Shradha Bakthi University (SBU)

This is one of premier institutions in India. It is located in the Garden City of India ' Bengaluru. It is known for its discipline and is internationally reputed. The tag of an SBUite is something that every student in this country of millions aspires to get, but only the lucky and deserving few make it to this institution. Cash, Reputation or Authority can get you no where in this University because it is under the able supervision of Smt. Sanchitha Shetty (SS).

Kushi Kumari Gupta: A young girl aged 18 . She is bubbly, She is adorable, Her face is innocent, but once someone picks on her in her words "Usse Kudh Devi Mayya bhi nahi bacha sakthi". She is from Lucknow, a place of beauty, the place of Nawabs. She is the daughter of a sweet shop owner and she has now got admitted for one of the top most universities in India ' SBU. She though belongs to a middle class family has always been taught to dream big and that is the reason for her today getting into SBU as a commerce student for doing her B.Com Honors.

Suvreen Guggal: Aged 18 from the small town of Kattgodham. She is smart, active and the 'Cheethi'. She is the daughter of Baldev Guggal, an Insurance agent, however her elder sister Jasleen is a model in Mumbai. Jasleen and Suvreen share a very good bonding, but Baldev Guggal has never accepted Jasleen as a model and thus the fact that Jasleen is Suvreen's sister is always kept under wraps. The two sisters even after their Dad's unwillingness, meet occasionally and share a very good bonding. She too has joined for B.Com Honors course in SBU.

Madhubala Chaudary: Aged 18. Simple, sensual and elegant is the word. But she is a fighter. She lives with her widowed mother in Delhi and has seen her mother struggling to make two ends meet in order raise her and her brother Raj Chaudary. Madhu is very hardworking and as always tried to help her mother both emotionally and financially. Her mother and her brother means the world for Madhu. She has after a lot of struggle passed the entrance exam of SBU for B.com Honors. She also as a elder Sister Trishna who is now a successful actress in Mumbai. But, Madhu and her family has completely lost touch with her as she ran from their old house in Bhopal.

Arnav Singh Raizada: Aged 19. He hails from a wealthy family in Delhi. He is one of the three Raizada Brothers. He is smart and very good in understanding the world of Business. He has always been a top student of SBU and his only competition were his own brothers. He is filled with ego and has attitude that can make anyone melt. He is a all rounder and is doing his 2 year B.Com Honors. He is always famous among the girls of SBU.

Yuvraj Singh Raizada: As the name suggests he is Arnav's younger brother. He is only 2 months young to his brother Arnav and is the son of Arnav's Chachu. They as brothers share a very good bonding. He too is talented just like Arnav but then he does not have that attitude. He always fights for the good. Also, unlike Arnav he is not usually interested in girls, as he belives all these are just a waste of time. But this does not stop girls from drooling over him. He is also in his 2^nd Year @ SBU doing his B.com Honors course.

Rishabh Kundra: He is Arnav and Yuvraj's Bua's son. His father left his mother when he was very young to marry another woman, who is a socialite and an actress. This has always made him hate anyone associated to the showbiz and fame. He is of the same age as Yuvraj and is 2 months younger to Arnav. The three brothers share a very good bonding. Similar to Arnav RK too is arrogant and has a lot of ego. Also, Similar to Yuvraj he does not like getting into relationships. He too is pursuing his 2^nd Year B.com Honors at SBU. After his father left his mother and him, he stays with the Raizadas.

Sanchitha Shetty: An able principal of SBU. She is a visionary and is always strict when it comes to her policy of Equality, Justice in education system. She loves discipline. She is also a teacher for commerce department. She believes in Holistic Development of an individual.

Trishna Chaudary: A famous actor in the B-Town. When she was young she could not see her family's financial crisis. Thus, she had run away from her house with an aim of returning back to her family after she achieves her success. When she stepped into Mumbai the only industry that sheltered her was the Movie industry. She was supported by a Fight Master of the Hindi Cinemas Malik, who she respected as her mentor. After she achieved the success she did return to Bhopal, where her family lived but then she could not find them there as they had shifted their place. She was broken and is still in search of her family.

It is not that Madhu, Raj and Padmini (Madhu's Mother) does not know about the famous actress Trishna, but Padmini stops Madhu from contacting her because she is angry with her for running away from home and that when the family was going through such a financial turmoil.

Jasleen Guggal: As said earlier she is the Guggal daughter. She loves her sister a lot and also her parents. However her parents have not accepted her as a model. She lives in Mumbai. She is Trishna's best friend and they share a very good bonding.

Payal Gupta: She is Kushi's elder sister and is a very simple natured woman. She always supports Kushi in all her endeavors and is always proud of her sister.

Anjali Shyam Jha: She is Arnav, Yuvraj and RK's sister. She is the eldest of all her siblings. She is Arnav's own sister and after their parents death Arnav has only her. The brother sister share a very passionate bonding and they understand each other very well. However, they both are opposite in terms of their character. Anjali is very caring whereas Arnav is arrogant. She is married to Shyam Jha, who is a successful Lwayer in Delhi.

Aakash Singh Raizada: He is elder brother of Yuvraj. He is elder to both Arnav and RK as well. He lives in Delhi and is now helping his father Manohar Raizada (Arnav's Dad's Brother). He is calm and compost.
