Arnav and Khushi entered in the restaurant for their lunch and was about to start when Arnav's phone rang. Khushi was already doubtful about Arav being Arnav's son and was trying to figure out about this. She wanted to ask Arnav about if he had relationship with Sheetal during college days.
Arnav picked up the phone and panicked.
"Khushi, I have to go!!"
"Kahan Arnav ji? Kya hua?!"
"Arav ki accident ho geya hai. Sheetal usse hospital leke gayi hai leken vo waha kisiko janti nehi hai. Mujhe jana hoga waha!"
Khushi was shocked not wanting to leave Arnav with Sheetal but she was also worried for Arav.
"Hum bhi aapke saath jayenge!"
"Umm'Okay!"

Khushi looked in horrified eyes how Sheetal cried keeping her head on Arnav's shoulder in the hospital corridor. She told herself that they were only friends but still the thought of Arav having similarities of Arnav worried her.
A doctor came out and told that Arav needed blood.
"Doctor, aap mere blood le lijiye. Main usski Maa hoon!" Sheetal said.
"Leken aapke blood group kya hai? Aapke bete ki blood group B+ hai."
Khushi sighed in relief. Arnavji's is O negative!
"Mere to AB positive hai. Arnav! Tumhare blood group to B positive hai na?"
Khushi looked at Sheetal narrowing her eyes. Is this Sheetal upto something?!
"Umm'No! Mera to O negative hai."
Sheetal looked devastated. The doctor said worriedly,
"Phir to blood arrange karna bahot mushkil hoga."
Heyy devi maiyya! How can she forget?! Her blood group is B positive!
"DOCTOR JI! Humara blood group B positive hai! Aap humara khoon le lijiye."
"Thik hai! Aap mere saath aaiye!"
Arnav looked confusingly at Khushi and asked about giving her blood to Arav. She simply nodded and went with the doctor.
"Tumhare wife kitni acchi hai Arnav. God, mere Arav ko kuch maat hone dena!" Sheetal again started crying.
Arnav was confused. Khushi's blood group matched with Arav, isn't it miracle?

"Mrs. Raizada, aap aaisa kyun karna chahti hai? Aapko aapke pati pe bishwaas karna chaiye."
"Hum jante Doctor ji. Leken phir bhi'.hum chahte hai ki'.."
"Okay, main aapki Pati ki aur uss bacche ki DNA test karwaunga"
"Aapke bahot bahot shukriya Doctor ji."
Khushi came in the cabin where Arav was. She had given her blood to him and now he was completely fine, just needed some rest. Sheetal and arnav were chatting with him. Khushi didn't miss to notice how Sheetal admired Arnav while chatting.
"Enough is enough Khushi!! DNA karne se hi tujhe saab pata chal jayega!"
The doctor had already took Arav's blood, now it's time for Arnav. But what would he say to Arnav?
"Mr. Raizada, we need your blood'."
"But why?!"
The doctor was silent and looked at Khushi for rescue.
"Vo Arnavji, iss mahine aapne diabetes test nehi karwaye na? Toh humne socha hospital jaab aahi gayi toh aapke diabetes bhi test karwale"
"Okay!"
Arnav happily let the doctor to take his blood without knowing that what his wife was upto.
Khushi closed her eyes in fear. What if the result comes positive?! What will happen to her then?!
The doctor came to the lab and kept a tube of blood and tagged it "Arnav Singh Raizada", kept another and tagged that "Arav". He brought another tube of blood , tagged that "Khushi Singh Raizada"!!!!
He had doubt from first and that's why he just took some blood of Khushi out from the bag which was being given to Arav. He also needed to test Khushi's blood.

The next day Arnav and Khushi came to see Arav. As Arnav entered in the cabin to see Arav and Sheetal, Khushi went to the doctor's cabin. She was nervous like hell.
"Sit Mrs. Raizada. The results has come."
"Doctor ji, kya result'.." Khushi was praying tha the result comes negative.
"Yes Mrs. Raizada. Your doubt was right. The result is positive. Arav aapke pati yani Mr. Raizada ke bete hai"
"HEYY DEVI MAIYYA!" Khushi felt she would faint any moment.
"Mrs. Raizada. Please calm down. I know what you are feeling right now. But I have something else to tell you."
Khushi was crying covering her face with her hands.
"Mrs. Raizada, the thing is that main aapke DNA test bhi karwaya!"
Khushi moved her hands from her face and said,
"KYA?!! Humara DNA test! Leken kyun?!!"
"Listen to me first Mrs. Raizada. Maine aapke aur Arav ki DNA test karwaya. Aur'."
"Aur kya Doctor ji?!!"
"I don't know how to say this to you but'..he is YOUR SON too!!!!
Khushi fainted at that moment.
