I'm so glad you gave a very human touch to Arnav. he may be a womanizer, crude, rude and relentless but somewhere deep down is a man yearning to love and to be loved.

He took the biggest step in taking his relationship forward with Kushi and yes I call it relationship as its obvious he respects and understands her. So all in all good signs.
The way he explained to her as why he respects her was well written. He understood Kushi's pain, and rightly told her that she shouldn't look down on herself.

As I said earlier sometimes physical attraction is the 1st step towards a meaningful relation, and Im starting to see the same with these 2.
