Why must you make me cry? I couldn't comment right after reading it. It took some time to compose myself again. The song was beautiful. I was already emotional reading about the bidai but the last part broke my heart. The forgotten child can never really be forgotten by the parents. 😭
I can't write any more on this. You guys have to make me smile in the next one! 😳

when will the world know about the joy of having a girl to brighten their lives and homes!
i am from a family who though likes a son but girls are given more attention and pampering...i am lucky
but i see the discrimination everywhere...education might be the only solution and there are educated fools too...
your story is so heart warming and it was good to read about arnav's love for his daughter and his sadness and tears for a child he didn't get to know ...beautiful...
thank you for such a beautiful piece...i loved that episode of satyameva jayate very much...

This was beautiful, i commented on your blog too. those who have daughters truly understand the joy they bring, and even though you say goodbye when they get married, its one of the most beautiful feelings and honors to experience, my father told me so and I look forward to it for my own daughter.. To never know the child who never had the chance to breathe is painful and you wrote the emotion well, I understand the pain too well...Look forward to reading more

Sona!!! You. Are. Brilliant. I've told you thirds a few times, I think...that your writing almost always compels me to come out of many self-imposed exile from writing, even lengthy comments.
I'm glad you're back. It felt like a small, but beautiful compensation for the end of a show that meant so much..
I'm really grateful to you and Rae for softening the loss.

Rae. You're an amazing writer. I've read a few of ur other works... and I genuinely like them. I'd taken to following a few, but couldn't keep pace. But. Mora Angana was beautiful. The ending was...indescribably beautiful.. I seem to have no words to describe it.

Thank you. Sona, for writing again. Rae, for being an awesome writer.
