Prologue"Flight number Ek-202 to New York is ready for departure. Passengers are kindly requested to proceed to gate number 12 for boarding now."
Jeevika took a deep breath and sighed as she heard the annoucement. It was time. She picked up her maroon Louis Vuitton, adjusted her shirt, took out her cell phone from her pocket and walked towards the gate.
In the next five minutes Jeevika sat comfortably on her seat waiting for the plane to take off. She took out her cell phone and dialled a number.
"Hmm I am fine. ... After ten minutes probably...You take care of yourself...Yes I will meet him...Bye love you...Yes I will miss you...Bye"
Jeevika switched off her cell phone and sat looking out the window. Life shall be different from now. Today was the start of a new chapter, a new beginning, a new phase!
"New York, here I come!"
