That is spamming error...I get it often...it is just dat u cant post more dan 1 post in a given tim mayb 30 secs or 1 min.

U have to go to the profile of the person whom u wanted to send a testimonial and then u have to keep the code above and change the address http://myWeb.com/ to the image address...image which u wanted to sended and click post.

You have to change the img to IMG

That code isnt coming when typed...I wil tell u how to see the code...while typing the post u could see this Forum Codes option below click on it...In images n links the first code itself is the code.
