahoge?" asks kriya...this time rey looks at her...the gang was once again shocked because kriya never talk about that incident to anyone..here she wants to share the matter with rey...they were unable to feel anything...of coursethey were happy to see the change in kriya and the closeness between rey and kriya but all happening in very short span of time that it was hard to digest for them...
Part 17:
The gang too joins kriya and rey in the room..rey looks at all the nervous faces of their friends and seriousness of the matter. anyone can tell by their expressions that they are not comfortable in talking about shivam's matter..about what he did to kriya..the helplessness and the hurt was clearly visible on their faces except on kriya's face..Instead she looked more determined and strong in that situation..for the first time rey felt something terrible is gonna happen now and in that situation, he got little scared about kriya and her behavior..the whole day her behavior was kept on changing so easily..that too to the extreme level..if he recalls her actions(rey's thoughts here on) since the morning, first she comes to know that kushi is rey's di not gf, she was guilty. Next just to patch up with rey, she started flirting with him a little!, which she hates according to her friends. Then her emotional outburst on rey in the canteen. Then shivam scene, she couldn't bear his nonsense and slapped him. If that was her brave move then why did she blame him (rey)? She is not that naive that she blindly compares rey with shivam considering her very good knowledge in face reading. She knows how's rey very well. If she had blamed him, then why is she here to pacify him again.? Something is terribly wrong apart from shivam's past incident. Rey's thought process breaks when bharat gives some medicine to kriya..till then both kriya and rey were looking at each other without blinking..one is trying to analyze the whole situation and the other one was really planning something big for the day, which no one has expected in the current situation..
Bharat : mm kriya.. take this please (nervously forwarding the medicine)
Kriya looks at the medicine first and then at bharat with fury...Everyone(except rey & swayam) gulped at kriya's expression..they know what's gonna come next. But after few seconds kriya's eye's softened (she gave a sarcastic smile taking the medicine from bharat's hand) but the smirk on her face could tell anyone that its silence before storm.. kriya takes the medicine with a evil smile on her face..
Kriya : so?(looking directly at bharat and neha) kya kaha lambu ne..iss baar?
Bharat & neha exchange a look before revealing everything in front of everyone,
Neha : kriya wo hum bas you know went to talk to him...today many things happened with you na so(looks at bharat)
Bharat : kriya he is your doctor and he needs to know whenever you go through extreme emotions and today (his sentence was cut off by kriya)
Kriya: kya kaha usne (stressing on each word)?
Bharat : it's a good sign.. (says in a whisper and takes a deep breath closing his eyes..as if a big tension removed from his mind)...all looks at each other unable to believe this new information..all had their eyes moist for a minute or two..
Kriya looks at all the faces who felt relived after almost 2 years...she can feel the tiny hope raised in their eyes for kriya..
Kriya : you know what, (giving the same evil smirk) you could have waited for some more time...
Neha : what do you mean?(shots back immediately sensing something is cooking in kriya's mind )
Kriya : (smiles) I mean you will have to visit the lambu once again...today. ...
Everyone got her point (of course except rey and swayam)..but rey's intuition becomes strong by kriya's behavior that today she is gonna do something terrible and he felt afraid off for unknown reasons..
Vicky : kriya...Please. ... don't do...(it sounded like a helpless brother's plea to his sister who is planning to hurt herslf intentionally)
Sharon: hey kriya not today... please..(she had tears in her eyes)
Kriya gives them a plane look...no one knows what's cooking in her mind today but they know very well that kriya will go to any extent to prove her dr wrong.. to fail him, she will do anything..and today by her look it was clear that this time something really worst gonna come...
Kriya turns to rey who was observing keenly the exchange of looks within friends, the newly raised hope turning into ashes once again and most importantly, all looked so helpless today..and the kriya's looks, huh were very challenging..she looked some different person only in that situation..by every passing minute and sentences exchanged there made rey's intuition more and more strong..
Kriya turns to rey " so ready to know the truth...MY PAST?"...no emotions, nothing.. rey was highly confused with her behavior..and the gang understood her plan..not completely but to some extent they got her intention..
I know it's a very small update but the next update will be very huge and too much emotional one so thought to make it a separate update..be ready to handle extreme high voltage update, if you really like this ff.. 😉
