Okay.

I'm officially speechless here.

Why?

There are several reasons .

Firstly, there's the dedication, and I really don't know what to say about that. A mere thank you seems inadequate, because "Sins" is special to me, and I am glad you liked it enough to mention it here!

Second, the sheer insensitivity of some forum members appals me.

I'm glad I decided to stay off the main forums now.

And now, the update: I think this is my favourite chapter to date, because it was very realistic.

Khushi's parents are buying her a bike..that's just so real, exactly how I would expect them to react.

The Arnav-Khushi convo was very well done, and my respect for Arnav's character has grown by leaps and bounds after that comment on the Delhi case.

One line stood out to me, so Khushi already thinks Arnav is a nice man?

And now, Koffee with Karan. I mean Nkay.

Can't wait to see how that goes!

PS: I really hope your Mom finds the strength to overcome this loss..

Khushi comes from a different background altogether. Will hers n Arnav's worlds ever blend?

Khushi is traditional in her beliefs. She wants to live independently n explore life on her own.

Loved d way u brought up d topic of the Delhi case. Yes, change from d root levels is d need of d day.

Finallyyy we get the much awaited update.

I am sorry for your loss and the stupid mockery fiasco you had to deal with. There is always an equal and opposite reaction to everything, you have to do your part by being good. I maybe younger and inexperienced but I always believe there are people who will let you down, it's your choice to pull back or climb up.

Anyways coming back to the chapter you touched a sensitive topic and I think you did justice to the outcry in your own little way. Impetus to the rape is one thing but generating awareness is another.

Loved Khushi and Arnav as usual. Love how humble and gentleman like this Arnav is and so is NK.

His approach be very cute 😳. Tiny crush.

Good to have you back...I hope you and your family can get over this tragic event in due course of time. Life can be so unfair at times!

I am completely shocked that some people had decided to openly talk about your personal life in some other forum? That is so not done. I hope you have reported that set of people who were having some sick fun at somebody else's expense. Pathetic I must say!

I just read the note above the update and came to know of your cousin's death.

I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully they'll have gone on to a better place.

My thoughts are with you.

As for those who mock this, well people neess to stop being pathetic and low.

Helping friends in time of need is what we can do should they choose to want it.

Well as always well written. 😊 Loved reading it!

I like the caring side towards Arnav here. Its really nice to read about. But his views on the real life Delhi's rape on Jyoti Singh Pandey, as well as being beaten up amongst other acts that she was subjected to were bang on target. I'm glad that you have mentioned this here. People preach about how modern, liberal etc the views of places like India, Pakistan and even some African and European countries have progressed ... yet we hear about horrific, painful and babaric things that occur like this one.

Equality is for BOTH men and women.

Mentalities of a lot of people from places like I've mentioned above need to be changed. Women work now. They wear western clothing. They speak a number of languages etc.

Times have changed but dicks like those who murdered Jyoti haven't. Do they not have women in their families ... Hmmm ... something to ponder about. They wouldn't like it if anyone of their loved ones were subjected to what Jyoti who was brave, courageous and strong went through. She wanted to live. She was violated and you know what, those officers that took their time to take her to deal with the case and take her to the hospital are all guilty too in my eyes. Included in that is anyone and everyone who saw Jyoti and her friend lying on the ground, robbed of their clothes and yet didn't help them in any f**king way. And you call yourselves human?!!! What a bloody joke!

This needs to continued to be brought into light in any way possible and you have done exactly that. Hats off to you. Justice needs to be served.
