Soo. This chapter is brillianttt!! Needless to say I loved everything! Haha
The way they so casually fooled the Sehgal brothers was really great! They were both completely in character,.. Ranveer being all serious, and Arjun calling them ugly hahaha LOVED it :) I also loved when they were choosing which brother would be the groom' of course, we all already knew the answer ;) again, completely suiting their character and personality!
From then on, I swear, I was literally LOL-ing and grinning like a creep at my laptop screen as I read. NO JOKE. (I was at work, on lunch break, and people thought I was a psycho.. but that's ok haha) 🤣
The water prank was hilarious,.. but Ranveer and Arjun's revenge was killerrr hahaha So so well written! And yes, I couldn't help but think of the RanYa candle scene <3
What I loved most about how you did this, was not only how you added the humor, but also how you kept all of them so much in character,.. not forgetting the importance of their personalities in the story. Preeti and Arjun's moment had a sense of "lightness" to it, whereas Ranveer and Anjali's moment had that "intenseness". Or even before their meeting moments, .. when they were scaring the girls, it was Preeti who was scared, and Anjali who took charge.. and that really gives us more of an indepth view of their characters, personalities, and sister bond.
Preeti and Arjun's moment together was light, cute, and funny... with Preeti laughing at him to herself,... biting his hand.. them arguing about what happened... it was all indicative of their cute and simple relationship...
Anjali and Ranveer's moment together was intense and deep...with Anjali chanting the hanuman chalisa (also kind of funny haha 😆), and Ranveer staring at her beauty 😍...Here we see the strength in Anjali's character,.. her brave nature as she chants,...and we see Ranveer's intense love,.. and his protection, as he saves her hand from burning...Very deep emotions underlying here, ...again, very much in character. And they just continue staring... lost. Really beautiful.
These are four different people. Two really different couples. But one common weakness: Eternal Love.
to sum this up (😳)... what I loved most about this chapter was that it was hilarious, and deep in meaning at the same time. We get to see the shades underneath the four main characters,... and we get to see a foreshadowing of what their relationships will be like... all in these beautiful moments, and in this one awesome chapter. Now this,.. is brilliant writing. 👏
