OS : Backfired |~

I wrote this OS out of frustration from the current track ! so read at your own risk😛

OS: Backfired

He was sitting on the stair, shaking his leg up and down out of anger and frustration. His relationship with Khushi is getting worse day by day without him knowing the reason !. The few last days, she was very cold with him. She always pretend to be asleep when they are alone in their room, or she act in a very cold way if he catch her awake.

And Just few minutes ago, Khushi frankly stopped him from making love to her, for the first time after their marriage!. She wanted to tell him something, but he was very angry as he felt insulated by her rejection. He immediately went out of their room, and came her to sit alone, on the stair, thinking about Khushi and her strange, irritating behavior with him.

He was angry, very angry!

He was in his deep thought when he heard " Arnav !" in a feminine voice.

He turned and he saw Sheetal staring at him, her brows are furrowed .. "W .. What you are doing here .. at this late hour?!" She said.. .. Arnav tried his best to hide his uncontrollable anger .. "No thing.. just felt like sitting here for awhile." ..

She smiled and her eyes glowed.. she said "C..Can I sit .too ?".. Arnav turned and looked away, rolled his eyes, he was not in mood for anyone.. but and said carelessly: " sure " ..

She sat with him on the stair. Both were silent .. Arnav is his own thought, and Sheetal trying her best to start a conversation, and indirectly said what she want!.

" A .. Arranged marriage ?? " She said , staring at him'.

" What !!" he said , his eyes widen in shock ! ..

" I.. I'm sorry , I shouldn't ask these kind of personal question" She said ..

Arnav was numb for few moments, he shake his head before saying: "what made you think that it is .. an arranged marriage?!"

" Erm .. I don't know , but it couldn't be .. love marriage ... I mean , look at you guys .. you are not acting as a newly wedded couple .. at all ! .. ", She said, pleased that Arnav decided to continue the discussion, and relieved that Arnav was not denying, giving her full opportunity to say what she wants..

Arnav couldn't do or say anything ! .. he was shocked, wondering if what Sheetal is saying is right !

She continued: " and .. I think you two ... haven't fit with each other'. "

She waited for Arnav reaction, but there was no reaction, he was expressionless, completely numb.. She smiled and continued: " . I mean.. she is not a type of girls that you like .. as far asI know about you, you like modern, educated girls ! ... and Khushi ! .. Erm .. she is nice girl .. but .. she doesn't look like Mrs. Raizada in any way.. her look, her behavior, every thing ! ... Did you see how she kicked the basketball with her feet ..! it was embarrassing" she giggled.. and still there was no reaction from Arnav .. !

"Erm .. you are spending most of your time with Aarav and m-- . I mean, the first one you ask about is Aarav.. you take offs for Aarav.. you are acting as .. Aarav father ..though you just met him few days ago'"

" It seems that you are trying to find anything to - be busy and away from her !! '... In these few days that I spent here, and I noticed how you are trying your best to be nice to her, to do some of what husbands usually do for their wives, as if you don't want to hurt her by the reality of your feelings about her ... but in the same time .. You are neglecting her.. you are trying to distance your self away from her... and that is why you are here .. at this time .. alone .. !"

" I.. I was happy yesterday. you looked happy for the first time since I came here, when we played together basketball ' we enjoyed our time, you were continuously smiling ... Aarav, you, and ' me , we were awesome threesome!.. we .. I mean me and you, recalled .. our beautiful days, our beautiful memories!" She said huskily.. waiting for a respond from him ! wanting to evoked their past !

A flash back of the event of the last few days played in front of him !

The way he told Khushi about his previous relationship with Sheetal .. he was smiling, just to tease her, and after it was just a past !

The way he was eye-locking Sheetal ..! but it meant nothing to him , it was just seeing here reminded him of the collage days, nothing more ! ..

The way he neglect Khushi during the basketball match .. but it was unintentional! .. She doesn't know how to play basketball.. what should I do !

Arnav closed his eyes tightly and toke a deep breath ! ..

Now, just now he realize what he has done ! .. he realize why Khushi is behaving strangely with him !

It was because of him ! .. because of his unjustified insensitivity ! .. He hadn't realized the extent of Khushi's insecurity about Aarav, about his and Sheetal past's relationship !

How selfish he was ! ..

How could he not understand what is Khushi going through when he himself suffered from the same situation previously!, when he misunderstood that she has a relationship with Shyam ! .. He was burning alive when Shyam was looking at her, even after he knew Shyam's truth , and Khushi's innocence ! ..

He couldn't tolerate the idea that Shyam is looking at his Khushi!

How could he continue to behave like that with Sheetal and Aarav, even after he know that Khushi had done a DNA test ! .. which show to which extent she was insecure !

How blind, insensitive, uncaring toward her feelings he was !

He turned to Sheetal who was staring at him with hope in here eyes ! ..

" Thank you " ..

That what he managed to say !. though he wanted to make her realize and tell her the importance and the meaning of Khushi in his life ! .. he wanted to shout at her for what she had said about Khushi ! .. make her know that she " means nothing ", and Khushi "means every thing in his life " !

But he didn't ! .. the most important thing now is what Khushi think ! not what other people thought about them !

He thanked Sheetal ..! Yes he felt that he should thank her, she opened his eyes and made him see his mistakes, that he couldn't see before ! ..She deserve to be thanked, because she had enlightened him about the roots of his and Khushi's rift .. She deserve to be thanked, because of her, he is going to recover all his mistakes and will make it up to Khushi !

He will make sure to showered her with love, care and understanding.. he will make sure that all people who will see them, will know how much he love her, how much they love each other ..!

He stood and turned, wanting to go to Khushi, ask for her forgiveness, promise her that he will never do that again

As he turned, He saw Khushi few meters away from him!

She pulled her legs to her chest , She start to weep silently.. She doesn't want Arnav to feel that she is rejecting him, that she doesn't want to be with him! .. but she couldn't ignore these bad feelings !

Every time he is trying to touch or kiss her, his heart throbbing faster than ever! Not causing to her those beautiful feeling, but a new scary feelings ! .. imagination of Arnav and Sheetal together !

How she could ignore the similarities between him and Aarav ..?! How she could ignore the family's members comment about how Arnav and Aarav look like a father and a son?! How could she ignore what she had read in Sheetal diary and not link it to the fact that Arnav had dated her ! .. How she could ignore their photo ! how happy they looked together ! .. how could she ignore that fact that Arnav was neglecting, ignoring her, for Aarav and .. Sheetal ?!

He was not the man that he could do any possible thing to be with her .. He was not the same man that he would exploit any possible chance to romance her .. he was not the man , that she was the only source of his smiles, happiness , she even cannot remember that last time when he has smiled because of her ! .. but she can see clearly that Aarav, and Sheetal was the source of his happiness nowadays !

He said to her that Sheetal "means nothing" .. but why she feel that she "means something" .. why she feel that her happiness will fade away soon! ..

She closed her eyes tightly ..

" I trust you completely !"

That what she said in the bachelor party night, when they become one, when she ignored her beliefs and the principle that she has raised up with, for him, because she trusted him! .. And he was trustworthy , wasn't he ! ..

He was trustworthy when she waited him at the alert, sure that he will come , though her family and his family were saying that he will not come .. that he left her alone her ! ..

" I should trust him .. I should talk to him about what annoying me, about my doubts !" She decided, as she wiped her tears .

She walked out of their room, wanting to talk to him, to end this -maybe a - baseless suffering ..

She heard a familiar voice .. it was Sheetal voice .. she walked wondering what Sheetal is doing at this late hour, and with whom she was talking ! ..

The vision and words became clearer as she walked ..

her eyes widen , as she saw Arnav and Sheetal, sitting and talking together ... Sheetal was talking about her - Khushi- .. about her and Arnav relationship .. about their marital life !

She heard each word Sheetal said, she heard what Arnav said at the beginning ! .. She waited in hope that Arnav will tell her that their marriage was a love marriage, they married after painful, yet beautiful love story ! ..

She waited for him to defense her! his wife ! .. she waited for him to shut up this woman , who detracted from her ! Assuming that Arnav is forced to marry her, to tolerate her !.. Claiming that She doesn't fit him! she is ineligible to be Arnav Sigh Raizada wife ! that she is the source of his embarrassment in the society!

But what she heard was enough to smash her heart, to murder her soul!

" Thank you" ..

He was thanking her for making him see the reality of Khushi ,the small town girl ! .. He was thinking her for helping him to understand what he was going through and why he was behaving with her like that, because she was ineligible for him! .. he was thanking her , for being a source of his happiness after the grief ! .. Thanking her for reminding him of their beautiful memories, that he lied when said about it " means nothing "!

She saw him turning, and his hopeful eyes met her lifeless eyes !!

Note : Sorry guys, I know that I said that I will write another part for this OS, but I couldn't as the track on the show has been - somehow- changed ( No more ArTal) , and is not frustrating any more ;D !

My problem when I wrote any harmonized OS with any track , that I loss my motivate when what happened in the show, is different than what is on the OS ..

Sorry again, there will be no second part
