loved it Valli...a very different and unique concept...I applaud you for your efforts as it was a very heart warming tale...

I know two boys in family who are special...one is quite old now and we could not do much for him as a family...he is dependnet on us and hence I feel we missed a chance there but those times were hard...medical aid was less and so was awarenes...

Other boy is young and my cousin sis has not only made him independent but she learned sign language herself to commmunicate and teach him...I am so proud of her and my nephew...

Only when someone so close to you has to face these hardships you realise importance of such acts. In India we have a long way to go but i hope one day we will be as open and capable as some other countries like USA...where I have seen blind/deaf-dumb and other special kids working in normal day to day life...there is nothing from cinema to supermarkets, from malls to offices where statutorily u can not construct a building which is not friendly for special need people...One day we will achieve that goal...
