"Khushi you don't have to do it".
"But I want to".
"Khushi, I will love you even if you can't do it".
"Arnavji, what are you doing, let me do it. I want to do it".
"Ok, fine, I will show you once more. Watch carefully".
Khushi nodded her head and looked with raised eyebrows. Arnav stuck the fork into the broccoli and cut it using a knife. Then he took the broccoli and brought it near her mouth. She opened her mouth and gulped it down hungrily. "Now you try it", Arnav handed her the fork and knife. She took the fork and knife from him, looked at it and gulped; her hand started shaking. They were sitting in a fancy restaurant somewhere in the city of X (I left the city as X, you can choose your favorite city). Khushi stuck the fork into the broccoli, but it slipped and flew into the soup bowl of someone sitting at the table behind them. A guy, tall and well-built and dressed in a suit, stood up and stared angrily at Khushi and opened his mouth to say something. Arnav stood up and said, "I'm sorry, sir. Food and drinks for your group is on me. Please order whatever you want." The guy stared at Arnav, looked at Khushi again and then sat down. Khushi put down the fork and knife and stared at it, her eyes tearing up. "I can't do this Arnavji. I'm so dumb". Arnav moved his chair next to her and hugged her, "Shh.. Khushi. It's ok baby. I said right that you don't have to learn to use a fork and knife. You don't need to impress my clients by eating with fork and knife. You will impress them anyways. You are my wife". He kissed her on the forehead. She smiled and then looked at him, her eyes wide open. "Oh, so they will be impressed by me because I'm YOUR wife?" She looked away, annoyed, but still stayed in his arms. Arnav smiled and then moved his face closer to her and said, "Well that, and because you are smart", he kissed her on the cheek, "and beautiful", and kissed her other cheek and whispered in her ears "and crazy!" She made an annoyed face and pulled herself away from him. He looked at her, smiled and then moved his chair back to its initial position. Khushi asked, "Hmm.. so when are you meeting your clients?". He looked at her and said, "Tomorrow morning". He noticed that she was staring at the food. Arnav was confused, "Go ahead and eat your food, Khushi". She stared at the linguine floating in creamy white sauce, "But Arnavji, how will I eat it this?" She smacked her lips; the food looked yummy! She then looked at Arnav with tears in her doe-like brown eyes. He smiled and moved his chair closer to hers. He fed her.
They walked hand-in-hand by the sea, watching the sunset (I'm leaving it to you, you can imagine it to be a city where you want to go with Arnav and a water body by which you want to walk hand-in-hand with him!). "I have a surprise for you, Khushi" He said as he stopped. "Close your eyes" and she did. He took her hand and guided her as they walked. "Now you may open them.. " and she did. There were about thousands of paper lanterns in front of them and about twenty local people around them, some of them lighting the lanterns. Khushi was excited, she smiled, clapped her hands together and looked at Arnav. "Happy anniversary, sweetheart!" he said, smiling. She hugged him tightly, and then sat down to light the lanterns with the locals. Arnav was watching her, his eyes filled with love and his heart heavy with happiness watching his wife thrilled at his surprise. She looked up at him, after lighting one. He was watching her, his arms folded with a smile on his face. She blushed, stood up, walked to him. She stood on her toes and kissed him on his cheek, then took his arms and pulled him to the lanterns. They lit the rest of the lanterns together. A few minutes later, Khushi watched in awe as the dark night sky was lit with thousands of floating paper lanterns. Arnav put his arm around her waist and pulled her close. He kissed her hair and rested his head on hers. She responded by snuggling against his shoulder and putting her arm around his waist.
Arnav woke up in the middle of the night, hearing clanking. He opened his eyes, looked to his side and saw the bed empty. He was about to call out her name when he looked around the room and saw his wife, dressed in a dark red satin robe, playing with a piece of broccoli. She kept trying to stick the fork into it. He remained quiet, leaned on his elbow and watched her, smiling. Finally she managed to stick the fork in and then slide the knife over it. She broke off a piece of broccoli and put it in her mouth. She closed her eyes to enjoy the taste of victory. Then she opened her eyes wide, her eyes twinkling and turned around to see him watching her. She opened her mouth, surprised and then blushed and made an annoyed face. "You were awake and watching me all this while?" He smiled and said, "I can't sleep without you next to me Khushi". She put the fork and knife down and said, excited. "Did you see, I did it. I cut the broccoli." He pushed the white sheets off him, got off the bed and slowly walked towards her. Her heart started beating fast, watching her husband walk towards her, shirtless. He reached the table, picked up the rest of the broccoli and threw it away. She looked at him, her mouth wide open. He smiled as he moved his face close to hers, "Why was the broccoli getting so much attention? Now you will suffer, Khushi". She giggled and moved away. He chased her around the bed and finally he put his arms around her waist and they fell on the bed together, hugging each other. The smiles on their faces reflected true happiness, being with the person they loved the most, as they fell asleep in each others' arms.
