She took his hand and let it touch her wounds, she felt as if it was healing the touch…. Her pain was reduced much with his touch, or probably the feeling of love, care and protection had overcome the pain and fear. She let his hand on her arm feeling the caring warmness of his touch, closed her eyes and rested her head peacefully on his chest.

On the other hand Swayam had met the delivery guy and he was coming to the kitchen first. When he reached, he found the door shut, he opened it and saw taani and rey. He stepped in, a bit shocked, reaching quite close to taarey, although they were still in hug, but not so close luckily….he looked at rey with questioned gaze, but suddenly lights came.

Sudden brightness made taani separate from rey's body, then she looked at Swayam. Now Swayam saw her teary eyes, as if she has been crying for so long…. Then he noticed the marks at her arms…. He was shuddered for a moment…..as if someone has hit him hard, crushed him hard.

"How did this happened….?" These were the only words which came from his lips….

He was so enraged, fury was dripping from his body….his body was shivering vigorously with anger….no one could think that Swayam could be so angry ever….. he whispered again intensely this time, pulling taani towards him…. "Taani….how did this happened….Who did this…?"

Taani instantly hugged him tightly and words came on her lips…. "Bhai…vo….vo… Veer came and then…."

She couldn't complete next…. Swayam pulled her to him with a jerk, tilted her face upwards, caressed her face, her hair, kissed her forehead, and taani felt a tear on her cheek. Swayam was crying, but it didn't reduced his anger…… Taani felt absolutely safe, cling to his brother, but she was still trembling hard…. Not because of her fear, but because of Swayam's rage, which he was going through….he was trembling hard due to anger.

He hugged her as hard as he could, wanting to take her in his embrace, wishing that he could rewind the time and saved Taani from that incident, those horrible moments, those notorious marks on his delicate innocent sister. Taani….she was like…like his responsibility….? No….she wasn't a mere responsibility…..she was his life…. In jodhpur, among the whole clan of cousins, these two had the most special bond ever. She, who could make him smile always….him….no she has wonderful magic to make anyone smile. Taani, whose love and care always used to make him wonder about her cutely weird, but generous, soft, kind heart……Taani, he used to take every blame on himself in jodhpur, of every prank, of every mistake….. after all she was his little sister…..since always…..

although only eight months younger…..but still his little, baby sister…..his cutely weird doll…. when they were even in cradles, it was swayam's presence which used to make taani giggle. Once he was suffering from fever, and he was at doctor's clinic. Taani, one year old then, was feeling so strange all the time, she kept crying all the time, till Swayam didn't returned. It was only Swayam, who made her giggle, smile, and stop her loud crying and screams, though everyone, the whole bunch of chachas, chachis, bhai, behans, her mom dad…..servants who were considered as a part of family, all the aunties of their neighborhood, has tried hard. And as a child he used to feel so proud….. everyone wanted to play with taani, talk with her, as she was one of the most cute, most beautiful kid ever born in the world, to add up her own charm, but taani wanted no one but her bhai….. who loved her more than anything. He remembered that how once taani had decided not to eat anything, she had hurt herself a lot by jumping from the stairs, so she could fall and ultimately hurt herself badly….. because she thought that it was her because of whom her bhai was hurt, and was lying on bed, and couldn't have chocolates and ice cream….. It happened when….when when she was six….and…and Risabh another cousin had thrown Taani's favorite teddy from the stairs, as he was jealous of her new teddy, gifted by Swayam…. And taani was crying so much thinking that how much her teddy was hurt, couldn't help but sobbing all the noon, without having her lunch, no persuasion could move her….. then in the evening to demonstrate that teddy wasn't really hurt, Swayam jumped from the stairs….. hurting himself badly…..and ultimately both brother sister were on the same bed….all bruised, injured, but as they were together…..smiling.

Taani felt her forehead, cheek wet, even a strand on her face was completely in the swayam's tears, which were flowing from his eyes….uncontrollably.

"Bhai……" Taani tried to look at Swayam, trying to separate herself a bit from swayam's extremely tight grip, and wiped his tears, and cupped his face…. "Bhai…. Please….I'm fine…… it's okay….please don't cry…."

"Taani…." Swayam could utter only this word….. and he kissed her forehead, and hugged her again.

"But he has to pay for it…. So badly….. that he won't be able to forget it his whole life….." he immediately left taani and clenched his fists.

"I'm coming too Swayam….. not a single bone deserves to be remain fine after what he has done…." Rey too joined him.

"But…..no….someone need to be with her…. But then….Taani come….i'll drop you at your room." Swayam said.

Now taani has to break the silence…..she knew both of them…. And she could believe easily that both of them, especially her philosophical, non violent, mature bhai murdered veer after skinning him alive. He was infuriated…. "Bhai….Rey…..look….. I know you guys are angry….but if you fought with them, then they may have an advantage ….."

"Taani you are thinking about that stupid challenge with AVP….? Are you…." Rey said unbelievably.

"Look…please try to understand…. Ye rehearsal hall sabke liye important hai….so you just can't decide everything….so you have to understand….besides that…"taani was saying only to cut off by rey.

"Whatever…. Swayam….just be with taani….i'll be back…and yeah don't worry…. He'll never know who was responsible for his crushed bones." Rey said and exited from the room.

"Bhai…. He may be in trouble….please go…please…" Taani said to Swayam, as she thought about Rey.

"Don't worry….. I know what's he gonna do….but don't worry….i'll go….and you relax….hmm…."he caressed tani, and again kissed her lovingly….then suddenly Aashi entered.

Wellhams room was knocked…. Veer asked one of the guys to open the door.

They opened the door and Aashi was there…..

"Wo aap logon ka dinner ready hai….so will you please come…." Aashi said.

"Just this….nothing else…." Veer came and asked.

"Yeah….ab aur kya chahiye….? Aashi said.

"Nothing….okay we're coming to the mess." Veer said.

They all followed her, Veer at the end, when suddenly someone pulled him harshly and pinned him to the wall holding his throat.
