Our Marriage

Taani just loved Sharon, her bhabhi.. She was her best friend. She could always share anything with her be it about anything or anyone... Whenevr she would be upset Taani would go to Sharon..

Whenever Taani had silly fights with Rey she would go to Sharon and Sharon would help her sort out the problems with Rey... Even when TaaRey were in asecret relationship, only Sharon knew about it...

"Taani, you gotta tell me how this happened... I mean when this happened? even Rey never told me anything about it! When did he propose you?!" Sharon enquired breaking the hug..
"In Goa. A week back." Taani replied, she expected thodi si daant after saying this..
"A week back?! Aur tum mujhe ab bata rahi ho? That's not fair Taani!" Sharon replied back with anger..
"I am so sorry Bhabhi.. Main sabse pehle aap hi ko batane aa rahi thi but Rey n maine decide kiya ki hum sabko iske baare mein kuch dino baat batayenge... But believe me Bhabhi, main sabse pehle aap hi ko bata rahi hun..!!" Taani made a puppy face..
"Aww!! That's OK! But now tell me everything, how it happened, where it happened, what did he say, what did you say... Everything, in detail!" Sharon asked in exictement...

*FLASHBACK*

Everything seemed to be perfect even if it wasn't just beacuse TaaRey were there- together!
Taani was looking Gorgeous in western. Rey had gifted her the dress.

Taani had noticed, Rey was a bit tensed, a bit nervous.. She tried to ask him but he always managed to escape from her questions...
They were enjoying the party just like two people in love, a couple enjoys.. They spent the whole time in each other's company, talking with each other and falling in love all over again.. Both them were talking when Rey excused himself..
Rey: Taani, main abhi aaya..
Taani: Par Rey, abhi kahan jaana hai aapko?
Rey: Taani, woh kuch kaam hai..
and he rushed outta the place and went away not waiting for Taani's reply..
Taani: *to herself* Yeh Rey bhi na.. Pata nahi kya kaam yaad aaya inhe ab!

15 minutes later

Taani tries calling Rey but he doesn't pick up his phone.. Taani's highly irritated...

Taani: *to herself* Yeh Rey abhi tak nahi aaye! Humph! Aane do ab main unse baat hi nahi karungi.. Kitni der ho gayi mujhe yahan chodkar pata nahi kahan chale gaye!!

Suddenly the DJ stopped the music and everyone who had attended the party started boo-ing and asking the DJ to play the music.. The DJ calmed everyone down and made an announcement..
DJ: Miss. Taani Shekhawat is requested to come on the stage.

Taani was shocked.. "What now?!" was all she thought.. She hesitated at first but then went up the stage after her name was called several more times...
As soon as she went up the stage, the lights went off and a spot light came on a person.. a guy, his back was facing everyone.. He turned and Taani was shocked as she saw who he was..

"Rey?" she asked herself..

Rey walked towards Taani and went down on his knees.. Taani's eyes widened as she as she saw him go down on hos knees.. Rey was looking down.. everyone in the party were looking at them with twinkling eyes...

Rey: Taani, *pauses* I love you, you are my life, my everything.. I want to be with you forever, do you? *he looked up into her eyes* Taani, will you marry me?

He took a smmall box from his pocket and opened it.. Taani saw a beautiful diamond ring in frint of her.. She had tears in her eyes..

"Taani?" Rey said, wanting an answer from her...
"Huh?!" Taani came outta her thoughts and looked at Rey who was still on his knees..
"Will you marry me, Taani?" Rey asked again..
"YES! I will!" Taani said making Rey jump in happiness!

*FLASH BACK ENDS*

"WOW!! Taani!! You are so lucky!!" Sharon said hugging her again, this time tighter..
"OW! Bhabhi! I am not able to breathe!!"
"Oh Sorry!" Sharon said breaking the hug..
"Tumne Swayam ko bataya?" Sharon enquired..
"Nahi, Rey ne kaha woh batayenge..." Taani said blushing a bit..
"OK! Great! Then humein tumhare parents ko bata dena chahiye!"

Taani's pink cheeks turned pale.. As if she suddenly realised something and was scared like hell!

"Maa Papa?!" Taani's eyes widened..
"Haan Taani.. Unhe toh pata hona chahiye, woh tumhare parents hai!"
"Nahi Bhabhi! Maa papa nahi!!"
