Continue:

Naina: "Angad, what did you say?"
Angad: "Nothing mum."
Dilip: "Prithvi and Simmone? Kripa is this true?"
Kripa: "Uncle..."
Naina: "Bolo, tell us, is this true?"
Angad looked at Kripa and gestured to her that he is going to tell his parents.
Angad: "Yes mum, this is true. Prithvi and Simmone didn't want to tell you lot because they thought that you wouldn't accept their relationship. But me and Kripa knew everything and kept our mouths shut."
Naina looked at Dilip.
There was a long silence.
Kripa: "Uncle, are you angry?"
Dilip walked to Kripa and put his hands on her cheeks.
Dilip: "No beta, I am not angry. I was just thinking when we shall go to Suryban's house for Simmone's hand in marriage."
Angad (cheerfully): "Really dad?"
Dilip: "Yes Angad."
Kripa started jumping round and she went and hugged Naina.
Naina: "I'll go with him to ask, tonight."
Kripa: "Thanks aunty."
Kripa turned to Angad.
Angad (shouting): "AAAHHH, THEY'RE GETTING MARRIED!"
Saying this, Angad ran to Kripa, and hugged her tightly, unaware of Naina and Dilip's presence. But Naina and Dilip started laughing themselves, and could understand Angad and Kripa's happiness.


In Angad and Kripa's bedroom:
After a little while, Angad and Kripa went upstairs into their bedroom. Angad sat on the bed with Kripa on his lap.
Kripa: "Go on, phone him."
Angad: "O.k. hang on."
Angad got his mobile out and dialled a number.
Angad: "PRITHVI!!!"
Prithvi (on the other side of the phone): "ANGAD!!!...what?"
Angad: "Prithvi, what would you say if mum and dad asked you for Simmone's hand in marriage?"
Kripa (whispering to Angad): "Angad, get to the point. Give me the phone."
Kripa snatched the mobile off Angad.
Kripa: "Prithvi, Kripa here. Oh my god Prithvi, you wouldn't believe it. Aunty and uncle are going to ask for your and Simmone's 'rishta'!"
Prithvi (shocked but joyful): "WHAT?! But how did…?"
Kripa (stroking Angad's hair): "Your clever brother spilt the beans and aunty and uncle agreed to the relationship and guess what?"
Prithvi: "What?"
Kripa: "They're going tonight!"
Prithvi: "Tonight?"
Kripa: "Yeah, come home quick."
Prithvi: "O.k. I'll be there in about five minutes."
Kripa: "Ok. Bye."
Prithvi: "Bye."
Kripa hung up.
Angad: "What did he say?"
Kripa: "He's coming home. Oh my god, this is so exciting Angad."
Saying this, Kripa hugged Angad tightly.
Kripa: "I'm so happy. I hope mum and dad agree to the 'rishta'."
Angad: "They will, don't worry."


In the evening: Khanna house
Later that evening, Naina and Dilip got dressed and were waiting for Prithvi to come downstairs.


In Angad and Kripa's bedroom:
Angad and Kripa were grooming Prithvi. Angad sprayed his expensive aftershave onto Prithvi and Kripa was sorting out his hair.
Prithvi: "You're treating me like a little child getting ready for a wedding or something."
Kripa: "Ssshhh, Prithvi let me do your hair."
Prithvi: "See, that's what I mean. Kripa, I can do my hair and Angad…well I have got my own aftershaves you know."
Angad: "Yeah but your ones smell really bad."
Prithvi (angry): "No they don't."
Kripa: "Stop it Angad. Leave him alone."
Prithvi: "Thanks Kripa."
Kripa: "O.k. your hair is done. You can go."
Prithvi took a deep breathe and left the room.
Kripa: "Awww, he looks so cute."
Angad: "Yeah and I don't?"
Kripa looked around Angad's face.
Kripa: "Nah, not today."
Angad: "Like you look like some supermodel?"
Kripa: "Oh shut up. You know I always look beautiful and sexy."
Then Angad started looking around Kripa's face.
Angad: "Nah, not today."
Kripa started playfully hitting Angad. They both started laughing.


At Sharma house:
When Naina, Dilip and Prithvi got to Sharma house, they rang the door bell. Gayathri opened the door.
Gayathri: "Arre, aap sab? You should have told me before coming. Anyway come in."
As they came in, Naina hugged Gayathri and then followed the rest to the living room.
Gayathri called for Suryban and told him that the Khanna family were here. When Suryban came downstairs, he hugged Prithvi and Dilip.
Suryban: "Kaise aana hua?"
Dilip: "I've come to ask your daughters hand in marriage."
Gayathri looked at Naina.
Naina: "Angad and Kripa told us that Prithvi and Simmone…"
Prithvi then interrupted Naina and quickly said, without wasting time…
Prithvi: "I love Simmone."
Simmone, who was coming down the stairs, froze.
