I would like 2. But if she realizes Karan is a person who she can be extremely friends with I mean she can learn to differentiate friendship , crush and love ...

A lot of people want Option 2 so I decided to go Option 2, shall I write that about Arnav force Khushi to married him for reason then it going be action, romance, song sequence and e.g. Khushi will start develop feeling for Arnav and she can't forget about Karan on her mind 😊
