CHAPTER ONE

as the alarm clock rang for the probably the tenth time, kriya finally decided to get up

damn she thougth to herself, this alarm clocks never gonna let me get any sleep, as she drowsily glanced at the clock on her bedside table, she finally came to her senses!

Kriya- shit, it's the first day of college and im already running late !

She rushed out of her room and went downstairs saw her mother making breakfast

Smriti- toh uth gayin aap, first day hi college late pohonchna hai kya?

Kriya- mom, aap mujhe utha nahin sakte the kya, dekha ab main kitni late ho gayi! Waise bhai kahan hain?

Smriti- swayam? Who tum se kam thodi na hai, who bhi abhi tak sio raha hai!

Kriya- bhai bhi na, abhi tak nahin uthe!

She ran back upstairs where swayam nad her room was situated and enterd his room, swayam was inside sleeping his parents photo on the bed side table.

kriya- swayam, get up! see kitna late ho gaya hai!

but swayam just refused to get up, he covered his ears with the pillow to block kriyas voice

swayam- kriya, tu jaa yaar, plz sone de!

Kriya smiled to herself.

kriya- sorry swayam i have no choice but to do this

she got a glass of water and threw it on swyams face,. Swayam woke up with a start

Swayam- what the''''.

Then he saw kriya standing there and laughing at him

Swayam- kriya, whats wrong with you mujhe poora ghila kar diya!

Kriya- bhai aap bhool gaye kya? Aaj college ka first day hai aur aap abhi tak so rahe hain? Aap ko pata hai hum kitna late ho gaye hain?

Swayam- achcha bol toh aise rahi ho jaise khud bohot time se uthi hui ho! Mujhe pata hai kit um khud bhi do minute pehle uthi ho!

Kriya- toh kya hua, aap se toh pehle uthi na! achcha mein ab ready hone jaa rahi hoon, aap bhi ready hoke neeche aajana, miom breakfast bana rahi hain aur agar firse so gaye toh dobaara aake yahi karoongi!

Kriya went to her own room laughing and got ready. she had chosen to wear a cute floral dress that her mother had gifted her on her last birthday. she came downstairs and saw swayam already there, they ate a hearty breakfast and made way for their first day for school.

Kriya- thank god we reached on time! But this place looks jampacked where are we going to prk the car?

Swayam- you go ill look for a place to park and come

Kriya- ill wait for you na bhai then well go together

Swayam- its okay kriya, you go I can see how excited you are, ill park the car and come.

Kriya nodded and got out of the car and entered the campus. Swayam looked around the parking lot and finally found a place to park . just as he was about toget ouy another car came and atopped in front of his and a girl stepped out of the car, she was wearing a tribal print one piece dress that gave her a sophisticated and uber chic appearance. She knocked on the window of the car and swayam rolled it down.

Girl- who the hell do you think you are?

Swayam- im sorry?

Girl- you should be! Newbie ho kya? Don't you know that this is my parking place, loosers like you need to find somewhere else to park

Swayam- haan newbie toh mein hoon par lagta hai ki rules tumhein nahin pata, parking first cum first serve basis pe hoti hai, right?

Girl- look, tum new ho isliye ek last warning de rahi hoon! Is college main rules koi follow nahin karta aur jo karta hai, who is college mein zyaada der last nahin karta!

Swayam- fine, agar tum ne mujhe pehle bata diya hota kit um is parking space ke liye itni desperate ho toh mein pehle hi hat jaata!

Girl- look, don't you dare'..

Suddenly a guy calls her from behind

Guy- Sharon, come on yaar kis se itni der se baat kar rahi hai, chalna nahin hai kya?

Sharon- ya, rey give me a minute im coming.

Swayam- so miss Sharon, place is all yours, mein kahin aur park kar loonga.

Swayam spots another place to park his car and enters the college. Sharon too parks the car and comes out

Rey- how come you took so long, kis se baat kar rahi thi?

Sharon- hai, koi newbie loser, mera poora mood kharab kar diya!

Rey- chod na Sharon, lets just go inside, yahan koi bhi itna important nahin hai ki unke liye tum apna mood kharab karo.

They both entered the college together and were chatting in the canteen, when they heard the bell marking the start of the first period. this what they had in the first period.

Sharon- maths

Swayam- history

Kriya- English

Rey and kriya had their first class together, but since kriya was new she had to get some papers signed first and then go to her first class so she reached late. By that time all the students had already arrived and the professeur had started teaching

Kriya- may I come ine sir. Sorry for being late sir actually im new here so I had to get a few documents signed.

Prof- oh you must be kriya, come in and take a seat.

Kriya enterd the class room, there was just one empty seat at the far end of the classroom, that was left which was the one beside rey. She walked upto the seat and sat down and started paying attention to the class when a chit landed on her table. She looked up to see rey who was sitting beside her signaling her to open it-

Kriya, hun? Looks like ur new here, maybe that's why you don't know that in this college nobody messes with Sharon.

Excuse me, do I know you and who is this Sharon you are talking about?

Im rey is college ka gs and Sharon meri best friend hai, who jis ki parking space mein aaj tumne apni car park ki thi.

Look, I have no clue what you are talking about, and neither do I know this Sharon, so if you don't mind can I please concentrate on the class?

Really, you don't know Sharon, so fir shayad Sharon subah hallucinate kar rahi thi, aur mein bhi, because meine toh wahan car dekhi thi aur Sharon said that she doesn't know who it was as it was somebody new to the college, so obviously it has to be you

Look, for the last time I don't know Sharon, could you please leave me alone?

Rey had already started writing the reply when the bell rang, and kriya hurriedly left the room in the first opportunity she got eagr to escape him. Somehow rey found this really amusing. Most of the girls in the college would give anything to have him talk to them and here she was running away from him when he was talking to her. She was different, cute too, too bad she has a problem with Sharon.

The class was almost empty now and just as he was about to leave when his phone vibrated in his pocket, he checked the caller id and found that it was Sharon.

Rey- ya Sharon, bolo

Sharon- rey meine tumhein kaha than a ki meine second period mein practice ke liye special permission li hai, and ur still not here!

Rey- chill Sharon, ill be there in a minut by the way mein mila tumhaare newbie se, kafi cute hai!

Sharon- rey, what the hell did you just say? Who tumhein cute laga?

Rey- sorry yaar but fact is a fact, kriya cute toh hai!

Sharon- ab kriya kaun hai? Rey ur really driving me crazy today!

Rey- that girl with whom you were arguing in the parking lot today, the new one, shes kriya.

Sharon- kriya toh ek ladki ka nam hai na, mein toh ek ladke se baat kar rahi thi!

Rey- whjat, par kriya toh new'..shit yaar, messed up. Sorry shar aaj practice mein thoda late ho jaonga, ek detour lena hai!

Sharon- rey listen.

Rey- sorry Sharon, gotta go.
