Hey!

This is beautifully written and as a first chapter, I'd say you've done it justice considering that there's a sensitive topic at hand. 😊

I like how warm Khushi's smile is and I'm pretty sure Arnav can see and feel that too. Being his first day at high school, I would've thought that he may just take in the surroundings and the people there ... perhaps remain quiet, but nope that didn't happen and I'm glad it didn't. When Khushi was being barked at infront of the entire class by Shyam, I'm sooo glad that she found comfort and a new friend in Arnav. He stood up for her.

Just because someone is different to you in terms of the way they look ie: maybe a little overweight, perhaps have a limb missing etc ... it doesn't mean that they aren't human. People use the term normal in everyday life, but what is considered normal ...

Maybe someone cannot hear, speak, see ... That doesn't give ANYONE the right to consider them as outcasts or bully them in any way.

I'm glad you are writing this on a sensitive topic. To those that aren't aware of such things that happen in peoples lives on a day to day basis, you'll be enlightening them ... broadening their knowledge ... opening up their mind perhaps. So for that, I personally want to thankyou. 😊

BTW - love the diary form you are writing in this SS 😃
