Part 1

"Tring...tring...tring!!"
The alarm clock kept on ringing. Sharon looked at it through her half-closed eyes but for the first time in her life she did not curse it for ringing. after all, today was the day-THE DAY. She woke up from the bed and looked at herself in the mirror as always.
"Sharon Rai Prakash, how on earth do you manage to look perfect all the time, huh?" she said to herself while posing in front of the mirror. yes, she had the most perfect hour-glass figure, the most perfect skin and the most perfect-est beautiful green eyes ever. And the most interesting fact is that she was blessed by nature with all of this. "i am Sharon Rai Prakash, I have to be lucky!" she said. Her eyes suddenly landed on the alarm clock on the bed-side table. It was still ringing. She went up to it and stopped it. She went up to her wardrobe and chose her favourite LBD(little Black Dress, yaar!). "today is a special day. I have to dress specially. Not that I look 'not-so-special" everyday though." it took her almost an hour to dress up.
Her driver was waiting for her outside the house with the car. He opened the door for her. "No driver, I will drive today." she said. "But ma'am, I drive you to college everyday." said the confused driver. Normally, Sharon would have blasted her driver for answering her back but today, she was in a very good mood. "No I will go alone. I am not going to college. I am going to the airport." She replied as she sat on the driver's seat and drove off.

It was one of the happiest days of her life. Her best friend, Rey, was coming back after two long months. They had so much to catch up on. Rey had gone to New York for the summer. Normally wherever Rey was, he would always keep in touch with Sharon no matter what. But this time he had acted very differently. During the first few days, he had kept in touch with Sharon as usual giving her all details about what he was doing and where he was. But then suddenly he stopped calling her and receiving her calls. Sharon was really upset. He was not even replying to her messages and e-mails properly. She had vowed she would not talk to him ever again. Well, it did not matter to her anymore after she received Rey's message last night. It read like this-

"hey Sharon'firstly I am extremely sorry'I have been busy with quite a lot of things so couldn't keep in touch..you will get to know everything when you come to pick me up tomorrow at the airport at 11am,,there is something very interesting waiting for you..Love, Rey."

All her anger melted as soon as she received the message. Her best friend was returning after two months. There must have been a very important reason for not keeping in touch. Now Rey was going to return and he had a surprise for her. She was really excited.

It was sharp 11 o' clock when she reached the airport. Rey will come out any moment. She checked herself out in the rearview mirror as she got down from the car. Where was Rey? If he had asked her to come at 11am, it meant that he would be there at 11am.

Suddenly, she heard a loud sound very near to her ears-"Wooo!!". She immediately closed her eyes and shrieked. She was scared.

"Hahahaha!Sharon yaar! You will always remain a scared dumbo!" a voice said. Sharon opened her eyes and turned around to see her best friend laughing like a maniac.

Sharon: Rey, why do you try to scare me like this all the time?

Rey: I can't help it yaar. Scaring you is the most tempting thing to do. I just can't stop myself from doing it. I love shocking you like this.

Sharon: So this was the interesting that was waiting for me?

Rey: No Sharon. I have to make you meet someone.

He held her shoulders with his hands and turned her around. She saw a beautiful girl in a pink summer dress. She had short hair, black eyes, and an hour-glass figure.

Rey: Sharon, meet Kria-my girlfriend.

As soon as those words slipped out of Rey's lips, Sharon felt her entire world crashing before her. She was dumbstruck. All her senses went numb. She couldn't feel anything. No soumd was entering her ears. Everything in front of her seemed hazy till everything went dark and then totally black. She fainted in Rey's arms.

Well, I know this was a pretty "ainvayi" update'but it was necessary for the introduction of characters and plot. I hope you guys didn't feel it was too bad. Please leave your precious likes and comments. Will try to reply to all the comments!!

Part 2

As she opened her eyes she could see Rey's face in front of her. He was smiling at her. But then suddenly his face disappeared and everything went black again. Suddenly flashes of all her memories started to appear in front of her-the day she met Rey at kindergarten, their first fight over the swing in the park, the first time they shared their lunch, the first time they danced together, the first time they went to a pub and got sloshed, the first time she attended prom with Rey by her side. Then everything went black again. She could hear Rey's voice calling out her name from somewhere very far. But gradually his voice came closer.

"Sharon, please open your eyes. Sharon!"

Sharon opened her eyes ad saw Rey sitting in front of her. He was looking kindly at her."Hey, Sharon, what happened? Why did you faint all of a sudden? Are you feeling okay now? Do you want me to get something for you?" asked Rey in a concerned manner. Sharon saw she was in her room lying on her own bed. And Rey was sitting just next to her. Gradually things started to clear out. Rey had introduced her to his girlfriend Kria at the airport and then she has fainted. What happened after that?

Rey saw that his friend was confused. She looked so cute when she was confused.

Rey: Hey, Sharon, don't be confused! We got you home from the airport.

Sharon: We? As in you and Kria?

Rey: Yeah, and'

Sharon: and who else? Someone else was there too?

Rey: Yeah, he was the one who picked you up from the car and got you in your bed.

Sharon (suddenly loosing her temper): Rey, you let someone else pick me up? You let someone else touch me? I just don't believe this! First, you stop keeping in touch with me and then suddenly appear in front of me with a weird girl calling her your girlfriend! And now this! What is wrong with you?

Rey: Relax Sharon. He is not a 'somebody'. And Kria is definitely not weird. And hey remember you are talking about my girlfriend, so watch it. Sharon. She is the sweetest girl ever! You will understand once you get to know her. And about me not keeping in touch, I am sorry Sharon. I had just realized that I was in love and wanted to devote all my time to Kria at the moment. I hope you understand. Come on Sharon, say something now.

Sharon: What am I supposed to say? You got into a relationship, that too the first relationship of your life, without letting me knows. Earlier you used to date a lot of girls but you never got into a relationship. And how much do you know this girl, what's her name, yeah Kria? Not even two months, right?

Rey: That's true but I have known her enough to fall in love with her! Sharon sometimes you just know its right. Kria is the right girl for me.

Sharon: Really? She lives in New York. I thought you never believed in long distance relationships!

Rey: Kria is shifting to India along with her family. She is joining our college too.

Sharon: What? Why? Nooo! Rey, please Kria cannot be your girlfriend!

Rey: But why?

Sharon: Because I am saying so.

Rey: But the fact is she IS my girlfriend!

Sharon: Nooo!

Rey (mockingly): Somebody is jealous!

Sharon: No I am not!

Rey: Maybe its just that you have fallen for me which is why you are jealous. Is it so Sharon? Tell na, tell!(He kept on poking and tickling Sharon)

Sharon: Stop it Rey!

(rey let go off Sharon)

Rey: Fine chod raha hoon. Tum bhi kya yaad rakhoge! Now get ready, we are going out for dinner. I am waiting for you downstairs. And no, you have to come! I am not listening to you!!

Saying this he ran out of the room leaving a dumbstruck Sharon behind. Rey's words kept on repeating themselves in her mind. "maybe its just that you have fallen for me which is why you are jealous." She closed her eyes to compose her troubled mind.

"Yes, I have fallen for you. I love you Rey. I have loved you since the first day I met you at the kindergarten. Why did you do this to me? We have always shared our 'first times' together. So just like you are the first person I fell in love with, why couldn't I be the first person you fell in love with? Why? How could you do this? How could you fall for Kria leaving me behind all alone? This is so not fair! You forgot all about me? Am I just another friend for you? Did you never feel for me, even for a moment?" Sharon questioned. She couldn't control her tears. Today when she heard Rey addressing Kria as his girlfriend, it felt as if her world was in the edge of death. She had lost control of her body. She had fallen. She was totally lost now. It seemed as if her world had become a new strange place, where she did not fit in.

Her string of thoughts was made to stop when her phone beeped suddenly. She picked it up and saw the message-

"Miss Rai Prakash, how much time do you take to get ready? If you don't come down within 15 minutes, I will leave.

-Rey"

That was the first time Sharon took just 10 minutes to dress up.

Part 3

"Why? Oh! Why? Why did I agree to come for dinner with Rey? I should have guessed that his "girlfriend" Kria would accompany us. I feel like killing her!" Sharon shouted in her mind. She wanted to spend some quality time with Rey, but clearly Rey had other plans for her. He wanted her to meet his girlfriend and wanted the girls to bond together. And in addition to that, to Sharon's great annoyance they had come to dine at 'Grand Chimney', the best Indian restaurant in town.

Sharon (as soon as they were seated at the table): Rey, you know na, I don't like Indian food. I am fond of Chinese, Italian and Thai food. Even you don't like Indian food. So why are we here? We always go to 'Blue Fox', right?

Rey: Kria loves Indian food, Sharon.

Kria: Yeah Sharon. And you know what Rey? Even 'he' loves Indian food!

Sharon: He? Who else is coming?

Rey (teasingly): the guy who picked you up.

Kria: My best friend.

Sharon: But who the hell is he?

Rey: Chill na!

Kria: You will get to know he is here as soon as he enters.

Just then few girls standing near the door almost started shouting- "Oh God! Such a cute guy!", "He is so hot!", "Who is he?"

Kria smiled and said, "He is here". Sharon turned around and then she saw someone entering. He was tall, almost six feet. He had jet black long hair which covered his entire forehead. His eyes were brown, really brown, dark chocolate brown, almost brownie brown. He had sparking, warm brownie brown eyes. He had sharp features and was really well- dressed. He had a well-built, athletic, lean physique. Almost all the girls in the restaurant were in awe of him. They stared at him, as he confidently walked towards their table. As he approached Kria got up and gave him a tight hug. Rey shook hands with him. But Sharon kept sti;; totally awestruck by this Greek God.

Kria: Sharon, meet Swayam, Swayam Shekhawat, my best buddy.

Sharon (somehow managing herself): Hi.

Swayam: Hey.

He smiled at her and took the seat next to her. Sharon just couldn't stop gaping at him.

Swayam: So you fine now Sharon? You didn't seem okay the last time I saw you.

Sharon: When did you see me? (Then remembering whatever had happened at the airport)Oh yeah! I am okay now.

Rey: Sharon, you seem really lost.

Kria: That's okay. Girls often feel lost in Swayam's presence. Nothing new!

Sharon: Excuse me! What do you even mean?

Kria: It's okay Sharon. Swayam's just so perfect that he is just able to sweep any girl off the ground with just a look.

Swayam: Oh come on! You know that's not true Kria. Stop exaggerating.

Kria: Shut up Swayam! I have been your best friend since like forever which is why I know what kind of effect you have on girls. We just kind of got to see a small example of it as you entered.

Rey: Hey but the point is that Sharon is not just "any girl", okay?

Rey's words brought Sharon back to her senses. "Yes Kria, Rey is right. I am not just 'any girl'. I am Sharon Rai Prakash. And you have snatched away 'my guy'!!" she said aloud, adding the last sentence only in her mind. Yes, it was true that like all other girls in the restaurant she too was in awe of Swayam but for her Rey was and always would be the best.

Kria: So what are we waiting for? Now that Swayam is here, let's order.

(rey called the waiter)

Rey: What will you have Kria?

Kria: We are new to this place so why don't you order for us? But please do order Shahi Paneer, Swayam and I love paneer.

Rey: Really? Even I love paneer.

Sharon: Hey wait'Rey you never liked paneer! You hate it!

Rey: I used to hate it, but now I love it because my Kria loves it.

Sharon was shocked. "Is this the same guy I knew two months back? He has changed so much. Why does he need to change himself just because he is with Kria? There is just no need to change because of this stupid girl. I would never have asked you to change, Rey. Why am I tolerating this irritating girl? Oh yes! Because I love Rey and Rey wants me to bond with her!" Sharon said in her mind. She was afraid that she might loose her patience very soon. Suddenly she realized that Swayam was smiling at her. As she looked at him, she found an amused expression on his face. "Why is this guy so amused?" she wondered. He had been quiet since the time he was introduced. " Why does this Swayam guy not speak and why is he so amused? What is wrong with him?" she kept on wondering when she suddenly realized that Rey was talking to her.

Rey: Sharon, we are really sorry but Kria and I have to leave. Kria's mother just called and asked her to pick up a parcel from a friend. It is urgent. We have to go now.

Sharon: But what about dinner? We have ordered for the food Rey.

Kria: Sharon, why don't you stay back with Swayam and have dinner with him?

Rey: Kria, this is a brilliant idea!
Sharon What? Nooo Rey! Drop me home and then go pick up whatever you have to. And anyway why can't Kria go alone?

Rey: Because she is new in the city. I can't leave her alone.

Sharon: So you are going to leave me alone?

Rey: Arrey, Swayam is there na! Swayam won't you have dinner with her and then drop her home?

Swayam: Of course, that would completely be my pleasure.

Rey and Kria did not wait anymore. They rushed out leaving a very annoyed Sharon and a very amused Swayam behind.

Swayam: Hey Sharon, don't worry, It's not going to be as bad as you are thinking, you know.

Sharon: What?

Swayam: I'm saying that having dinner with me is not going to be that bad.

Sharon: How can you be so sure> I still can't believe that Rey left me alone with a guy I don't even know properly.

Swayam: You are not exactly very fond of observing other people, are you?

Sharon: What do you mean?

Swayam: You really think they left because they had something urgent to do?

Sharon: That's what Rey said, remember?

Swayam: You are too stupid. You still haven't realized? Seriously? Don't you realize that was their master plan! They deliberately left because they wanted to set us up on a date!

Part 4

Sharon still couldn't believe this! "How could Rey do this to me? He set me up on a date, that too with a guy who thinks I am 'too stupid'! Of course, this is Kria's influence on him. What has Rey turned into because of her?" Sharon thought to herself. She looked at Swayam. Swayam was busy texting.

Sharon: Listen Swayam, let me make myself clear. I am not interested in this date.

Swayam: What makes you think I am? In fact, I am not even interested in you.

Sharon's mouth opened in disbelief. "How dare this guy talk to me like this? Doesn't he know that I am Sharon Rai Prakash? No one has the right to talk to me like that!" she thought to herself.

Sharon: Great. Let's leave then.

Swayam: Well, that is the only sensible thing you have said this entire evening.

Sharon: Okay, that's enough! No one talks to me like this, okay?

Swayam: Does anyone even talk to you? Don't think an arrogant girl like you can have friends. You can have followers though.

Sharon: Listen you have no right to judge me. But let me still tell you that I do have friends.

Swayam: So you "think" you have friends? Not bad! It's not a crime to assume stuff. I can very well guess that Rey is the only best friend you have. You don't have any other close friends.

Sharon was stunned. It had not been even an hour and this guy was talking about her as if he had known her all his life. It was true that even though she had many friends Rey was her closest friend. She had never opened up her mind and heart in front of anyone else. But she decided not to let this annoying guy have his way.

Sharon: Why are we talking about this? Actually why are we even talking? I am leaving. Bye!

Swayam (calmly sitting): Okay.

Sharon had never seen a guy behaving this indifferently towards her.

Sharon: and you don't even have to drop me. I will take a cab.

Swayam (still sitting): Okay.

Sharon was just about to leave when a waiter came up with a tray of shot glasses. He kept two of them on the table.

Waiter: Unlimited vodka shots, on the house.

Swayam: No thanks. Your madam will not be able to control herself after drinking. And I don't think she is the types who would drink on weekdays.

Sharon: Why do you think I won't be able to control myself? And why do you think I don't drink on weekdays?

Sharon was not actually a drinker. She drank occasionally on weekends only, and that too very rarely. She lost control very quickly, but she did not want to admit that in front of Swayam.

Swayam: Really now? Why don't you prove me wrong? I challenge you.

Sharon: Challenge accepted.

She gestured t5o the waiter who was still standing there confusedly to keep all the shot glasses on the table. The waiter did so and left. And then Sharon did what she never even imagined in her craziest dreams. She gobbled down six vodka shots in one go as an amused Swayam looked on. After doing this, she rose from her seat and said, "See I didn't loose control. I am perfectly fine. I proved you wrong. Next time before challenging Sharon Rai Prakash think at least hundred times. Got it?" Swayam nodded and smiled. But Sharon was not perfectly fine. As soon as she got up, her head felt really heavy. She felt as if her entire body weight had now got concentrated on her head. She felt as if all her senses had become numb. All the sound around her, nothing reached her ears. It seemed to her as if the entire world was revolving around her. And she found herself falling. Her last memory before loosing her senses was someone holding her with strong arms. Then she closed her eyes. She fainted again, but this time in Swayam's arms.

She could see Rey standing in front of her with a beautiful bouquet of red roses. He was wearing a white shirt with blue jeans looking perfect as always.

Rey: Sharon, I love you. I am your Mr. Perfect. We are perfect together. I want to be with you always and forever. Will you be mine for ever and ever? Please tell me you love me.

Sharon: I love you Rey. I have always loved you and will continue loving you all my life.

"Well actually I guessed that much." Someone said. Sharon opened her eyes immediately. So this was a dream? Oh gosh! She should have known better. She looked around and found herself sitting in the front seat of a car. There was a guy sitting next to her in the driver's seat. She took a close look at him. He looked like an angel. He asked," So you really love Rey, don't you?" Normally Sharon would have blasted anyone who would have asked directly about her personal life. But there was something about this guy. She somehow was getting the feeling that this guy would never break her trust. He looked as if he was an angel who had come down to help her and get her out of all her miseries.

Sharon: Yes, I love him. I have always loved him my entire life. But you know what the problem is? I only realized that I love him when I saw him with his girlfriend. I guess it was too late. It is too late actually. I have lost him to a super annoying girl. But she can never know Rey as much as I do. Does she know that Rey sleeps with his mouth open? Does she know that he even snores sometimes? Does she know that Rey's first crush was on Miss. Roy, our chemistry teacher? Does she know that Rey sucks at Maths? She knows nothing! And yet Rey claims that he loves her! Why? Why can't he see I love him so much? That I am waiting for him. I want us to be together all our lives. Why doesn't he understand this? I just want him in my life.

Sharon's tears had now escaped her eyes. She had lost her first love. The angel looked at her kindly, "You sure you want Rey back in your life?" Sharon looked at him and said, "I have never been so sure about anything else in my life. I just want him back very badly." The angel asked, "Will you do anything to get him back?" Sharon thought for sometime and said, "I can do anything to get him back." The angel stopped the car. He said, "That's great. And Sharon, you are home now." Sharon looked outside and saw they were right in front of her house. She got down from the car and then turned back and knocked at the window and then Sharon asked, "Hey, but who are you? I should know the name of the person with whom I shared the biggest secret of my life/ So who are you?"

"I am Swayam, Swayam Shekhawat" he replied and drove off.

Part 5

Sharon stood there for God knows how much time. She just did not know what to do. She was so shocked that she could not even move. "What have I done? What have I done? I just told everything to Swayam. Swayam, the guy who is Kria's best friend! He is going to tell everything to Kria and then she will pass on the news to Rey. What is Rey going to think about me? What if he stops talking to me after this? Swayam was absolutely right. I am too stupid! Why did I suddenly feel as if I could trust him? Why was he looking so kindly at me? (And then suddenly realizing that she was still standing in front of her house) And why the hell am I still standing here?"

She went back to her room and changed into her nightclothes. But she very well knew that she would not be able to sleep that night. "Why? I still can't understand why I felt like trusting Swayam of all the people in this blue earth? I just hate him! I hate you Swayam!" She wished there had been a restart button and everything would be normal as it was two months back-life without Kria, and more importantly, Swayam. "I will have to talk to Rey first thing in the morning." She thought after which sleep drifted slowly into her drunk and tired mind.

"Tring'tring'tring!!"''' Sharon woke up as soon as the alarm clock rang. It was 5 o'clock. She found her phone and saw that she had received a text message from Rey-

"Hey Sharon, meet me at 6 at the college canteen. We need to talk."

Under normal circumstances, Sharon would have been happy after receiving such a message. Today all she could feel was fear. "This Swayam guy is quite fast. He has told Rey everything which is why he wants to meet me so urgently. His message had such a serious tone to it. I guess I am going to loose Rey forever now. Swayam Shekhawat, you are responsible for all this and if I loose Rey, you will have to face the consequences!"

Sharon got dressed very quickly, and even though battling a terrible hangover, reached college in time. She felt a certain kind of nervousness which was holding her back before entering the canteen. From outside, she could hear voices. "So Rey is not alone. I have to go find out what is going on. This can't be that bad." She gathered up all her courage and entered the canteen. She saw Rey sitting with Kria and Swayam and they were having a serious conversation. They stopped talking as soon as Sharon entered. Rey and Kria held on to their serious expressions but Swayam looked smilingly at her. "What kind of a guy is he? Firstly he told everything to Rey and Kria, and now he is smiling at me? He is just so mean!!" Sharon thought.

Rey walked up to Sharon and asked her to sit. Sharon sat down and waited calmly for the storm.

Rey: Sharon, you are my best friend and always will remain to be so. I expect a lot from you.

Sharon: Rey, I know'

Rey: No, please hear me out Sharon. You realize that Kria is my girlfriend, right?

Sharon: Yes, but Rey'

Rey: No Sharon, let me talk. I had expected a lot from you. And this is what you do to me?

Sharon: Rey, listen to me'please let me explain.

Rey: What is there to explain? Swayam told me everything you told him last night.

Sharon looked at Swayam and glared at him. Swayam looked as if he was going to burst out laughing any moment. Sharon, in return, started cursing him in her mind.

Rey: And what you told him has made me really disappointed in you.

Sharon: But'

Rey: Seriously. I never expected this from you. I always thought you will always be there to help me but why are you ditching me like this?

Sharon (looking shocked): Hey wait, helping? Ditching? What?

Swayam burst out laughing. He kept on laughing and he almost fell off his seat.

Rey: Sharon, why are you so confused? You toh only told Swayam that you are not going to help me with making Kria and Swayam adjust to this college.

Sharon: I didn't say that!

Swayam (after finally stopping to laugh): Rey, she is right. I was just joking around. I made up all that stuff.

Kria: Kya yaar Swayam! You are always playing pranks and joking around like this.

Sharon just couldn't believe this. "Why have Swayam not told Kria and Rey everything? Why is he doing this?" Sharon wondered.

Sharon: wait, so even Swayam is joining our college. I thought only Kria was shifting to this city.

Kria: Sharon, actually Swayam is part of my family only. His dad and my dad are great friends and business partners too. They have decided to relocate their business in India which is why we decided to shift to India. In fact, we live in the same house. Swayam is family.

Sharon was not too happy. She was tolerating Kria all this while but now Swayam is going to be there too. This guy's presence was disturbing her a lot. Adding to that, he was acting all mysterious. "Why haven't he told Rey and Kria everything?" she kept on wondering.

Kria: So Sharon, you are going to help us adjust to St. Louis, right?

Rey: Of course, sweetheart, she will. I am the General Secretary and she is the Cultural Secretary of the college. She is bound to help you. Right Sharon?

Sharon: Right.

Sharon looked at Swayam. He was busy with his phone. He was not looking at her. She wanted to talk to him. She actually wanted to know what this guy wanted from her.

Rey: I have called our entire gang early today. They will be here any moment. Just then they heard a voice from behind saying "Rey ne bulaya aur hum chale aye!" It was Nilesh's voice. Sharon, Swayam, Rey and Kria turned around and saw the entire gang standing at the door.

Vicky" What yaar Rey! Why did you call us so early? My Kagu couldn't sleep properly.

Neha: Even my Babu couldn't sleep properly.

Vishaka: Hey man! Who are these two?

Simmi: Yeah, who are they?

Rey: Guys, these are our new friends. Meet Swayam Shekhawat (he pointed at Swayam and then side-hugging Kria) and this is Kria Ghai- my girlfriend.

The gang (in unison): Your girlfriend??!!

Bharat: Tu aur girlfriend?

Rinni: I know, right? What is wrong with you Rey?

Simmi: Sharon, you knew about this?

Sharon: I got to know yesterday.

Rinni: I toh always thought Rey and Sharon are a couple.

Simmi: Shut up Rinni. Don't mind her Kria. And hello Swayam!

Amar: Welcome to our college!

Swayam and Kria: Nice to meet you all.

Neha: Neha thinking we showing them our college.

Kria: Sorry, I don't get you.

Vicky: She means we should show you our college. Come lets all go.

They left the canteen and they went to all the classrooms, atrium, terrace, and the rehearsal hall. Sharon was the last to leave the hall. As she was leaving a strong hand grabbed hold of her arm and pulled her towards it.

"How dare you? How dare you hold my hand and pull me like this?" Sharon shouted. "Listen, I seriously don't have the time to listen to this crap. I want to talk to you." Swayam said.

"What does this guy actually want from me?" Sharon wondered.

Swayam: You must be wondering about what I actually want.

Sharon: How do you know this?

Swayam: Well actually I have something that you don't have- common sense! And now please don't say how dare you, okay?

Sharon: Fine, I will choose to ignore your comment. First you tell me why didn't you say anything to Kria and Rey?

Swayam" Oh God! You still haven't got it? My six year-old niece is smarter than you, you know!

Sharon: If you are done with taunting me, I want the answer.

Swayam: Sharon, don't you get it? I don't want Rey and Kria to be together!

Sharon (almost disappointedly): Because you love her?

Swayam: Hell no! I don't want them to be together because she is my best friend and I think Rey is not the right guy for her.

Sharon: Whoa! Rey is the right guy. Its just that Kria is the wrong girl!

Swayam: can we not argue about this? You want Rey, right? And you told me you can do anything to get Rey back, right?

Sharon: so what?

Swayam: So I am going to help you get Rey back.

Sharon: so you want to separate your best friend from her boyfriend? But why would you do that?

Swayam: Because he is immature, irresponsible and not at all the right guy for a girl like Kria.

Sharon: Hey Rey is not immature and irresponsible.

Swayam: You want Rey back, right?

Sharon: Yeah.

Swayam: Then shut up. I give you full guarantee that Rey will fall for you but in return you will have to follow everything I say.

Sharon: I don't believe a word you are saying. I am leaving.

As Sharon turned to leave, Swayam caught hold of her shoulders and pulled her towards him. Sharon could feel his breath on her face. She looked at his eyes- his brownie brown eyes. She immediately knew she could trust him. She wanted to trust him. There was something about his eyes. Perhaps he actually was the angel she had thought him to be last night. Irrespective of the fact that he was irritating and his behavior was almost obnoxious, he had been right about everything he had said last night. Swayam realized how close they were at the moment and let go of Sharon and turned his back to her. He said in a very soft tone, "Sorry. But you got to trust me on this." Sharon softly replied "I trust you Swayam."

Swayam turned around abruptly. He was surprised.

Swayam: You do?

Sharon (in a more convinced manner): Yes.

There was an awkward silence that had crept in. both of them didn't know what to say to the other. However, Swayam recovered before Sharon.

Swayam: Okay. So that was quite quick. I thought you will take some time on this.

By now even Sharon had recovered from the awkwardness. She looked at Swayam and again slipped back to her diva mode. She didn't want to come across as a vulnerable girl!

Sharon: Sharon Rai Prakash always knows what she wants and what she wants to do!

Swayam: Very well then. We will start executing her plan from tomorrow.

Sharon: Fine. Now let's go, the others might be looking for us.

Swayam: Okay, but wait, one more thing. You are not going to let anyone know about this, okay?

Sharon: Yeah obviously.

Swayam: Deal?

He put his hand forward. Sharon extended her hand and shook his hand.

Sharon (smilingly): Deal.

Just then the entire gang came in. they saw Sharon and Swayam holding hands.

Rey: What deal?

Kria: Yeah, what deal are you two talking about? Swayam tell na!

Sharon: Well, actually umm'it's just that'

Swayam: Well actually Sharon just made a deal with me. She is going to show me around all over the city. In return I am going to buy her a gift

Rey (looking surprised): Really Sharon? You really agreed to that?

Sharon: Yeah Swayam is right.

Neha (smiling ear-to-ear): That toh Neha is understanding, but Swayam please Sharon ka hand toh chodo!

Sharon and Swayam realized that they were still holding each other's hand and they immediately let go.

Nilesh: Ahem ahem!

Sharon: Let's go to class guys. I don't want to be late for class.

Swayam: I guess she is right. Let's go. I don't want to be late on the first day itself.

They all went to their class. Swayam and Kria's first day in college went really good. It almost felt as if they had known the gang for ever. Adding to that, almost all the girls in the college now had a crush on Swayam.

So this was my longest update ever! I hope you guys like it. And Happy New Year to all of you!! I really hope this year brings to us loads of happiness, renewed hop and beautiful dreams! Here is looking forward to a SwaRonilicious year ahead.😊
