Hello people, I'm here with an update. Ah! Feels so good writing it after so many days. Enjoy.
Chapter 15:
Rey had engulfed her in his arms whilst his head was dug in the crook of his neck inhaling her fragnance. Their momemt was disturbed by Payal.
"Ahem ahem!" Payal faked a cough.
On hearing her voice Kriya and Rey yanked apart straightening themselves.
"Mom you here?"
"Yeah, any problem?"
"Uh no...not at all...we were just...umm..."
"I know what you guys were doing here." She said teasingly. Already Kriya's face was flushed. But now it turned as crimson as a ripe tomato.
"So everthing set?" She asked to which Rey and Kriya nodded shyly.
"Great...I'm so happy for you guys." Saying this she hugged them.
"But mom how did you find us?"
"Well when you don't find Reyansh Singhaniya anywhere in the house then you'd definitely find him here. And I just guessed that Kriya might be with you."
"Not bad mom..."
"By the way aunty why were you finding us?"
"Oh I completely forgot about that. Rey...err...your...uh...your parents have come to meet you." Payal said with lines of agony visible on her forehead.
This changed Rey's expressions. Hatred and fury replaced the happines in his eyes.
"Why are they here?" He asked in an uninterested tone.
"They want to meet you."
"How nice? After so many years they want to meet me...bloody meanie persons." Rey spat venom.
"Reyansh! Mind your language. They are your parents." Payal corrected him.
Kriya was all confused. She didn't understand what to do. She had never seen Rey this angry.
"Rey please go and meet them." Payal requested.
"No ways mom. Those unworthy people don't deserve my time."
"Rey I think you should go and meet them." Kriya suggested though she was confused.
"Kriya you have no idea about this, so it's better if you stay out of it." He said in a rough tone.
Kriya didn't mind his rude tone because she knew it was his anger speaking and not him. On a lot of cajoling from Payal, Rey finally agreed to meet them. All the three of them proceeded towards the living room.
"Yes Mr.Singhaniya how can I help you?" Rey spoke in a least interested formal tone.
"Son, we missed you a lot. And we are here to take you back with us. Whatever happened over the years was past. And it's better we forget it and start afresh all over again." Sanchita Singhaniya Rey's mother spoke.
"Yes son. We're really sorry for whatever has happened in the past. Give us one chance to repent it." Dhruv Singhaniya, Rey's dad continued further.
"And Payal thanks a lot for taking care of our son for all these years. But now his parents are here to take care of him and he doesn't need to stay with his aunt anymore." Dhruv said to Payal.
Payal's expressions changed. She felt a pain in her heart when he called her aunt. All these years Rey called her mom and for sometime she forgot that Rey was her nephew and not her own son. And today when someone made her recall the truth it hurt her. On seeing Payal's eyes that showed pain, Rey's blood boiled.
"Mr.Singhaniya you are mistaken. I am living with my mom." He said stressing the word 'my'. After pausing for a brief second he continued "I am Payal Singhaniya's son. And I don't think you guys can deny this 'cause even the law states the same."
"But son.." Sanchita tried to intervene but Rey cut her in between.
"Plus I wonder how did you guys remember me after fifteen years. Never did once you guys tried to contact me then what made to take this step today? And as far as I know, you guys are always behind money then why me today? And oh I forgot! You guys were divorced, then how come you guys are here sitting together? It's quite shocking on seeing the fire and ice together." Rey spoke with utmost sarcasm.
Kriya got to know a lot of things that shocked her.
"Rey enough." Payal tried to calm him down but he paid no heed.
"Okay fine Rey. If you don't want to stay with us then fine. But you can spare at least one week for your grand mother right? My mother will be coming to visit us next week and she wants you to stay with her during her visit. I hope you can do that atleast." Sanchita spoke.
"Ah! I see. So this is the reason behind all this drama of yours. And let me make it clear to you that I prefer staying in some cottage rather than staying with you people and witness your fights and arguments." Rey spoke.
"Rey please son." Dhruv pleaded but Rey paid a deaf ear to him.
"Bhai don't worry, Rey'll be there a day before. I assure you that." Payal spoke.
"Thanks Payal." Sanchita said.
"Your welcome bhabhi."
"And by the way Rey we were never divorced. We sorted all our problems." Dhruv said. But Rey stood there rolling his eyes. "If you guys are done then please leave." Having nothing else to say his parents left.
"Mom I need some time alone. I'll be back in sometime." Saying this Rey left.
After Rey left, Kriya spoke. "Aunty I'm totally confused. You are Rey's mom then why was that couple claiming to be Rey's parents?"
Payal made her sit and spoke. "No Kriya I'm not Rey's mother. I'm Rey's aunt. I'll clear all your confussions. Dhruv and I are sibblings. I lost my husband and child fifteen years back. I had no one with me. And so my father asked me to shift with them. When I shifted there, Rey was just six years old. He was such a sweet child. He had an unknown fear in his mind due to which he shelled himself away from the world. He spent nearly six years of his childhood seeing his parents fight, argue and shout at eachother. Bhai and bhabhi never borthered about him. Their sole aim is to make money. Their fights had a negetive impact on Reyansh. I didn't like Rey being in such a vulnerable state. He found a mother in me and I found my child in him. With in six months I became so close to him that it felt as if he was a part of me. Then one day a situation arised where the things had become so worse that bhai and bhabhi were on the verge of getting divorced. The court was unable to decide about Rey's custody. That day Rey took the initiative and told the judge that he didn't want to stay with them. After a few court sessions it was declared that I am Rey's mother legally and Rey was no longer their child."
Kriya felt bad for Rey. "That's why Rey hates his parents."
"Yes. And inorder to secure Rey and my future my father carefully divided all the property equally between bhai, bhabhi and me. And once Rey completes his graduation, I'm planning to transfer everything on his name."
"That's a nice idea aunty."
"Kriya will you do me a favor?"
"Yes aunty."
"You have to convince him to stay at bhai's house the next week till bhabhi's mother leaves. He would never listen to me and moreover he'd emotinally black mail me."
"But aunty...how will I convince him? If he wouldn't listen to you then there is no chance that he'd get convinced with my words."
"You really think that? Then let me remind you, all the changes that we are witnessing in Rey are all 'cause you my dear." Payal said with a smile and left.

Kriya was standing outside Rey's room. She didn't know why but she felt nervous. Taking a deep breath she knocked the door. On getting no response from inside, she entered in. On finding him no where she frowned. As she turned around, Rey exited out of the washroom. On seeing him shirtless her eyes grew wide and in an instant she turned away murmuring sorries.
But he was way too quick and pulled her towards him with a great force. Her hands landed on his bare chest which was still damp as he had taken a shower moments ago. She tried hard not to gape at him and not to loose her composure. But failed miserably. However hard she tried but her eyes wouldn't stop wandering over his chistled torso. No matter how calm and composed person she was. But at the end she was a normal girl who would want to admire her guy on seeing him shirtless.
He was enjoying the way she was reacting.
"Don't worry love, I'm all yours. You can adore me with your eyes peacefully." He said in a mischevious tone making her feel embarressed.
He caught hold of her hands and glided them upwards till his shoulders feeling the contact of her velvety palms and his body. She couldn't help but feel and admire his well built body. She leaned forward and engulfed herself against his body. Her head rested on the left side of his chest listening to his heart beat. He securely wrapped his arms around her pulling her closer.
"Rey I want talk to you." Sbe said pulling back.
"Yeah tell." He replied whilst putting on a shirt.
"I think you should go and stay with your parents till your grand mother's visit completes."
"No wayss.."
"I know you don't share a good rapport with your parents but then this would make your granny happy."
"I'll think about it. There's still a week left for that."
"Rey please..."
"Alright but only on one condition."
"What?"
"You have to accompany me."
"What? But I don't even know them."
"No excuses. I'll go only if you agree to come along with me." Having no other choice she agreed.
Kriya was about to leave but Rey stopped her again.
"What?" She asked.
"My goodnight kiss?"
Smiling at him she pecked his cheeks. "That's not fair. I asked you for a kiss."
"And I just did that."
"Sweetheart we're a couple now." She blushed at the word couple. "So when I said kiss, I meant a kiss over here." He said pointing at his lips. Kriya's eyes grew as wide as saucers.
"Uh...I...I'll leave now. Bye." She said and rushed out.
"Rey teri kismat hi kharab hai. Iss chote se peck se hi kaam chala le. Pata nahi when will I feel those rosy lips of hers." Rey thought.
