Mayank awoke early as sunlight streamed in the the room through the light colored curtains, Rolling over onto his back,he gazed at Nupur who was still sleeping peacefully,he expelled a long, contented sigh after whatever he did last night he was scared she would take time to get comfortable in his presence or sharing the bed with him but she was trying to accept this change and he was glad whatever he used to think about Nupur that she was immature or emotional girl who couldn't understand him ever had proved him wrong still there was long way that they had to cross but now he was content that they would find out their way together and would make this relationship convenient for both of them.He smiled inwardly and shifted his weight . he leaned over her without disturbing her sleep and stroking the scattered strands of her hairs he couldn't control his urge to kiss her and moving down he placed his lips on her cheek and then quickly moved away before she could awake.

The sound of water dripping in the washroom slowly penetrated Nupur's slumber, stirring her from her dreams.Still half-asleep, she rolled over onto her stomach, burrowing her face into the pillow. Instead of the slightly silk,smooth fabric that covered her pillow at home, her cheek encountered different silk . Dimly aware that she was not in her own bed with her mother downstairs making breakfast and Diya scolding her and trying to wake up her, Nupur squeezed her eyes closed, trying to recapture her tranquil dreams. Reluctantly, she turned her head and opened her eyes. In the bright light of morning,she looked around and her mind abruptly cleared. She was at Mayank's house,her husband's house and had slept with him in his room on his bed.her heart thud with sound and she gulps of air stabling her heart beat.

Shoving her tousled hair out of her eyes, she pulled herself up into a sitting position and leaned back against the pillows.

"Good Morning"

Mayank said ,standing at the opposite side of the bed wearing vest and trouser and a towel wrapped around his neck. Nupur stifled a scream of surprise"I didn't mean to startle you," Mayank apologized hastily looking at her and she felt embarrassed reacting like that, "sorry'I didn't know it was you"

She spoke carefully lifting her gaze and Mayank suppressed smile giving her an understanding look, "it's okay"

He followed her gaze and then seeing the blush on her cheeks realized he was standing in front of her in a vest and wet body, "I was going to change"He felt embarrassed and cursed himself under his tongue and gave her look with the corners of his eyes who was still blushing and at that moment he confessed to himself she looked more beautiful when she blushed,he bit his lower lip slapping these new feelings which were making strange urges in his heart whenever he would close to her.

The knock on the door roused him from the deep thought trance and he found himself starring her, "who is there?"quickly moving his eyes in embarrassment he walked up to the door and Nupur breathed deeply,the way he was looking at her made her heart skip a beat ,gulping of air she composed herself and removing the covers sprang out of bed.

"Sir..its me"a maid's voice came from the other side and he opened the door.

"Your parents are waiting for both of you downstairs and they said to ask if you both would join them for breakfast."

"We're coming"

Closing the door behind him Mayank turned back to see her but she'd been left for bath already.

He breathed to calm his desires and then moved towards the attached room to change in suit.

Nupur opened the armoire and chose a light green frock and trouser,she slipped into the dress and tied the wide green strips of her dress around her waist, While Mayank was in the other attached room, Nupur slid into the chair at the dressing table and brushed her hair and put some make up as she wanted to get ready before he entered in room as it would so embarrassing and difficult for her to get ready in his presence.Mayank entered in room and his head snapped around, he stared at her, his face draining of color. "Gorgeous" he breathed, his gaze clung to the exotic beauty standing before him,his wife,her eyes widened in surprise and then feeling the heat of his intense gaze on her cheeks she lowered her eyes,he was the man who never admired her before and now he openly admires her beauty,her breath caught in her throat to feel his gaze and Mayank realized what he just said, "I mean you're looking nice"he tried to fasten his overflowing emotion in his heart and spoke carefully composing himself, "umm thanks"

She could barely speak lifting his gaze and gave him encourage smile to see him embarrassed.

"I think we should now go downstairs as mom,dad is waiting for us"

She nodded in reply and following his steps towards the stairs,she wondered to see the change in him,in her and in their relationship, He was impossible to cope with, impossible to understand before but after last night she realized he was not that much difficult to understand,he was understanding,the way he accepted his mistake and made her comfortable had warmed her heart.
