CHAPTER SIX

KHUSHI'S POV:

"Namastey." Arnav's Nani said while putting both hands together.

"Namastey Nani Ji, Arnav is not at home." I replied nervously.

"No problem. In fact we came to talk to you." Nani replied softly.

I lead them inside and sat them in the hall and asked if they would like to drink something.

"No thanks." Both said at the same time.

"How are you?" Nani asked after a brief pause.

Awkward silence again. I keep looking at both of them and they both look at each other.

"You know what you are doing in wrong." Anjali finally speaks up."You are a liar. Bloody wh**e. He has his own family. Stay away from Chottey or else -"

"He loves me and I love him, it's just that lying and deception are not justified by anything, He does not want to leave his children, and I don't want to force him, I know I'm selfish and if the only way to be with him was to be his mistress, than I would willingly be his mistress for the rest of my life." "I know that and I'm really very sorry, I tried walking away from him. I can be his children's mother, I love his kids too. I want to take care of them, to play with them. I dream of having a perfect family too." I croaked and said. "Do you really think that I'm one of those girls who will become someone's mistress to annoy the lives of any wife and children?"

"No, but Lavanya has been many years with Arnav. They were a perfect couple." Anjali said with courage.

"And I can't? You might not understand how I feel about it, and I don't intend to do, but I love Arnav with all my heart, and I will not leave him until he asks me too."

"Fine. We will not interfere in your relationship with Arnav, but I'm going to tell you beforehand that you are not welcome in Raizada house. Not until things go in right way." Nani said serious tone.

"Don't worry Nani, I will never come to your home until you want me to." I assured her.

"I really hope my brother leaves you like he did Lavanya." Anjali said in killer tone. "She is a good woman."

"Time will tell." I sighed.

They said nothing more and left the apartment, I locked the door and breathe quietly, and the good news is that they will not interfere in our relationship anymore.

I am very confused that whether I should tell Arnav that his family had come to talk to me, I knew that it would be grounds for litigation.

I kept doing my Jalebies to release all my tension.

Riddhima and Payal came after 10 minutes. I told them about the unexpected guest, they were very irritated first but understood. Riddhima left early because she had some plans with Armaan.
