Three of them decided to walk it up.

Khushi's heart was going DHAk DHAk Dhak!

Oh god khushi please just control your nerves he will think you are mad.

Suddenly khushi saw a group of boys who were standing and drinking alcohol..

she was scared now and held her jiji's hand tightly, payal was scared too...arnav noticed this and asked

Whats wrong?

P: nothing

A: scared of them ?

Payal nodded

Arnav looked at khushi who was by now clinging to payal like a baby

What am i here for?

P: hmmm yeah

Khushi felt a sudden rush of affection for him at those words...oh god he is my hero!

Khushi just stop it!

They walked on and khushi felt like her heart would just pop out, it was beating so fast.

Finally they reached.

Before entering ccd payal looked at khushi and whispered

" all the best khushi...don't loose this chance you won't die if you talk to him"

K: yes jiji its now or never

P: do you want me to leave you both alone for sometime?

K: jiji no way are you mad?

Payal laughed and walked in and khushi followed...

They sat for sometime sipping away their coffee when khushi mustered all the courage she had and finally said

" so we both will be writing our board (public) exams this year, are you prepared?"

Arnav had a shocked expression on his face and he looked up at khushi with the smile. He raised one eyebrow at her all the while thinking to himself...so finally this girl decides to talk to me.. for what joy was she ignoring me all the while...hmmm never mind better late than never! But of course he would not let her ignore him for so long...who was she kidding?

" yeah i am kind of and what about you?"

K: hmmm i'm a little nervous i guess

That was it their conversation had started and they both continued to chit-chat with each other like they were the best of friends.

Their story had begun!

Payal was left out and she was very bored but she was happy for her sister. She realised that 2 hours had already past and it was getting really late, they had go back or buaji would not leave them and here these two were not taking the name of stopping. She finally decided to interrupt:

" guys its late i think we should get going"

Khushi was shocked when she saw the time

A: khushi close your mouth mosquitoes will go inside.( her mouth was a perfect o)

She quickly closed it..."i think we should go, it's so late"

A: come on

And they walked back...

Payal and Rahul were walking at the back while arnav and khushi were lost in their own world...

They reached buaji's place and phupaji was going to drop them back home.

Phupaji: Arnav are you coming

A: yeah of course

Phupaji: great lets leave! Payal beta you sit in front with rahul

That means arnav and khushi were going to sit at the back and khushi couldn't stop blushing

They exchanged foolish grins with each other...and got into the car

Phupaji played some romantic songs and arnav and khushi shared an eye – lock

Arnav thinking to himself- gosh shez so cute and just look at her blush...i can't believe i waited so long to talk to her...stupid girl no one can ignore arnav singh raizada

Khushi- ur so dumb stupid girl what was your problem in talking to him earlier he is so sweet not the arrogant khadoos guy you thought he was...

They reached gupta house and before getting off khushi and arnav again shared an eye lock

She looked at arnav and with her eyes bid him good bye as she did not want to talk in front of phupaji and he too gestured with his eyes telling her to have a good night!

And they grinned foolishly at each other.

Both of them very well knew that neither of them would be able to sleep...after all it was all like a dream!

He thought to himself – hope to see you tomorrow honey...

Khushi – i wish i will be able to come tomorrow!

Payal: wished phupaji and bid arnav goodbye

She turned to khushi

" now stop smiling so much khushi, do you even realise how much you both were talking actually not him it was you, you never gave him a chance to even talk"

K: really jiji? I did not realise it!

Jiji he will think i am such a chatter box!

P: whats there to think in that khushi?

She winked at her and walked in.

That night proved to be a very long one as all khushi could think of was arnav and all arnav could think of was khushi...
