In the morning: At Khanna house
In the morning, when Angad and Kripa woke up, they just couldn't wait to tell the family the good news. So, after Angad and Kripa got ready, they went downstairs.


Downstairs in Khanna house:
When Angad and Kripa got down, they saw that everyone was at the breakfast table, eating. They thought this was a perfect way to tell them- when the whole family is together.
Dadi: "Here come my two favourite. Angad, Kripa, sit."
When Angad and Kripa sat, Kripa slightly nudged Angad, gesturing him to tell the family.
Angad got the message.
Angad: "Mum, dad…Dadi. I got some news…I mean, we've got some news."
As Angad said this, he put his hand on Kripa's.
Dadi: "Hain, bolo beta."
Kripa: "Woh Dadi, kya hain na…"
Angad couldn't keep the secret for any longer.
Angad stood up and shouted: "I'm going to become a father!!!"
Naina (delighted): "What, really?"
Simmone ran and hugged Kripa.
Simmone: "Congrats Kripa. Hurray, I'm going to become an aunty!"
Prithvi: "Wow, really?"
Angad and Prithvi hugged each other.
Prithvi: "I'm so happy for you bro."
Naina and Dadi got up and kissed Kripa's forehead.
Dilip also hugged Angad and gave both him and Kripa blessings.
After everyone congratulated Angad and Kripa, they finished off their breakfast. Soon, Angad and Dilip went to the office and dragged Prithvi along with them. When Kripa and Simmone had finished their breakfast, they tried to help Naina and Dadi with the house work.
Naina: "You two are not allowed to touch the housework, o.k.?"
Simmone (putting her arms around Naina): "aunty, I can understand why Kripa isn't allowed, but I can help."
Naina: "No beta, you can't. It hasn't even been a day for you to step into this house, and you're going to start working already. No- my two bahu's need rest. Go upstairs and…just get chatting."
Kripa and Simmone started laughing and went upstairs into Angad and Kripa's bedroom.


Upstairs in Angad and Kripa's bedroom:
When Simmone and Kripa got to the room, Simmone shut the door and they both sat on the bed.
Simmone (cheekily): "Aur fir Kripa ji…ahem, how does it feel like being pregnant?"
Kripa (laughing): "Shall I tell you the truth? It feels like I want to puke every second."
They both started laughing.
Simmone: "Oh yeah, Kripa, have you told mum and dad about this?"
Kripa: "Oh crap! I forgot. What shall I do now? Shall I call them or go to their house?
Simmone: "Hmmm, call them and tell them that me and you are coming, and then we'll go, together."
Kripa: "O.k. pass me the phone."
Simmone went and got the phone. When Kripa got the phone, she rang their number.
Gayathri: "Hello."
Kripa: "Hello mum, it's Kripa."
Gayathri: "Kripa beta, how are you. I miss both my daughters so much. This house feels so empty without you two. Where's Simmone?"
Kripa: "She's hear, do you want to talk to her?"
Gayathri: "Yes, give the phone to her beta."
Simmone: "Hi mum, kaise ho aap?"
Gayathri: "Simone beta, mein teek hoon, tum?"
Simmone: "Mum, I'm very happy, especially today."
Gayathri: "Why, what happened today?"
Simmone (looking at Kripa first): "Mum…Kripa is pregnant!"
Gayathri (shocked and happy): "What? Are you serious?"
Simmone: "Yes mum, here, talk to Kripa."
Kripa: "Hello mum."
Gayathri: "Kripa beta…beta I'm coming there. I'm so happy! Bless you!"
Kripa (blushing and happy): "O.k. mum, I'll wait for you."
Gayathri: "Bye beta."
Kripa: "Bye mum."


In the afternoon: At Khanna house
Kripa and Simmone had informed the rest of the Khanna family that their parents were going to come. All of a sudden, the door bell rang. Angad went and opened the door. It was none other than Gayathri and Suryban.
As they came in, Angad touched their feet for blessings. When they came in, Simmone and Kripa hugged both of them.
Naina (happily): "Aap hi ka intezar tha. Come, sit."
Naina and Gayathri hugged each other and everyone sat down. All the men went into the other room and let the ladies chat. As they were talking, Naina realised that Gayathri had a 'metai' (sweets) box in her hand.
Naina: "Arre Gayathri, yeh kya?"
Gayathri: "Naina, if my daughter is pregnant, of course I'm going to bring sweets in that happiness."
Naina: "Hey, how did you find out? I was going to leave this for a surprise for you…Kripa…Simmone…did you tell her?"
They all started laughing.
Naina: "Congratulations, your going to become a grandma."
Gayathri: "Same to you."
They both got up and hugged each other.


In the evening: At Khanna house
After Gayathri and Suryban left, Angad took Kripa upstairs for some rest.


In Angad and Kripa's bedroom:
When Angad and Kripa got to their bedroom door, Kripa held onto Angad.
Kripa (moaning like a child): "Angad, I can't walk anymore, my feet are hurting."
Angad: "Awww, baby, we're here anyway."
Kripa (still moaning): "I know but I can't walk anymore."
Angad (sighing): "O.k. you don't need to."
Angad picked Kripa up in his arms and opened their bedroom door.
Angad: "There, happy now?"
Kripa (giggling): "Very."
Saying this, Kripa gave Angad a big kiss on his cheeks.
When they got inside, Angad put Kripa onto the bed. He went into the bathroom to freshen up.
When he came back, he saw Kripa peacefully sleeping.
He slowly walked to her and kissed her on her forehead.
Angad: "Goodnight baby, I guess you really were tired."
After a little while, Angad tucked into the bed and soon fall asleep with his arms wrapped around Kripa.
