I'm sure Arnav would never mind this. In fact, his guilt would enter a spiral mode now!
Also Khushi's. Because she would not want him to take her the way she is.

I must say Khusi is really brave. Surviving such an accident, parent's death and a scarred body. She live through a hell. And it's time for Arnav to heal her with his love.
