Arshi FF~Vines With Thorns~ Thread 1 - Page 92

Hey! Well I've reached Ch.8 n enjoyed reading! You've an awesum writing skill. Characters are well potrayed and a different concept unlike other FF's in the forum. Loving the bond between Khushi n Raja, I too have a cousin who cnt speak, but she's married now n very happy I must say :) I hope Khushi open up's to Arnav as their friendship grows. I'm already hating Kushal Argh. He's a jerk, I think he adores Raja more than Khushi lol. And Aman is a Chef hahaha nice use btw. I'll let you knw my views as I continue reading. Tnx again for sending me this ff, I'm completely loving it! Hugs'

Ok so before I finish reading the last two chapter, I need to comment otherwise I'll forget what I wanted to say.
SO there was something more to than just losing her parents in the fire that stunned Khushi's ability to speak. I just feel so proud of this girl for still having the bubbly and happy go luck nature within her...the apple tree incident with Aman and her running/playing attitude with Raja is just adorable. Her past is definitely a harsh wound that cannot be removed but hope to learn more of how she moved on other than what we learn from ch 7/8.
Khushal is such a proud grandfather...at times he makes me smile and at time I'm like what the...when he doesn't help a fallen Khushi. Oh and did I mention the way K befriended A was just original. I mean when A cornered her I was happy to see that K somehow felt a change in his eyes -- caring and apologetic attitude. But the introductory note followed with Arnav helping her in the garden was just great steps in their friendship. Lovely writing style (the aquarium scene was the best👏). Btw, did you read the book The Secret Garden? I dunno somehow I think gardening for Khushi is her healing potion...not exactly but you know what I mean, haina? Something that makes her calm.

Oh and yes I know the title has more than just what I know so far. It's just very symbolic. And yes, I agree I don't expect Khushi to get dramatically better. I do know that's unrealistic.

The last chapter displayed society's true colors, eh? To think the man should have asked politely before screaming and publicly humiliating her. Sad, what humans can do to hurt others? We think we are advancing forward yet there is so much to change around us...attitudes, perspectives and ideas. Arnav, our knight in shining armor saves the day along with those kids⭐️.

And I haven't mentioned about La' involvement with Arnav...but I'd like to see how they gel together. I mean introducing the marriage/rishta scene for Arnav is something I look forward to.

Khushi's adorable! Making everyone's favorite sweets and spreading khushi. And aww!! Arnav ate the jalebis.

Yup, the Secret Garden does have an ill boy who doesn't go out of his home. The movie is based on the book...it's a must read (a lot of symbolisms used there too). When I read of the secret garden with the pond and trees in your FF, I realize again how powerful and gorgeous mother nature is...it does remind me of the book's secret garden. The ill boy gets better as he starts going out and learns gardening. It's like his healing potion. 😊

And I did find the other thread...I am kinda new to IF and it was late night😆. The next day I read the thread post in the beginning.
