Fiza..i am muslim and moreover Islamiat was my subject i have read history of Islam..

kuch muslims mein yeah baat mani jati hai k agar husband jis ny tallaq di hai..us ko regret ho..aur woh wapas apni biwi ko apni life mein chahta hoo aur biwi bhi yeahi chati hoo tu woh is period mein asa ker sakta hai... aur woh dono wapas se husband n wife ki taraha rah sakty hain...
@bold...i am talking about ur these words,do u think these words are giving right meaning of Iddaht or tallaq..

Yeah talluq dono martaba hain.. ya tu achi se rukh lay( iddat k andar) na… ya phir undigi se chor dayna… ( surah baqar 229)

Okay there is huge clash going on the iddat part….and I define it yet Maria do have certain things against it…and I certainly repect her point.. and I think I may have miss sumthing leading to this huge clash…

magar ek baar yeah period khatam hogaya tu kuch nhi hoskta... aur as per muslim law... for example...

agar gunjan k shadi mayank se hoti hai...aur mayank us ko tallaq day ta hai... aur iddat k time bhi pora hojay tu now... mayank kitna hi chahy gunjan se shadi nhi kersakta...untill..."halala" nah hojay...

halala means gunjan ko kisi aur se shadi kerni hogi...e.g samrat se...us k sath as a wife rehna hoga... aur us k baad by chance divorce hojay samrat se tu woh mayank se shadi ker sakty gi..wanra no way

I didn't went to details of how many talluqs believing that muslim's here pretty well knew all the rules themselves….and as it has nothing to do with the story so I wasn't getting in details…

So talluq 3 times hoti hai…

Husband ny wife ko talluq di … on a moment saying mein talluq dayta hoon….( for hanifi fiqah ) yeah ek talluq hai …..

Aur mein taluq dayta hoon, talluq dayta hoon, talluq dayta hoon….. yeah 3 times talluq hai .. chahy ek hi waqt mein kahi jay..

But for me as I belive in words of Quran ,… and fiqah Shafi…also…

As us ayat mein talluq do murataba hai.. do talluq nhi…

aur is k baad iddat k wqat shoror hoga…agar woh dono chay tu razamndi k sath, wasp rojho ker sakty hain….

Magar 4 mahinay ya 3 Pm k time period mein hi

Magar agar auraat ny talluq mangi jis ko hum KHola bhi kahty hain tu us mein iddat k waqt ek PM hota hai
