Well Arnav did think about the party and the eyes.. If he had concentrated more he might have got the answer.. I guess he have a slight doubt but is not going to saying anything like that as he doesn't want that girl to be Khushi.

Well Khushi is going to make up a story when he meets her about her condition so obviously the truth want come out as quickly will it 😳
