PART 17-PLANS II
-Next Day-
ArShi at Hospital, in the Doc's room---->
"Yes Mr Raizada. How may I help you?" the bespectacle man asked.
"Um, I need to inquire about a Mr Shashi Gupta. He was admitted here a few months ago...In around October?" Arnav said.
"And how are you related to him?" the Doctor asked.
Khushi spoke. "I am Shashi Gupta's daughter, and this is my husband."
"I see. One minute...I need to go through the files and database. Could you wait for half an hour outside? I shall call you in soon?"
-RM-
After everyone left, (and Nani knew where) Nani sat down, pondering about all this. So Damaadji had gotten engaged to Khushi bitiya had he? She was glad that Anjali bitiya wasn't affected too much. She decided to talk to her daughter-in-law, who was trying unsuccesfully to 'inbhestigate'.
-Hospital, after half an hour-
"Mr Raizada?" The receptionaist called. "The doctor is ready to see you"
Arnav nodded, walking into the room with Khushi right behind him. The doctor's face was very serious. "Mr Raizada, Mr Shashi's heart attack, was caused due to some kind of stress. It could've been stopped with the meds that he takes, but something prevented that from happening. And then, there was some external pressure acting on his right pulse, RIGHT onto the pulse. This pressure affected flow of blood of a person who had already begun to have a minor stroke.
Khushi's eyes filled with tears. Uss Shyam ko toh main-! she thought.
Arnav took Khushi's hand whispered that it would all be okay. Then he turned to the doctor. "Doctor, could you hand me down a detailed, written copy of all of this?"
The doctor agreed, and asked them to collect it that evening.
-Later, In Anjali's Room-
Arnav, Khushi and Anjali were sitting casually, but discussing seriously. "Bechare Shahi Uncle!"
Arnav smiled to himself...Shyamji had become Shyam? Anjali was shocked, and could not believe that any human could stoop so low. "Chhotey, humein Shyam ko rangey haath pakadna hai!"
All of them thought for while, but ASR came up with an idea. "Di, we need to provoke it out of him...Provoke him to do something that would help us to catch him."
"Provoke him? How will you do that Chhotey?"
Arnav looked naughtily at Khushi, who was looking at him, innocently waiting for an answer. Anjali followed his gaze, and understood her brother's plan and she gasped in shock. "Chhotey, how can you-"
Arnav simply smiled, looking at Khushi's face, stilll waiting for his answer. How naive could she get?!
"Chhotey, are you-"
"It'll be fine Di. There is no other way we can ACTUALLY get him to talk..." he said, looking at Khushi put on her 'thinking face', and biting a nail.
"Fine..." Anjali said, thoughtfully, with a smile on her face as she looked at Khushi trying to figure it out.
Khushi looked and saw that Anjali and Arnav had reached an understanding. She pouted. "Ye ramanchi hai! Humko bina bataein aap planning kar rahe hain?" she asked.
Anjali laughed. "Bataiyye inhe Chhotey. Apka 'plan'."
Arnav smirked. "Don't worry Khushi. Tum khud hi samajh jaogi..."
He got up and lead Khushi out of the room, who followed him confusedly.
-In ArShi Room-
"Arnavji, bataiyye na! Kya plan hai!" she whined.
Arnav closed the door behind them and started walking towards her. AS usual, she stepped away till she was cornered. She gulped in anticipation. He trapped her between his arms, and leaned closer to her and whispered. "THIS is the plan."
She looked at him surprised. "Ji?"
He explained the thing to her, and her mouth formed an 'O' as she realized what the plan was. "Arnavji, lekin-"
He silenced her with a kiss. "It'll work out for sure. I mean, even if it doesn't... Good for US either ways right?"
She blushed hard. She pushed him away giggling and fled from the place, leaving Arnav smirking at her retreating form. He loved how she was affected by him...
-Next Day-
Khushi had woken up to the sun kissing her cheeks. When she tried to move, she felt his iron hold warm on her waist. Her eyes widened as she realized that it was her bare waist. She blushed at the memory, and fell back onto the bed, snuggling closer to him. He smiled lightly, and let his finger travel cross her waist, making her shudder lightly. He opened his eyes, and caught her staring at hm. Without a word, he leaned closer to her and kissed her lips...They shared a deep, passionate kiss. They were locked in their arms for a while breaking apart to catch air. As Arnav helf Khushi's face, he felt warmth creep into her cheeks and smirked in response. "You're getting late..." he said, flicking her nose. Holding her cheeks, she gasped and ran out of the bed and straight into the bathroom.
Arnav saw Shyam coming their way from a distance, and smirked to himself. Khushi, who had just gotten ready was looking at him curiously when he grabbed her wrist and ruffled her hair, making her annoyed. "What are you-?"
He silenced her with a kiss and puller her out by the wrist, making sure he tugged at his shirt visibly.
From the corner of his eye, Arnav saw Shyam and smirked. As Shyam passed them, he leaned towards Khushi and gave her quick kiss on the cheek, surprising her. "Arnavji-"
He cut her off, gesturing towards Shyam with his eyes. The grinning, she stood on her toes and ever so lightly, touched her lips to his. Not bad...Arnav thought, taken aback with surprise.
Laughing at his expression, Khushi ran from there.
If someone was standing next to Shyam, he/she was sure to have smelt the smoke of jealousy emanating from him. He was burning with rage as he walked to the dining table, which did not go unnoticed by Anjali, who smirked in response. Akash and Payal meanwhile looked confused, and Khushi was still blushing at the memory of what had happened in the morning.
She shook her head at her husband's crazy plan and ate her breakfast.
Later-
Di had gone to mandir, and Jijaji also had left for office. dropping Jiji at market on the way. Arnavji would leave soon and Khushi was cooking away to glory in the kitchen, whe Arnav grabbed her from behind and planted a kiss on her cheek. She turned around smiling, and kissed him on the lips, and they shared a passionate kiss, oblivious this time, to Shyam standing and watching...
Shyam began to breathe hard as a mani animal claimed him. He watched as Arnav walked out of the kitchen, leaving Khushi alone. With a resolute mind, he strode towards the kitchen

PS: I am sorry guys...I know this part was crap, but this whole Barun-quitting issue has made my mind reel...! I wrote this to just to calm myself a bit...So plz co-operate and understand? In fact, I think all the stuff i update today will be like this :'(
