next morning
geet woke up early in his arms... she thought of it to be a dream... he will be coming tomorrow how can he be here now... she holds him more tightly and slept again... maan snaked his arms around her more tightly in sleep...geet realized it was not a dream anymore...she slowly tried to free herself he tightened his hold... geet pinched him hardly... he woke with a stinging pain in his arm...geet what are you doing its paining...she didn't let him complete even and started moving to washroom...she felt little dizzy and held her head... maan saw her fainting and before she touched floor a strong pair of arm pulled her...he placed her on bed and started patting her cheek...geet utho geet what happened jaan wake up... he sprinkled water on her face ... she slowly opened her eyes... she saw his worried face it just reminded of his brutal act... don't you touch me... she said in a cold voice... maan was shocked hearing her voice... she always showed her emotion let it be anger, pain or happiness but today her voice was so cold devoid of any emotion... he tried to again hold her... she just snapped it not saying anything...she tried to stand... but failed due to tiredness... she was again trying by holding bed side table ... it rubbed her wound and it started bleeding again... maan tried to stop her but she was just not listening to him nor saying anything... he rushed to bring first aid box and ordered nakul to bring juice and some soup for her... before she can step far from bed he lifted her and placed again on bed...she was continuously protesting but it didn't affect him...he laid her on bed and placed himself near and pulled her on his lap and tangled her leg with his in such a way that she can't move an inch...she again tried but it didn't helped even an inch...he slowly lifted her hand to bandage...she pulled it back roughly paining herself...maan's eyes were filled seeing her in pain... he slowly whispered with choked voice...please geet just let me bandage it... you had already lost much blood and you are weak too..it's not good for your health please jaan... her heart wrenched seeing him in tears... it was the first time she saw him so weak and vulnerable... but her mind didn't allowed her to trust him again...he again tried to hold her hand she pulled it so harshly that entire bandage torn and her wound were fully open... maan's tear started flowing seeing her blood... geet please just for once do what i am saying please tumhe meri kasam...
she immediately stopped struggling and allowed him to bandage her hand... he tried to be as gentle he can but a single hiss from her gave him millions of death...geet was continuously staring at him...his pain was breaking her resolution of not forgiving him...he finally tied the bandage and placed a soft kiss on her wound... his act and specially the kiss was soothing the wound on her heart... they were disturbed by the knock on door... maan carefully placed her on bed and covered her with sheets... nakul gave him their breakfast and left... he went near her and tried to make her drink juice...she turned her face...he again tried..she again turned... he was just not understanding how to make her have it... he thought of an idea and called nakul to take back his breakfast... geet was puzzled seeing it... she looked at him with questioning eyes... wo you were not having anything and how can i have without you...that's another thing that i have too not eaten anything since last day and am feeling horribly hungry... but what can i do waise geet i was thinking agar i too faint like too because of hunger then...as she heard him saying about him fainting she immediately have her juice and tried to have soup with her left hand...as her right hand was bandaged...maan smiled seeing his plan successful and went near her and took spoon from her hand to feed her... she eyed his breakfast indicating him to eat... i said i won't have until you complete it... she refused having it...and kept staring his breakfast... he quickly sipped his juice and took soup near her mouth...she slowly opened her mouth and have it he again fed her few spoons but she spitted out everything on him...she thought he will be angry on her as it was extreme off her limits...but he just silently picked a napkin and cleaned her and went to clean himself in washroom... she was just not getting what to do... either be angry on him for those days or forgive him for his care now... not knowing anything she laid down and closed her eyes...
maan came and saw her sleeping... he went near her and slowly took her in his arms... she immediately went into his arms... he was just not getting the reason of her anguish and she is not ready to talk now...he slowly soother her hair...after an hour or so she felt something wet near her cheek... she slowly opened her eyes and saw him shedding silent tears...she was not able to bear it and took him in her arms slowly patting him still not saying anything...after few minutes he calmed and looked in her eyes... both trying to find the reason for each other pain...maan couldn't bear her silence and finally cupped her face and asked...mishti atleast please tell me what happened...why are you distancing yourself...maine kya kiya h aisa that hurt you so much... i promise it was surely unintentionally i didn't did it knowingly please tell me na....his each word was breaking her cold outer demeanor and finally he saw anger in her eyes... he was like pheww at least some improvement... she turned him and sat on his stomach straddling him with her legs...she was about to whack him with her injured hand he immediately hole her hand softly...ye kya kar rhi ho it will open your wound...hit me with your other hand...he said with tears and started kissing her bandage and hitting himself with her other hand...she pulled her hand that was hitting him and laid on him crying her heart out...why did you left me and go.. kyu nhi btaya that you have to go shimla... you didn't even call me whole day...and you are saying what your mistake...is I will not talk to you ever... aise to you say ki I m your life and did you once thought about me...she started wailing loudly like a baby...did you even know how I felt... I kept waiting for you whole night...I tried calling you too but your phone was switched off...I will not forgive you this time...dekhna one day I will go too without telling you and fir I will see how you find me...closed her mouth with his palm not letting her speak more.. she cried for few minutes...he kept soothing her hair...finally after half an hour her cries subsided with little sobs and hiccups...
jaan it was a sudden trip...at that time you were in college and thus your cell was off... I asked my staff to inform my family...they didn't knew about our marriage and thus no one informed you... may be dadi thought that I would have told you and thus she to didn't told you anything... in shimla my phone was having no battery and thus itself switched off and I didn't get the time to recharge till next day... I even called dadi from public booth and she said that you were tired thus I didn't disturbed you...it was a pure coincidence jaan... please forgive me this time... she was convinced fully with his explanation but now she was in mood of some revenge....umm jo bhi ho I am still angry... do you have any idea what went through me... I even was not able to broke things in the room because it may had given some suspicion to dadi... and that's why you broke mirror...tumhe koi andaaza bhi h what went through me seeing your condition...for once I thought my life left me... swear on me you will never hurt yourself again...he took her hand and placed it on his chest...this body is for you... hurt it as much as you want but never ever hurt yourself....hmm sorry I was not in my right sense then...and why didn't you took my calls I was so worried.. wo I was angry na...tumhare gusse k karan i have to work continuousy day and night...umm sorry na...it's ok now just sleep for some time you need rest... hmm but don't think I had forgiven you this easily...you need to do some serious manaofying this time...accha we will see till when you can be angry... ha we will see... and she slept on him resting herself completely.. he too slept feeling tired...
it was dinner time... they woke up...maan changed her bandage with a band-aid as it was better then...they decided to have dinner with family as its been whole day they didn't went out of the room... it's not that they mind but it will look odd to stay whole day in your room....so bhai geet finally you came..we thought you forget us...said Annie...ha its full day and we didn't saw face of both of you teased dev...waise room me aisa kya kar rhe the jo itna busy the... chup karo badmasho let them eat dinner in peace...dadi supported maaneet and geet winked dev ...after dinner... maan was in his study busy with some calls... geet was not liking his ignorance...he had said that he will manaofy me and here he is busy with his cell...mujhe to aisa lagta h meri sautan inka phone h...uff... Mr. khurana I will teach you a lesson for this...she filled couch with her books and clothes...and sat on bed when saw him entering their room... maan checked her forehead and hand... geet asked for water ...he gave her and was about to lay on his said when she spilled his side with water...and it was completely wet...geet maan roared..geet made baby face it was just mistake...wo to I know ki kitni mistake thi... now will you please tell me the reason... I think you forget something you promised tha I know I will manaofy you but uske liye bed kyu wet kiya now where will I sleep...that's your problem... I am sleepy good night... she covered her self with covers and faked sleep... he looked at couch it was filled too... waah full plan bana rakha h room se nilalne ka...he murmered... i can hear your murmering... good i thought you were sleeping... i am...on finding no option... he went to study and slept on his single bed kept there...geet was turning restlessly not able to sleep without him...geet you are totally mad...khud hi bahar nikal diya and now only you are having problem to sleep..now if I go to him... he will make fun of me for sure...she walked to and fro till an hour... finally accepted defeat...and went to study slowly...maan was watching her full time from the ajar door and immediately closed his eyes seeing her in study...she tiptoed to him without making any noise... then slowly pulled his arm and laid on it like a baby cuddled up with him...he immediately pulled her close with a sweet smile on his face...finally both slept peacefully...
