its a phobia. a type of fear. and noas comes from the word noso think. wich means disease. so basically you are scared of contracting any kind of disease or illness :).

you will be fine. you want me to tell you a good method to help with this. whenever you have any kind of fear, try to apply james theory. the psychosomatic one. he says if you force yourself to smile from the outside you will eventually end up also smiling from the inside. if you are happy from inside, then no type of fear and bother you as much :) .. its all about being self content.
